  • John Cena Comments On Dominik Mysterio\’s Success After WrestleMania Victory

John Cena has acknowledged Dominik Mysterio.

The WrestleMania week has been all about receiving his flowers for Prison Dom. The young star won his first major singles championship in wrestling, winning the IC title at the Show of Shows. Not only did he receive one of the loudest pops for his victory after being booed by fans for years, people like Triple H and his dad Rey Mysterio have offered big praise to the young wrestling veteran.

The Cenation Leader joined this list while appearing on The Pat McAfee show after WrestleMania 41. The now 17-time world champion said that Dominik is someone who was born for professional wrestling, even comparing him to Randy Orton:

\”Dom Mysterio is born for this. Period. I got to work with him very early in his career and I’ve had the chance to work with experienced talent but I’ve also [had] the chance to work with a lot of new talent.

You can tell right away, there are always late arrivals and people can not get it, and then figure it out, I’m a living example of that. But there are also those people like…I remember Randy Orton making everything look so easy. Dom just makes everything effortless.\”

The Most Famous Mysterio: John Cena

In his character, Dominik Mysterio calls himself the most famous Mysterio of all time. Though John Cena offered the ultimate praise to the young star saying that it\’ll actually end up being true one day:

\”He doesn’t crack under pressure. Any pool we’ve dropped him in, he has not only treaded water, he’s swimming laps around everyone else. Dom Mysterio, we ain\’t even close to what that kid is capable of. He’s incredible, and he’s going to be incredible for the next 20 years or as long as he wants to be in this business.

He will be, and I love his dad, he\’s another one, as a close connection, I love that dude, he will be the most famous Mysterio in professional wrestling.\”

  • Bayley Reveals Unknown Side Effects Of 2021 Injury

Bayley has revealed some previously unknown effects of her pandemic injury.

The former Women\’s Champion was pulled from the Money In The Bank in July 2021 only days before the show. The company later announced she had suffered a torn ACL while training at the performance center. She missed over a year of action due to this before making a surprise SummerSlam 2022 return.

The wrestling veteran opened up about this time during a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet. She revealed that the injury wasn\’t just related to ACL and she still can\’t do things like running or leg curls because of it. Though Bayley did not reveal the exact nature of the injury, saying that she is not ready to share it yet:

\”This will be a story for another day, because I’m not ready to share it yet, but my injury ended up being more than what everybody knows. It was a bigger injury than anybody knows. There’s a few people that are aware of it, and obviously the office and stuff.

But that’s the reason, wasn’t just an ACL thing, it was a bigger injury, and that’s the reason why it kept me out longer. It still bugs me to this day, I can’t do certain things, it’s hard for me to run, it’s hard for me to do leg curls. There’s a lot of things that I can’t do because of that injury.\”

Bayley noted that the injury made her doubt her return at one point. She also explained that the idea behind the Damage CTRL faction was born out of this in a way, as she could be on TV and help younger stars without getting too physical.

Apart from this, the former NXT star also got honest about not getting the same treatment as the other Horsewomen in WWE. Bayley noted that she sometimes feels like she is not as good as Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch and she finds that the WWE management also doesn\’t give her the same importance. You can check out more of what she said here.

  • Bayley Breaks Character On Michael Cole

Bayley has given uncharacteristic props to Michael Cole.

The former Women\’s Champion recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet for a new interview. She opened up about things such as feeling like not being on the same level as Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, how much time she has left on her current WWE deal, and more.

The female star is someone who is always giving crap to Michael Cole on WWE TV. Their on-screen rivalry has become one of fans\’ favorite things about Bayley. During the interview, the former champion noted that the two have similar chemistry behind the scene and they keep their rivalry alive even when no cameras are rolling:

\”We’ll be putting stuff together before the show and he’ll be like, ‘Hey Bayley, so I guess I gotta cheer for you tonight because you’re wrestling Liv.’ I’m like, ‘You don’t have to cheer for me, Michael, I don’t care what you do.’ [He goes] ‘Oh, well, screw you then’, and he just flips me off from the chair and I’m in the ring trying to do my work.\”

    Like A Mentor: Bayley

Bayley then broke character to praise the longtime WWE commentator. She mentioned how someone like Triple H, who leads all creative is too busy to discuss things all the time. Michael Cole on the other hand, is someone she can always rely on to bounce ideas off of. As a commentator, Cole can also help the character development of stars:

\”He’s just so funny, dude. He’s for real, like a mentor to me. He’s somebody that I can go to, he’s been here for so long, and he’s always available. You can’t always get in Hunter’s ear, Michael Hayes is always available, and he has a very different mindset.

But Cole is there watching everything, watching every girl’s match, watching all the guys’ matches, and he’s been doing it and calling matches forever. So getting his mindset on things is always super helpful. He really is the best, and he really wants the best for everybody, but not everyone uses him as an outlet, but he’s so knowledgeable, and I’ve learned a lot from him.\”

Apart from this, Bayley also talked about her pandemic injury, revealing that it was much worse than people know. Per the WWE star, she is still dealing with the effects of it and even now she can\’t do things like leg curls or running.

  • Belair Davenport Breaks Silence On WWE Release

Blair Davenport has told the fans not to worry.

The English star was one of the names released from WWE in February this year. This ended her 4-year run with the company, where she spent of most of her time competing in NXT UK. She had been called up to main roster in June last year, so Davenport spent less than a year there.

The female star addressed her departure in a Twitch stream. She explained her release saying that it was just budget cuts and that she has no negative feelings towards the promotion:

\”I think it was just budget cuts to make up their contracts. I don\’t have any negative feelings or anything like that. It\’s just the job and the business. That\’s the way it goes, really. I\’m excited for what\’s coming in the future.\”

Blair Davenport, known as Bea Priestley in the indies, noted that she is excited to return to her roots. Priestley who previously wrestled for promotions such as Stardom and NJPW, mentioned that she\’s never gotten the chance to compete in US independent circuit, and she is looking forward to it:

\”I\’m excited to do the Indies in America because I\’ve never actually done the indies here at all. Yes, I\’m excited for the future. Don\’t be upset for me, it\’s fine. It\’s the job, it\’s the way it goes.\”

The former WWE star also said that she is happy for all her friends who are still employed by the promotion. She named people such as Lyra Valkyrie and Tiffany Stratton, saying that she is happy to see them getting the spotlight.

  • The Rock Still Believes In A Cody Rhodes Heel Turn

The Rock still believes a Cody Rhodes heel turn could work.

After getting criticised for his absence at WrestleMania 41, The Rock appeared on Pat McAfee show to defend himself. He explained that his Elimination Chamber appearance was on the request of Ari Emanuel himself to boost ticket sales for the event. The Great One claimed that he decided to maintain a distance from the storyline afterward so the focus can be on Cody Rhodes and John Cena.

During the interview, The Rock also confirmed that his original pitch was for Rhodes to turn heel at the Chamber. Even though things turned out differently, the People\’s Champion still believes that Cody can have \’unheard of\’ heel run down the line:

\”My thoughts were always to Cody and what we’ve established with him and his story, and the kind of babyface that he is. If done right, finessed right, and nuanced right, down the road, that guy not only has an incredible run, against, as babyface champion, but also an unheard of run as a heel down the road.\”

Way Down The Road: The Rock

The Rock explained that with the angle of demanding Cody\’s soul, his idea was to use it as a litmus test to see how fans would react. Per him, it was a way to establish the possibility for somewhere down the line and he found a lot of fans saying that Rhodes should accept the offer:

“Not turning heel soon, but eventually, down the line, I like the idea of that because Cody is a smart and intelligent guy, a ring general, and this idea that you give him a reason to turn, way down the road, you give him a reason to turn not based on titles, but it’s his soul and what that means, that affects generations. It’s transcendent beyond pro wrestling. Fans were loving it.”

The Final Boss also discussed the awkward WrestleMania 41 main event between Cody Rhodes and John Cena saying that he liked the finish but would have gotten there differently. You can check out his full interview below:

  • Injured Star Wins Championship In NXT Return After A Year

A title changed hands on tonight\’s NXT.

Lexis King was set to defend his Heritage Cup Championship against a mystery opponent on the April 22 episode of the show, following the Stand & Deliver PPV over the WrestleMania weekend.

The mystery opponent was revealed to be a returning Noam Dar, who had been out of action since May last year. Dar started the match strong and kept control for most of the bout.

The ending of the match saw King getting a two-count with a superkick. Noam Dar then faked a Dar Roller but connected with a back elbow instead and pinned the former AEW star to win the title in his comeback match.

Noam Dar was written off TV in May last year, after being attacked by an unknown assailant. The attacker was later revealed to be Ethan Page, who jumped ship from AEW.

Page has seen success in NXT since then, having a reign with the NXT title. We\’ll have to see if Dar goes after the former AEW star now that he has returned to the brand.

This wasn\’t the only return of the night as we also saw a current TNA title holder making a surprise appearance and teasing a champion vs champion match on the show. You can check out more about it here.

  • Return of Disbanded Faction Teased On NXT

An NXT faction might be returning soon.

The latest episode of the Black & Silver show featured a short video package of former Chase U leader, Andre Chase, who walked around with a briefcase in his hand.

The NXT star, who has been a dishevelled mess since the group was forced to disband last year, pulled out a Chase U sweater from the briefcase and exclaimed: \’We\’re F**king back, baby!\’:

The faction was born in late 2021 when Andre Chase debuted his teacher persona and started hosting the Andre Chase University segments on the show. Bodhi Hayward and Thea Hail joined Chase U in the coming months. Though Hayward was replaced with Duke Hudson when the former was released from his contract in November that year.

The group saw some success during their 3 years run, winning the NXT Tag Team Championship on two different occasions. Ridge Holland joined the group in early 2024, but turned on them after their second tag team title loss at No Mercy on September 1. Holland then vowed to take down Chase U.

This feud continued until the November 19 episode of NXT where Holland defeated Andre Chase. The group was then forced to disband as a result of the stipulation of this bout. Duke Hudson has since been released by WWE so it appears we\’ll be seeing a new iteration of Chase U. We\’ll have to see which members join the faction this time around.

  • Trick Williams Ejected From NXT After Surprise Joe Hendry Appearance

Trick Williams was not happy with how things turned out on tonight\’s NXT.

The former NXT Champion confronted Oba Femi on this week\’s episode of the Tuesday night show. This came after Williams failed to recapture the NXT title in a triple threat also involving Je\’Von Evans at Stand & Deliver on Saturday.

When Trick mentioned Joe Hendry, the TNA champion appeared. He told the NXT star he has changed since they teamed with each other months ago, and the two stars then exchanged words.

The ending of the segment saw both Hendry and Oba Femi taking turns to punch Trick Williams, and then they threw the former champion out of the ring.

Trick Williams Told To Leave NXT

Williams was understandably not happy with this turn of events, and he confronted NXT GM Ava backstage, demanding a match against the TNA World Champion. The NXT Anonymous account posted the video of this confrontation, which led to Trick being asked to leave the building:

Both Oba Femi and Joe Hendry teased a potential champion vs champion match during the segment and it\’d be interesting to see if this match actually takes place.

Trick Williams will not let go of his issues with either of the men so easily however, and it appears we\’ll see him facing Hendry before the viral star could get a match with the current NXT Champion.

  • Cathy Kelley Training For Potential New WWE Role (Report)

Cathy Kelley might be getting ready for a new role in WWE.

The beloved ring announcer first joined WWE in 2016. She left the company in 2020 but was brought back in 2023, and Kelley has been a part of the main roster broadcasting team ever since.

While Cathy does her job perfectly, she also seems to have reached the ceiling of where she could go as a ring announcer and perhaps this is why the female star is looking for a change.

According to PWInsider, Cathy Kelley has been training at the WWE Performance Center recently. She has been taking part in the promo classes and even learning a little in ring work. The purpose for this is not clear at the moment, but it\’s possible that the company will use her as a manager in the future.

Though being a manager would likely mean turning heel for the announcer, which does not match with her current personality. Another possibility will be for her to get involved in storylines while continuing her current role.

Kelley is often seen joking around about her relationship with Rhea Ripley on social media. Using her as inspiration for The Mami in a feud would make a lot of sense.

WWE allowing Cathy to explore the possibility is an interesting development as former WWE ring announcer Samantha Irvin had said that not getting the chance to explore the same option was one of the reasons behind her departure from the company last year.

  • The Bella Twins Discuss Cast For Potential Total Divas Reboot

The Bella Twins have talked about a potential Total Divas reboot.

The reality TV show ran from 2013 to 2019 on E! network, featuring a rotating cast of female WWE stars. In a period when women were given limited time on the main WWE shows, the dedicated series gave them a chance to connect with the fans by showing more personality and is generally believed to have helped the Women\’s Revolution become a thing.

The sisters talked about the possibility of bringing it back on the latest episode of The Nikki and Brie Show. Nikki Bella first mentioned that people want it back and Brie thought that she was talking about their own followers. Nikki however, noted that random people she met at WWE World have shown interest in the same:

\”I meant fanatic’s that it’s WWE World. It\’s all random fans and people and they all were like chanting like they wanted it, but you know, Trin said something good. She goes, \’We\’re all going through something different.\’ I was like, \’You know, we really are,\’ and \’Sex and the City\’ did it. They have \’And Just Like That,\’ so \’Total Divas,\’ like we bring those vibes, but then you bring some of the newbies.\”

We Are All Bringing Something Different: Nikki Bella

Brie Bella was asked which three \’newbies\’ she would want on the new iteration of Total Divas and she named Bianca Belair, Maxine Dupri and Chelsea Green as the names that would be good for the show. Nikki then talked about which \’OGs\’ she would want back if they revive the series:

\”You can\’t bring them all. Okay, so we first go to the original, original that are here now. You, me, Naomi and Nattie, Trin, and then I would add in Nia Jax, and then I would maybe do a secret surprise and bring in Paige. I think Paige, Nia Jax, you, me, Nattie and Trin, we all are bringing something different to the table right now.\”

Apart from this, the Bella Twins also talked about Nikki Bella sliding into Stone Cold Steve Austin\’s DMs and Channing Tatum being the total package.

  • Beneath Becky And Charlotte? Bayley Gets Honest About Inferior Treatment To Wrestling Peers

Bayley has admitted to feeling underappreciated by both fans and the WWE management despite working hard for years.

The debate about the former Champion\’s WWE spot has picked up after she was pulled from her WrestleMania 41 match last minute to make room for a returning Becky Lynch. While Triple H has assured people that she would be fine, there are many who have questioned the company\’s treatment of the wrestling veteran as compared to the other Horsewomen remaining on the roster.

The WWE star opened up about her current spot in wrestling during a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet. She was asked about some fans still not giving her the respect she deserves and Bayley noted that she has stopped reading online chatter about her long ago. She admitted, however, that it still gets to her sometimes. While the wrestling veteran tries to take the criticism in a positive light and try to prove people wrong, the doubts definitely creep up to her at times:

\”But there’s also a part of me that feels and agrees with them. I was just telling Lyra this the other day. We’ve been doing a lot of bonding. I don’t feel that I’m at a level of Charlotte or a Becky. We came up together and I wrestled Charlotte in her first match ever, I was signed to WWE before Becky. So to me, they’re up here, and I’m just not there yet. Maybe that’s kind of where people base it off, or where they judge it, or whatever.\”

What Do I Need To Do?: Bayley

Bayley noted that she tries to get her feedback from the right people. She named Tyler Breeze and Tyson Kidd as talents she gets feedback and opinions from to try and get better. Despite her efforts, however, the former Women\’s Champion has failed to unlock that next level like the peers of her generation.

Some of the blame for this lies with the WWE officials as well, since the female star does not get the same spotlight as other names. One example of it is being left out of the WrestleMania XL kickoff press event despite winning the Royal Rumble and having one of the best stories going into the show with IYO SKY.

When asked about it, Bayley noted that she has a good relationship with the top WWE officials, such as Bruce Prichard and Triple H. Though, while she hears good things about her, she is never told what she needs to do to be treated better:

“I don’t get on the press conference. I don’t get on the posters. I don’t get to do the talk shows. I don’t know what else to do, and it’s not like [there’s an issue], there’s no heat backstage or anything like that. Hunter and I have a really good relationship. Bruce and I have a really good relationship, all the TR, I have such a good relationship with them, and I’ve always been professional.

Even when I’ve gone to other shows to support my friends, we’ve had those conversations of like, the do’s and the don’ts, and that was a little too much. We’ve had those conversations, so I think we’re at a real respect level.

Hunter has gone on a press conference being like, Bayley’s this, Bayley’s this, she’s everything that you could possibly want out of a superstar, which I appreciate. But it’s like alright, well what do I need to do to get me there?”

Apart from this, Bayley also revealed the amount of time she has left on her current deal and discussed potentially retiring from the business afterward. You can check out her remarks on the matter here.

  • Bayley Reveals Time Left On WWE Contract After WrestleMania Snub

Bayley has revealed how much time she has left in her WWE contract.

Fans have been unhappy with the company for pulling the former Women\’s champion out of her WrestleMania 41 tag team championship match at the last minute. The change was made to allow the returning Becky Lynch to take her spot. People have been criticizing this move, saying that Bayley is not respected by the officials as much as she deserves.

The wrestling veteran recently had an interview with Chris Van Vliet where she got candid about her current spot in the company. During the interview, Bayley also revealed how much time she has left on her current deal:

“I have so many other things I want to make it into. I have a year and a half left on this current contract, so we’ll see what happens then.\”

Elsewhere in the interview, Bayley discussed how women\’s careers used to be much shorter when she was younger and originally, she thought that she\’d be retired by 35. Now that she has reached the age, she sees women of her generation still doing great things which has changed her mindset.

Though Bayley also admitted that she has done most of what she could do in WWE. With the new wave of talent coming in, the WWE legend believes that she would leave the company in good hands if she decides to quit the business in a couple years.

  • Kenny Omega Reacts To John Cena\’s 17th World Title Win

Kenny Omega believes John Cena\’s WWE title run could be a good thing if handled correctly.

The Cenation Leader made history, winning his 17th World title at WrestleMania 41. John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes for the belt in the main event of the show, with some help from Travis Scott.

The Cleaner was asked about this title change during his latest Twitch stream. Kenny Omega noted that he hasn\’t seen the match yet, but claimed that he is a huge fan of John Cena:

    \”I didn\’t see it. I couldn\’t see it. I couldn\’t see it. [smiles] I\’m a huge Cena fan. To me, I don\’t see it as a bad thing if it\’s done correctly. I don\’t know these things,\”

John Cena appeared on this week\’s episode of Raw to talk his historic win. The new WWE Champion told the crowd that he deserved an apology from them, before being taken out by Randy Orton with an RKO.

Cody Rhodes on the other hand had refused to talk after his title loss last night. He missed the Monday night show as well and it\’s unknown when he will return to TV.

WWE also used this title change as an opportunity to make some changes to their championship lineup. They quietly retired a title and surprisingly, also went back on recognizing Cody as a former champion. You can check out more about it here.

  • WWE Quietly Retires World Title After WrestleMania 41

WWE has quietly retired a world title after WrestleMania 41.

When Cody Rhodes originally defeated Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, the company recognized him as the Undisputed Champion, including both the Universal title and the WWE title in his list of accolades.

This came after Roman Reigns won the Universal title from Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam 2020 and became a double champion by defeating Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38.

The company has now changed the records, however. Not only have they officially retired the Universal title on their website, but altered the records to recognize the Tribal Chief as the last title holder instead of The American Nightmare:

The change seems to be something that has been made very recently, as both Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 and John Cena on tonight\’s Raw were still introduced as the Undisputed WWE champion.

The Universal title belt was introduced by Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley back in 2016, when the WWE title went to SmackDown in the reintroduced brand split.

The title switched brands in 2019 with SmackDown star Bray Wyatt winning the belt. The then-WWE champion Brock Lesnar then quit SmackDown for the Raw brand, bringing his championship over.

Officials reintroduced a new version of the World Heavyweight Championship for Raw in 2023 after the then Undisputed Champion Reigns was drafted to SmackDown, making him exclusive to the brand.

  • Ring Announcer Alicia Taylor Explains Raw After WrestleMania Absence

Alicia Taylor has explained her absence from tonight\’s Raw after WrestleMania.

SmackDown ring announcer Mark Shunock filled in for the female star on tonight\’s eventful episode of the Red Branded Show. This came after Taylor called both nights of WrestleMania 41 over the weekend.

The female broadcaster provided the reason for her absence in a late Monday post on X. She revealed that she\’s been given a night off for her voice after her performance at the Show of Shows:

\”WOW. I’m going to decompress and process #WrestleMania on this flight home. Wanted to quickly say THANK YOU. I see + appreciate all of the LOVE. My voice gets a night off! Welcome our SD ring announcer @MarkShunock  tonight on #MondayNightRAW.\”

While Alicia Taylor missed the Monday night show this week, the episode also featured a number of returns. This included Sami Zayn returning to TV to congratulate Jey Uso on his World Title victory over Gunther.

We also saw JD McDonagh making his comeback after suffering an injury in January. He helped Dominik Mysterio retain his newly won Intercontinental Championship over Penta.

The most exciting return of the night however, was of Rusev. The star known as Miro in AEW destroyed the Alpha Academy in his return, quickly reestablishing himself as a monster after his highly anticipated appearance.

  • WWE Update On Bayley\’s Health After Missing WrestleMania 41

Bayley will be out of action for some time.

The former Women\’s Champion was originally supposed to team up with Lyra Valkyria to challenge for the women\’s tag titles at WrestleMania 41. She was pulled from the match over the weekend, however, after a backstage attack.

A returning Becky Lynch ended up replacing Bayley in the match, and the two female stars were able to defeat Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez to become the new champions.

Michael Cole provided an update on the kayfabe injury of the female star during this week\’s episode of Raw. He noted that she has a partial shoulder dislocation and she will be out for a bit of time:

\”Speaking of Bayley, injury update: she has a partial shoulder dislocation with an anterior labral tear. Bayley will be out for a bit of time now.\”

The duo of Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria went on to defend their newly won titles in a rematch against Morgan & Rodriguez in the first match of Raw After WrestleMania. The duo ended up losing the championship in their first title defence, after which Becky turned heel and attacked her partner.

Valkyria still holds the Women\’s Intercontinental Championship, so it appears that we\’ll see Lynch going after the title following her heel turn tonight.

The mystery of Bayley\’s absence continues however, with the update suggesting that she will be kept off TV for a while to sell the attack.

  • Watch: What Happened With Seth Rollins Once Raw After WrestleMania Went Off Air

Seth Rollins soaked in the moment once the explosive episode of WWE Raw after WrestleMania 41 from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada went off air.

The show lived up to the expectations with multiple big returns and some surprise developments. First, we saw the return of JD McDonagh, who helped Dominik Mysterio retain his IC title. Sami Zayn also made his return to WWE programming, congratulating Jey Uso on his world title victory at Mania.

The biggest return of the night, however, was of Rusev. The former AEW star laid out the Alpha Academy. Later it was revealed that the former US Champion has signed a new long-term contract with WWE, along with his wife Lana.

    What Happened After Raw

    https://youtu.be/ehLA-GGcRiM

Seth Rollins accompanied by Paul Heyman was rightfully in the last segment of the show after winning the WrestleMania 41 Night 1 main event. He took a mic and started talking, but CM Punk was out before the Visionary could say much.

Punk and Rollins brawled until Roman Reigns\’ music hit and the Tribal Chief went right after his former Shield brother. Reigns took out Heyman with a superman punch and was looking to do more damage until a hooded figure showed up to deliver a massive spear to Roman.

The figure revealed himself to be none other than Bron Breakker. The former IC Champion then took out CM Punk, confirming his alliance with Rollins and Heyman. This new trio then stood tall in the ring as the show went off air.

The new faction enjoyed the moment and took their time leaving the ring after the broadcast went off air. They slowly made their way up to the ramp, as Punk and Reigns remained at ringside, licking their wounds.

  • Rey Mysterio Gets Honest About Dominik\’s Recent Success

Rey Mysterio is a proud father.

Nobody could have predicted the career trajectory of Dominik Mysterio when he first made his WWE debut in 2020. In less than 5 years since then, Prison Dom has become one of the most intriguing characters in all of sports entertainment and one of the biggest stars of his generation.

The WWE Hall of Famer was not shy about recognizing his son\’s success in an out-of-character interview with Denise Salcedo. Rey said that he\’s incredibly proud of his son for everything he has achieved:

\”As a father, there\’s a tremendous sense of pride, not only from my end, but I speak for my wife as well because she did a lot of the raising at home. It\’s just incredible to be able to see the growth of your son just rising to the success that he has been over the past four years in such a short amount of time.\”

The interview was conducted over the WrestleMania weekend, before Dominik Mysterio challenged for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41 night 2. So Rey mentioned that the 28-year-old will have the opportunity to prove himself during the title match.

He then talked about how Dominik has carved a unique identity for himself that\’s very different from anything the Master of 619 has done in his own career. Rey Mysterio suggested that Dirty Dom has outgrown the Mysterio name with his incredible character work:

\”Now he just has to show the whole world that he can accomplish that, on his own. We\’ve seen what he can do on his own. He\’s done incredible. He\’s definitely branched out. He is his own identity now.

He is not connected to Mysterio but the name, that\’s it. He\’s done his own work. He\’s grinded on his own. So yes, I\’m really enjoying his work and I\’ve become a fan sincerely,\”

Dominik Mysterio went on to win the IC title at WrestleMania 41, completing his face turn. Though he stole the win from Judgement Day partner Finn Balor at the last second. It\’d be interesting to see how the former Universal Champion reacts to his teammates win on Raw tonight.

  • Triple H Discusses Dominik Mysterio Face Turn At WrestleMania 41

Triple H says he is thrilled with Dominik Mysterio\’s success.

The boos for Prison Dom had slowly been turning into cheers in recent months. The young veteran finally completed his face turn at WrestleMania 41 where he received one of the biggest pops of the night, winning the Intercontinental Title. Dom defeated Finn Balor, Penta, and Bron Breakker in a fatal four-way for the win.

The WWE CCO talked about this match during the post-WrestleMania press conference. He first praised Bron Breakker, saying that he\’s the future of the business. Triple H then talked about Dominik Mysterio\’s journey since his debut and offered him a lot of praise:

\”Dominik Mysterio, you know, if you would have told people a few years ago when Dominik was standing next to his dad, walking in the door or Roman was throwing him across the arena during the pandemic, that this kid will be on fire for the next few years, I don\’t think very many people would have believed it.

If you said to them that he\’ll be one of the most hated heels in the business and then at WrestleMania somehow that will flip and everybody will love the fact that he wins the Intercontinental title, I think people might have told you, you were hanging out with Travis Scott too long. That it would never happen. And here we are.

That\’s a testament to Dominik. How good he is. How good he is at what he does. How good he is. He\’s a sponge. So great to work with and I\’m so happy for him and proud of him. He\’s done everything. He\’s an incredibly hard worker and I\’m thrilled for his success.\”

Triple H also said that Finn continues to be a constant in this business. He claimed Penta is already a star, and the future is very bright for him.

While Mysterio picked up the biggest victory of his career, he also seems to have lost a friend during the bout. Dom had multiple exchanges with Judgement Day partner Finn Balor during the match and he stole the victory from Balor in the end. So it\’s likely that we\’ll see the group imploding this Monday on Raw.

  • Logan Paul Responds To Complaints About His Schedule After WrestleMania 41 Victory

Logan Paul says the fault for his part-time schedule lies with WWE.

The ever-controversial social media star picked up another big victory at WrestleMania 41 by defeating AJ Styles. The ending of the bout saw Karrion Kross taking away the brass knuckles from one of Logan\’s goons.

Kross then offered the weapon to Styles but the Phenomenal One refused, leading to Paul\’s victory. This was the third WrestleMania victory for Logan in his four years of competing at the Show of Shows.

The YouTube star appeared on the post-WrestleMania press conference after his win. He was asked about people criticising him for not always being around, and Logan Paul claimed that it\’s up to Triple H and the company when to use him:

“Yo, I’m available. I’m here. I signed up to be a WWE superstar. When Triple H calls me, I answer the call. And whoever he wants to put against me goes from a professional wrestler to victim. It’s been that way for the past year. I\’m in my fourth year of wrestling in the WWE – as an outsider, by the way – and I’m 3-1.

The person who I lost to was Seth Rollins, who’s one of the best in the business. I put on five-star matches every single time, and whoever they want to put me against, I’ll rise to the challenge. Not only rise to the challenge, I’ll become the challenge.”

Logan Paul also discussed the announcement of WWE\’s return to Australia, scheduled for October this year, and hinted that he\’ll be at the show.

Apart from this, the WWE star revealed the match that made him feel like he belonged to WWE. You can check out his remarks on the matter here.

  • Logan Paul Reveals The Moment He Realized He Belonged In WWE

Logan Paul has revealed the moment he realized he was born to be a WWE star.

The YouTube sensation picked up yet another huge victory at WrestleMania 41 defeating AJ Styles. This came after Styles refused to use Paul\’s brass knuckles offered to him by Karrion Kross.

Logan took part in the post-WrestleMania press conference celebrating his win. When asked about the moment he knew he belonged in WWE, Paul recalled his Crown Jewel 2022 match with Roman Reigns:

\”Look man, I\’ll be honest with you. My third match in the WWE. I get a call from Triple H. He says \’Logan, I want you to wrestle Roman Reigns, to headline Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.\’ My third match ever. Of course, being me, I accepted the challenge. I was excited to get in there with, who is in my opinion, the GOAT. And I did.

Halfway through the match, I tore my MCL. Halfway through the match. Okay? There\’s still 50% to go. And I knew that. I knew that this was going to be one of the hardest things to do in my life. Guess what I did? I did it. I completed the match and gave the audience a five-star match.\”

I Was Destined For This: Logan Paul

The former US Champion said that looking back at his performance after the match, he realized that he was destined to be a pro wrestler. Logan Paul also named all the veterans he has beaten till now, saying that it proves that he belongs in the business:

\”After that, when I was sitting in the medic room with a torn MCL and looking back at the highlights, seeing the reviews of the match. Even to this day when I look back at it and I see how great that was and how in my third match ever I hung in there with the greatest wrestler of all time. I knew I was destined for this. I was absolutely destined to be the best wrestler in the WWE.

Man everyone can call me a part-timer or whatever they want but my work speaks for itself. I beat a legend, AJ Styles tonight. Added him to the list. Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Rey Mysterio, line anyone up. Y\’all can act like I\’m not who I am but I absolutely am. My pace is unmatched and my speed and athletics are unprecedented in this business. So I think my body of work speaks for itself and I continue to prove everyone who doesn\’t believe in me wrong.\”

  • Triple H Reveals Backstage Conversation With Travis Scott After WrestleMania 41 Appearance

Triple H has revealed what Travis Scott told him after his WrestleMania 41 appearance.

The music star came out during the main event match between Cody Rhodes and John Cena tonight. He helped Cena by distracting Cody and pulling the referee out when Rhodes went for the pin. As a result, Scott ended up eating a Cross Rhodes at the hands of the American Nightmare.

The Game talked about his involvement in tonight\’s show during the post-WrestleMania 41 press conference. Triple H compared Travis to Bad Bunny saying that he\’s incredibly passionate for the business. He then revealed a backstage interaction with Scott after the main event:

\”He walked backstage tonight after he was done and was like, ‘Dude, I gotta be serious, this is like my full-time job now, I’m telling you.’ Two minutes later I said, ‘See you at work tomorrow.’ He loves it. If he’s out there having fun and you feel it and it’s good, it’s amazing.\”

The Most Respectful Guy: Triple H

Triple H said that having someone like Travis Scott, who is open to everything, is great. He also claimed that the Grammy nominated artist is very respectful to everyone backstage:

\”This guy is the biggest musician in the world and he’s out there getting hit with Cross Rhodes and doing all this stuff. If he gets injured, I’m sure that’s not helpful to his music career. It’s fully out of a place of respect.

When I see him with our talent and crew, he’s the most respectful guy and is like a kid in the candy store with this stuff. When people are like that, it makes me want to work hard for them and help them see that dream come true. Could we see him do more and step in the ring? Just gotta tune in,\”

After his Elimination Chamber appearance, The Rock had revealed that Travis Scott was training to become a pro wrestler. Considering his latest conversation with Triple H, it appears that Scott\’s in-ring debut might happen sooner rather than later.

  • Triple H Assures That \’True Pro\’ Bayley Would Be \’Just Fine\’ After WrestleMania 41 Snub

Triple H says Bayley would be just fine.

The former Women\’s Champion was set to team with Lyra Valkyria to challenge for the women\’s tag title at WrestleMania. She was pulled from the show at last minute, however, after suffering a kayfabe injury in a backstage attack on Saturday.

Bayley ended up being the only one of the three remaining horsewomen in WWE who did not get to compete at the PPV. Her absence from the show was questioned by fans, with many saying that Valkyria should have been defending her Women\’s IC title against the wrestling veteran in a singles match at the show.

The Chief Content Officer, Triple H, addresses the concerns regarding the female star during his appearance on the post WrestleMania press conference. He called Bayley a \’true pro\’ claiming that he cannot say enough good things about her:

\”Don’t worry, guys, Bayley will be just fine. True pro. Cannot say enough good things about her. True pro,\”

Bayley\’s injury angle ended up being a setup for Becky Lynch\’s WWE return. Lynch went on to win the tag titles with Lyra, and Becky has since confirmed that she is back with the company full time.

Triple H also talked about fans\’ disappointment with the WrestleMania 41 main event between John Cena and Cody Rhodes. You can check out what he said here.

  • Triple H Tells People To \’Hang In For The Ride\’ After Disappointing WrestleMania 41 Conclusion

Triple H says John Cena is the puppet master now.

The Cenation Leader made history by defeating Cody Rhodes to win a record-breaking 17th world title in the main event of WrestleMania 41. The absence of The Rock and a general awkwardness in the bout, however, left fans feeling disappointed with Cena\’s last Mania match.

John appeared on the post-show press conference claiming that he\’ll ruin wrestling. When asked about it during his own press conference appearance, Triple H said that he loves the way Cena is approaching things now:

“I love where John’s head is at. I love that John Cena — he’s the flip of a coin right now. And the funny thing is that people were flipping the coin for him before. Now he’s flipping the coin, right?

So all the things that they — they booed John, they were relentless on him, they pushed him to be great in some ways, but it was — you know, never…it was not easy for him sometimes. I think now he gets to be the puppet master and he gets to flip that coin for them, and be the polar opposite of everything that he was before.\”

He\’s Smiling At All of You: Triple H

Triple H discussed how John Cena had been a smiling baby face all these years, hiding his feelings and now he\’s flipped the coin. The Game also seemingly responded to the complaints about the main event, once again telling fans to be patience and enjoy the ride:

“I think he\’s as grumpy as he comes across, that deep down — funny thing, somebody asked him a question a few minutes ago, ‘You smiled all the time before now you don’t smile.’ I believe he smiled all the time before and on the inside he was grumpy.

Now the grumpy’s on the outside, and on the inside, he’s smiling at all of you, right? Because now he’s flipping the coin, now he’s the puppet master. As someone else says all the time, ‘Just hang in for the ride.’ He’s controlling, he\’s driving now, and he’s having a blast doing it.”

  • Becky Lynch Confirms WWE Status After WrestleMania 41 Return

Becky Lynch has revealed how her schedule will look like after WrestleMania return.

The Man made a surprise comeback to team with Lyra Valkyria in the women\’s tag team championship match, replacing Bayley at the PPV event. The duo ended up defeating Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at the Show of Shows for the titles.

The new champions, accompanied by Becky\’s daughter Roux, made an appearance on the post-WrestleMania press conference. Roux first told a story about a skunk that got into their house and confirmed that she no longer loves Peppa Pig and their household is now a Bluey household.

Becky Lynch was then asked how she felt being away from WWE for over a year on her own accord instead of having to sit out due to an injury or other reasons. She claimed that getting the time with her daughter was amazing:

\”Oh, it was amazing. It was amazing, I wouldn\’t give it back for the world, you know, getting to get her into activities and into school and all those things and have a routine. It\’s been the best, it\’s the most important thing that I\’m ever gonna do.

I love my family more than anything. The thing that I love next to that is wrestling. So being able to be here and come back, it\’s really quite amazing.\”

The Man Don\’t Do Part Time: Becky Lynch

The former Women\’s World Champion was also asked if she is back on the road full-time or if she\’ll be making occasional appearances for the promotion. Becky Lynch claimed that The Man doesn\’t do part time:

\”Yeah. The Man don\’t do part-time. Come on now. Yeah. When I go, I go hard. And I\’ll go hard until I can\’t go no more. Or until I take another break.\”

The press conference also featured an appearance from John Cena, who trolled all the reporters. You can check out everything he said in his first post-WrestleMania appearance here.
