Roman Reigns Responds To Oba Femi’s Challenge

Roman Reigns is ready for Oba Femi.

The Ruler had the biggest WrestleMania debut as he not only defeated Brock Lesnar but also retired the former UFC Star. While appearing on the WrestleMania post show, Femi then made his future intentions clear, noting that he will be coming after the OTC at the end of the year, once he has established himself as a main event player.

The Tribal Chief himself also made an appearance on the post show later on, after he defeated CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the PPV. When he talked about future contenders, the crowd let him know who they wanted to see Reigns face next with loud ‘Oba’s gonna kill you’ chants.

Roman Reigns Responds To Oba Femi

Roman Reigns was then asked what he thought about the events of the opening match of the night. The Head of the Table noted that he has already defeated Brock Lesnar before, with a title on the line. He also responded to Oba’s comments about facing him at the end of the year, saying that he’ll be watching how the former NXT Champion does through the Summer:

“Oba…you gonna kill me? See, you seem still a little fresh in this business. You did a big thing tonight, but I’ve done that many times. And I’ve done it with a title on the line. I took it, I defended it. Let’s see how you do through the summer. Let’s see how you do. Then we’ll know if you can step up to the greatest of all time.”

WWE was originally expected to hold 2 more events in Saudi Arabia this year. It’s likely that the company will hold off this bout for a show in Middle East, or for the SummerSlam PPV in August.

    Trick Williams is a champion.

Mr. Lemon Pepper Stepper made his WrestleMania debut in a big way tonight, only a few months after his official call up. He defeated US Champion Sami Zayn to win his first singles title on the main roster.

The new champion spoke about his victory on the PPV post-show. He firs thanked God for his success. Williams then mentioned that it wasn’t the result of the work of four months and instead, he has been getting ready for this moment all his life.

    Trick Williams On His Mom

Trick Williams then talked about his mom being in attendance for his win, noting that he almost shed a tear. The former NXT star revealed that his mom underwent knee replacement surgery just a month ago and she worked very hard on her rehab to make sure she didn’t miss her son’s first WrestleMania:

“Man, a thug almost shed a tear today, man. Because my mama was out there. And my mama had a knee replacement about a month ago. And I watched her train; I called her every single day. I watched her train, she said, ‘Baby, there’s no way I’m missing your first WrestleMania.’ So she was right out there, so I gotta say, thank you Mama, I love you.”

The US Champion later also discussed proving the haters wrong with his victory. He claimed that you don’t just get handed opportunities in this business and he has worked very hard to get in the position he is.

Oba Femi is ready for the Tribal Chief.

The Ruler had the biggest WrestleMania debut imaginable as he not only went toe to toe with The Beast Brock Lesnar, but seemingly also retired the former UFC Star. The former NXT Champion then appeared on the PPV post-show, where he was asked what the coming days, weeks, and months look like for him after this huge victory.

Oba Femi noted that he will reserve one day for celebration before starting the work to establish himself as a main event player in the coming months. The Monster-Sized Athlete then proclaimed that the ‘OTC’ Roman Reigns would be his target once he has done so:

“I think tomorrow is a celebration, I think in the coming weeks is the establishment of a new main event player. And I think at the end of the year, the OTC can get some!”

Roman Reigns himself had named Femi as a potential challenger when asked which young star could step up to him in coming times just before WrestleMania.

Though Femi is not the only one who will be coming after Reigns. After defeating CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the PPV, Roman will have the attention of everyone who wants to challenge for the title.

  • Ilja Dragunov Reacts To Being Left Off the WrestleMania Card

Ilja Dragunov Reacts To Being Left Off the WrestleMania Card

Ilja Dragunov is keeping things positive.

People have been frustrated with both Dragunov and Carmelo Hayes being taken out of the US Title picture weeks before WrestleMania. The two had been involved in an intense rivalry over the belt leading up to the Show of Shows, and fans feel disappointed that neither of them have been given a place on the PPV card.

The Russian star was asked about this turn of events and if he felt disappointed at not getting the chance to showcase his talent at the biggest stage of them all during his recent interview with Ringer Wrestling. Though Ilja Dragunov did not complain about the situation, claiming that nobody can take away what he and Carmelo Hayes have achieved working together both in NXT and main roster:

“I mean, you kind of roll with the punches in life. What would you say? Disappointment is such a hard word. I’m literally living my absolute best life. I have amazing performances with Carmelo. And I think honestly everything that we achieved together from NXT to the main roster.

Not having a match at WrestleMania this year is only one thing that we don’t have, compared to all the things that we achieved in front of the audience. All the memories and moments we gave to the people that were watching us fighting. There’s nothing that anyone can take away from us. And people will remember this. Somewhere down the line, it’s all gonna make sense.”

Dragunov later mentioned how Carmelo Hayes has developed a genuine connection with the crowd in his two years on the main roster. He claimed that not having a match at WrestleMania will not do any harm to that. Hayes himself had also spoken on this topic recently, though he was not so positive. • Road Dogg Says He Was Wronged By WWE

Road Dogg Says He Was Wronged By WWE

Road Dogg has explained leaving WWE.

The Attitude Era star had worked with the company in a behind-the-scenes capacity for a long time and he was appointed the co-lead writer of SmackDown back in February last year. It was reported in early March this year, however, that the wrestling veteran had resigned from the position.

The former WWE star discussed his decision during a recent appearance on a live Busted Open show. Road Dogg first claimed that anyone who watched WWE Unreal knows why he left:

“Did any of you watch [Unreal]? I know you’re not a fan of the show. I’m old, so I’m not a fan either. it’s a little behind the scenes. I feel like I don’t need to tell you what happened. I feel like if you watched that show, you saw what happened, and so here I sit with you tonight. and I’m happy man because of it,”

I Was Done A Little Wrong: Road Dogg

Road Dogg did not explain the exact scenes he is talking about. Though clips from Unreal showing the wrestling veteran butting heads with other creative team members over the plans for Chelsea Green have drawn attention on social media.

The former DX member noted that he still has friends in the company. He then claimed that at this point in his life, he wants to work at a place where he can make a difference:

“I feel like I was done a little wrong, and I feel like I was receiving a paycheck, and I didn’t have any purpose. I was making a dollar, but I wasn’t making any decisions. I think I can make a difference somewhere, where maybe I don’t make as many dollars. In this phase in my life, that’s what I’m thinking of,”

The 56-year-old had also recently revealed a feud idea he had pitched for Green that didn’t see the light of day. You can check out what he said here.

Roman Reigns Praises Young Star After WrestleMania Snub

Roman Reigns talks about Camelo Hayes.

Fans have been unhappy with the former US Champion losing his title to Sami Zayn only days before WrestleMania. People have especially complained about Trick Williams getting the title shot at the Show of Shows instead of Hayes, despite the 31-year-old having worked hard to elevate the championship over the last few months.

During his recent appearance on ESPN First Take, the OTC was asked which superstar from the WrestleMania card he feels could step up to him down the road. The Head of the Table picked the most obvious answer, naming Oba Femi as someone to keep an eye on.

I’ve Liked The Resiliency: Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns then gave a shout-out to both Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans. The final name he brought up was Carmelo Hayes. Despite the WrestleMania snub, the former World Champion claimed that he sees big things in the future for the former champion:

“He’s been up for a little while. He’s had a different route than the other guys, I’ve really liked the resiliency that he’s shown, and he’s torn it up on SmackDown for a while now, so I’m looking for big things from him too.”

Hayes himself has recently spoken about being left off the card for the Show of Shows, suggesting that hard work does not get you success in WWE. You can check out his remarks here.

  • Tiktoker Claims He Was Kicked Out of WrestleMania 42

Tiktoker Claims He Was Kicked Out of WrestleMania 42

Content creator and wrestler GFed says he was ejected from WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, despite having purchased a ticket to the event. According to video GFed posted on social media, WWE security ordered his removal without providing a specific reason.

Security approached GFed and a friend during the show and informed them they needed to leave. The interaction was recorded and quickly circulated online after GFed shared it on his Twitter account.

Stadium security made clear the decision came from WWE, not the venue itself. “Gentlemen, this has nothing to do with the stadium. We’ve been informed by WWE that they want you two ejected from the site—something that might have happened on social media. We’re stadium security. WWE security wants you removed,” security told GFed in the video.

    GFed Pressed for Explanation

GFed questioned why he was being removed when he had caused no issues inside the arena. “You’ve got to have a reason, right?” he asked security.

Security did not provide specifics, only stating that WWE was in charge of the event and they were following orders. “It’s their show,” security responded.

When GFed pointed out he had paid for his seat, security confirmed the order came from WWE security leadership. “The head of WWE security spoke to me and specifically told me to eject you. We’re not going to give you anything—just an ejection. I doubt either of you can return tomorrow,” security stated.

GFed attempted to find out who at WWE he could contact to resolve the situation, but security repeatedly directed him back to the promotion. “This has nothing to do with Allegiant Stadium. This is their show—WWE is in charge of it. They gave us instructions,” security said.

    NFL Ban Claim Disputed

After the video spread online, some social media users claimed GFed was removed due to an alleged NFL ban tied to Allegiant Stadium. GFed quickly disputed this claim.

“Wrestlemania has nothing to do with the NFL. I have been to events at multiple NFL stadiums since the ban with no issues. Please pay attention to what im posting before coming in my comments with assumptions,” GFed wrote on Twitter.

WWE has not issued a public statement explaining the removal. GFed’s final comment in the video summarized his perspective on the situation: “I bought a ticket like a regular person, went to my seat like a regular person. I’m literally getting kicked out for showing up and buying a ticket.”

  • Producers For Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton Revealed

Producers For Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton Revealed

The names behind the WrestleMania main event have been revealed.

The Night 1 of the Show of Shows this year featured Cody Rhodes taking on Randy Orton in a chaotic match. Pat McAfee was first taken out on a stretcher after Jelly Roll put him through a table. This didn’t keep the former NFL star out for long. He returned wearing a referee shirt after Orton took the match official out with an RKO.

Though after he failed to help Orton in winning the match, Pat ended up eating an RKO as well. Cody then managed to retain his title with a Cross Rhodes as the referee came to his senses. The American Nightmare didn’t get to celebrate long, however, as a frustrated Randy ended the night with a punt kick to his former friend.

Who Produced The WrestleMania Main Event

Fightful Select provided a backstage update on the main event match. They revealed that veteran producer Michael Hayes and former NXT Champion Bobby Roode were the two names responsible for putting this bout together.

The future of all three names involved in the finish of the match is uncertain after tonight. Pat McAfee had claimed he’ll leave WWE if Randy didn’t win, and Orton himself is said to be dealing with health issues. So it seems likely that we will not see either of them on TV for a while.

Rhodes on the other hand, suffered a nasty injury during this bout, which could keep him off TV for a few days. You can check out more about it here.

Nikki Bella Says She Underwent Surgery For Broken Ankle Two Weeks Ago

Nikki Bella knew she would not make it to WrestleMania for a while.

The former Divas Champion kept people guessing about her WrestleMania status despite a visible ankle injury until the last minute. In the end, however, she did not compete at the show. Bella introduced a returning Paige as her replacement instead. The former AEW star then went on to win the Women’s tag titles with Brie Bella.

This new WWE trio appeared on the WrestleMania post-show. Talking about her injury, Nikki Bella revealed that she broke her ankle in the SmackDown match last month and actually underwent surgery for it two weeks ago:

“I actually got surgery two weeks ago from yesterday. I managed to break, sprain, and tear my ankle. When I’m headed into Birmingham to get surgery. Guess who is in Birmingham. I was like, ‘Brie, there is no way I’m going to make WrestleMania, but you still have to have your moment.’

We were both like, ‘The only person who will make it feel special and like family is Paige.’ It’s crazy how life works. It’s part of the journey. There is no one else, and I truly mean this, no other WWE superstar in the past or now, that I would want to take my place than Paige,”

Nikki Bella did not reveal how long she will be out of action but a broken ankle means she will not be seen in the ring anytime soon.

Tonight’s show also featured a big match between Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan but the duo ended up making an unfortunate record. You can check out more about it here.

AJ Lee Provides Emotional Update On WWE Future After WrestleMania Loss

AJ Lee might be done with WWE.

The former Women’s IC Champion was interviewed backstage after her loss to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 42. She was asked if this was one of her more memorable moments in WWE.

The wrestling veteran said that it was her favorite WrestleMania experience so far because she was able to share it with her family. AJ Lee then got emotional talking about her entrance on the show.  where she was accompanied by a number of young fans. The former Champion mentioned how she never got to say goodbye to fans last time, and suggested that this might be the end of her current run with the company:

“It’s been my favorite WrestleMania experience so far. Maybe my favorite match so far. Even though I lost it, I got to have my family here. For a lot of them, it was the first time ever,

And what I wanted to do with that entrance was represent all the fans who have been with me from day one; who have been wearing my outfits, my shirts and my shorts and my shoes and skipping along with me the whole way. That was for you. I love you. I never got to say goodbye last time and I felt bad about that. So this is not goodbye. But, I’ll see you soon. I hope.”

AJ Lee has wrestled a total of 5 matches since her return at WrestlePalooza last year. With CM Punk still being a featured star for the company, there is always a possibility of her return. Though the former Divas Champion also has a number of outside projects and the latest comment indicates that she’ll be focusing on those for the foreseeable future.

Cody Rhodes is not doing so good.

The Undisputed WWE Champion somehow managed to hold on to the title in his match against Randy Orton that main evented Night 1 of WrestleMania 42.

The American Nightmare, however, was busted open the hard way during this bout. He couldn’t celebrate much after the victory either, as The Viper took him out with a punt kick to end the night. This meant that the champion was in no condition to party after the Show of Shows.

Cody Rhodes Dealing With Graphic Injury

The company provided an update on his status during the WrestleMania post-show. They showed a video of Cody sitting at the ringside after the match being tended by medical, with his left eye swollen shut due to his nasty injury.

The camera then cut to backstage, where the doctors were seen working on Rhodes eye, though the graphic was not any better than before:

Randy Orton ended up giving an RKO to Pat McAfee when the NFL star failed to help the Viper get the victory. McAfee himself had announced that he will leave WWE if Orton failed to win the title. So it’s possible that we might not see him on WWE TV anytime soon after tonight.

  • Liv Morgan vs. Stephanie Vaquer Makes Unfortunate WrestleMania Record

Liv Morgan vs. Stephanie Vaquer Makes Unfortunate WrestleMania Record

An unfortunate record for the women.

Night 1 of WrestleMania 42 featured Stephanie Vaquer defending her Women’s Championship against Liv Morgan, in the second last match of the night.

The defending champion seemed to be in control of the bout and even hit Morgan with her own finishing move, Oblivion, at one point. The Judgment Day then got involved, however, with Roxanne Perez distracting the referee and Raquel Rodriguez delivering the cheap shot to Vaquer. Though Stephanie still had some fight left in her, and she kicked out of an Oblivion.

    Women’s Title Match Makes Record

The Women’s Champion then took out both Perez and Rodriguez, but the distraction allowed Liv to finally get the advantage she needed. Morgan sent Stephanie into the steel steps outside before bringing her back in for another Oblivion and she then got the pin.

The whole Women’s Championship match, bell to bell lasted only 6 minutes 51 seconds, shorter than the other two women’s matches on the card. Not only that, but the bout was the shortest women’s match on a WrestleMania card going back a decade.

Before tonight’s bout, WrestleMania 33 back in 2017 featured a six-pack challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Naomi at the time had defeated the champion Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Mickie James and Natalya in 5 minutes and 35 seconds.

    Paige is home.

The former Divas Champion made her surprise return to the company on Night 1 of WrestleMania 41. She replaced an injured Nikki Bella in the Women’s Tag Team title match.

The ending of this fatal four-way bout saw Charlotte Flair dragging the returning star into her corner and tagging in her partner, Alexa Bliss. Nikki Bella, who was still at the ringside, however, pulled Flair out of the ring and beat her with the crutch.

Bliss went for the twisted bliss on Paige but she put her knees up. The former AEW Women’s Champion then delivered a DDT to Alexa and pinned her to win the match for her team.

    Paige Reunites

After the victory, Paige reunited with her arch-rival AJ Lee backstage. She posted a photo of the two with the Bella Twins, asking fans if they missed her.

Lee herself had a singles match on the show earlier in the night. Unfortunately for her, Becky Lynch beat the wrestling veteran to regain the Women’s IC Title at the show.

Paige also took part in the WrestleMania-post show where she claimed that WWE is her home. You can check out her comments here.

John Cena On If AJ Styles Has Really Retired

John Cena has revealed the one exception to AJ Styles’ retirement that will be acceptable.

The Cenation Leader walked the red carpet and answered questions before the 2026 Hall of Fame. In the spree, he talked to TMZ about things such as his hair transplant, upcoming films and more.

During the talk, the 17-time world champion was also asked if he thinks AJ Styles has truly retired from pro wrestling. John Cena explained his philosophy on the matter, saying that you should not disrespect fans who paid money to see your last match:

“So, I’m one of those folks who will be the first wrestler to actually retire. And I hope I set a trend and he’s the second. I think it’s very important that we respect our audience. When they invest in us to see us for the last time, I think that that has weight and importance.”

AJ’s path was a little different: John Cena

The Phenomenal One has said that the one exception to his retirement would be the chance to get in the ring with his son. John Cena admitted that it would be the one acceptable scenario for AJ Styles to return to action:

“AJ’s path was a little different than mine. I know his son is also in the business. So, as much as selfishly I want to say like, ‘Oh, you retired, why don’t you stay retired?’ If he has a chance to wrestle with his son, he should take it. I think the audience would want to see that. But hopefully…he wouldn’t say that if he didn’t feel it was time to stop.”

Apart from this, John Cena also revealed his prediction for the Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton match for Night 1 of WrestleMania 42. You can check out who he picked here.

John Cena Reveals Prediction for Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes

John Cena has revealed his pick.

For better or for worse, the involvement of Pat McAfee has made the upcoming WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton the most talked-about bout on the WrestleMania card this year.

The impact of the Viper’s heel turn and the fact that he’s back in the world title picture after a long time has made him the favorite in this bout. Though there have also been questions about his health heading into the show tonight.

    John Cena Reveals His Prediction

The Cenation Leader, who has a long history with both these veterans, was asked for his prediction on this match by Sports Illustrated on the red carpet for the 2026 Hall of Fame. John Cena mentioned that he was in a very similar position to Randy Orton heading into WrestleMania last year, and so he can’t bet against the Legend Killer:

“I gotta think about that. I can’t bet against Randy Orton, just cause I’ve known him for so long, I’ve known both of them for so long. And I’ve been in a similar position as a mentor for Cody, a teacher for Cody, somebody Cody wanted approval from. It didn’t really matter; the kid’s a success anyway.

I just think Randy’s got something to prove. I know what it feels like to say like ‘Oh yo, I want 17. I’ll do anything to get it.’ Cody was the guy I took it from. Randy’s got that vibe about him, that’s pretty special.”

Rhea Ripley has revealed the WWE moment that got her into wrestling.

The Mami started her wrestling journey very early, making her in-ring debut at the age of 16 in 2013. After a successful run in the Australian indie scene, she also did a tour of Japan before finally signing with WWE.

Byron Saxton interviewed the former Women’s Champion as part of the WrestleMania 42 Priority Pass Kickoff event. She was asked about dealing with distractions, advice for NXT kids and more during the session.

    Rhea Ripley’s Violent Wrestling Origin

When asked where her love for wrestling began, Rhea Ripley noted that she was always a violent child growing up. She then recalled her first exposure to wrestling, which was an extreme moment involving the WWE CCO Triple H and Ric Flair:

“So, I was always a brutal kid, as you know. Saxton, you know me. I’ve always been a brutal kid, and I loved watching WWE growing up. I absolutely loved it. The first thing that I had ever seen from WWE, my friend showed me,

And it was a video of my boss, Triple H, shoving a screwdriver in Ric Flair’s head. And it was from then on there I was like, ‘Yo, I really like this wrestling thing. This is really cool. I kind of like wanna continue watching this, and I might wanna try this later on.’”

The screwdriver spot came during the 2005 Survivor Series PPV where The Game faced The Nature Boy in a Last Man Standing match. Triple H went on to win the match after taking Flair out with a sledgehammer.

    Joe Hendry keeps giving surprises.

The former NXT Champion made an unannounced appearance on SmackDown this week, taking part in the Andre the Giant Memorial battle royal. While the viral star failed to score a victory in the bout, his night did not end there.

Joe Hendry was instead accompanied by fellow wrestler Gia Miller. Miller, who is currently signed to TNA wrestling, also posted a photo of the two on her Instagram.

Nikki Bella says she is not missing WrestleMania.

The status of the former Divas Champion has been in question since she suffered a leg injury during a tag team match against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss on SmackDown last month.

It was then reported on Friday that Bella will indeed be missing her women’s tag title match at the Show of Shows this year because of her injury. The report also claimed that a returning Paige will be replacing the Hall of Famer in the bout at the PPV event.

Nikki Bella Says She Is Still In It

The Bella Twins stopped to talk to Big E on the Hall of Fame red carpet. E asked Nikki Bella about her health, noting that she was still wearing a walking boot.

The WWE veteran claimed that it was just to get some extra rest before she goes after the women’s tag team titles tomorrow. The comment prompted Big E to ask if tomorrow was still on, to which Nikki said that she will never leave Brie’s side:

“Oh, yeah, I’m there, I’m here. I would never leave Brie’s side ever. I’m still in it, I’m still there tomorrow and we’re gonna go win those tag titles.”

Stephanie McMahon, who headlined the Hall of Fame class this year mentioned the importance of her parents in her success during her speech. She first discussed how her mother Linda McMahon, deserved to be inducted instead of Stephanie for her work as the former CEO of the company.

LA Knight Addresses Rumored Backstage Heat In WWE

LA Knight denies rumors of heat.

Fans have been speculating about the former US Champion’s status in the company in recent times, stemming from a couple of incidents on WWE programming. The first one was when Knight held up a sign reading ‘we want LA Knight, not Jey Uso’ during the latter’s singles run.

Another incident that drew people’s attention was when the former NXT star was called in to do a promo on John Cena during a Raw commercial break. The promo was cut short, however, leaving the WWE star visibly frustrated.

    LA Knight Explains WWE Incidents

The 43-year-old addressed these talks during a recent interview with Shak Wrestling. He was first asked about the fan sign incident and if he got any backstage heat because of it. LA Knight claimed nobody ever said anything about it after he got to the back but he did find some humor in all the discourse online:

“No, nothing whatsoever. If there was, I surely was not aware of it. Nobody said a word or anything. I literally just saw something about, ‘We want LA Knight.’ I have found it humorous to see everybody speculating though.”

Explaining the incident about the John Cena promo, Knight revealed that it was a simple case of miscommunication. According to the former champion, he was told that they had a little wiggle room before the show went back on, but that didn’t turn out to be the case:

“It was a communication thing. There’s a set amount of time for those little scenarios. I was told that…literary the word that I heard was ‘We have a little wiggle room.’ I saw the time was counting down, but I said, ‘We have wiggle room.’

So I’m thinking an extra 5 or 10 seconds, no problem. Apparently, ‘wiggle room’ was not wiggle room. I was a little hot about it at first but I’m like well somebody just obviously communicated wrong to me”

LA Knight will be part of the opening match of WrestleMania 42 Night 1. He will be teaming with The Usos to take on The Vision and IShowSpeed.

PWinsider provided an update on these rumors and confirmed that Roman Reigns is not going anywhere. They suggested that WWE is purposely staying quiet on the matter to encourage the buzz on social media:

“The claims that Roman Reigns’ contract is expiring are not accurate, PWInsider.com can confirm. We are told that WWE is purposely staying quiet in order to encourage conspiracy theories leading into WrestleMania 42 this weekend when Reigns battles CM Punk in the main event of Night Two.”

Another source with the knowledge of the situation claimed that even if Reigns’ deal was nearing its end ‘it was all worked out with time to spare.’

There is a high probability that the former Bloodline leader will come out of the Show of Shows a champion. It’d be interesting to see who challenges him first if the title change does happen.

Chelsea Green Details Embarrassing Bad Bunny Interaction

Bad Bunny has a sense of humor.

Chelsea Green recently spoke to TMZ Sports as part of the WrestleMania press junket. She talked about things such as what are the right places to approach a wrestler in public, if Harvey Levin could survive in a tag team match in WWE and more.

During the talk, the former US Champion was also asked about celebrities who have stepped in the ring for WWE and which one of them is the most entertaining in her opinion. Chelsea Green suggested that Bad Bunny would have been in consideration for her if the Puerto Rican mega star had not embarrassed her during a backstage interaction:

“So, I would have hyped up Bad Bunny, but one time… backstage in WWE, he legit deadass looked me dead in the eyes and pretended he did not know how to speak English to me,

When I was talking to him about a movie role I had auditioned for that he was in, looked me in the eyes, pretended like he didn’t know English and then went out and cut a promo in English and I was so heartbroken and so embarrassed.”

With Bunny off the list, Green noted that both Logan Paul and Pat McAfee are very good in the ring. She picked Jelly Roll as her favorite over them, however, because she loves the music star.

Chelsea Green is not booked for a WrestleMania match this year because of a leg injury. She has been out of action since the Elimination Chamber PPV, but it’s likely that she’ll return to action after the Show of Shows.

The Game shared photos of the statue on social media with the caption ‘Immortal,’ referencing Hogan’s longtime nickname. The bronze statue features Hogan doing his signature ear cup pose and holding a bronzed American flag.

Hulkamania Forever Exhibit at WWE World

WWE is currently hosting a Hulkamania Forever exhibit at WWE World featuring Hogan’s gear, memorabilia, and interactive elements. Nick Hogan recently visited the exhibit and posed with items celebrating his late father’s legacy.

The statue immortalizes Hogan months after his passing in July 2025. The tribute comes as part of WWE’s continued celebration of one of wrestling’s most iconic figures.

    Additional Hogan Tributes Planned

WWE will further honor Hogan’s legacy during the PPV weekend by inducting his WrestleMania 3 match against Andre the Giant into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame as this year’s Immortal Moment. The historic encounter remains one of the most celebrated matches in wrestling history.

AEW Star Confirms Reason For 2 Year Absence

Wardlow has confirmed the reason for his long AEW absence.

The heavyweight star has been missing from the ring for over 2 years now, with his last match being a March 2024 Dynamite encounter with Samoa Joe. The 38-year-old did make a return at the 2025 Forbidden Door PPV where he joined the Don Callis Family.

He was taken off TV again, however, without wrestling any matches. Reports later came out that the AEW star had suffered a torn pec on his return segment, which would send him on another lengthy hiatus.

During a recent interview with BCP+, the wrestling star was asked to send a message to the fans who miss him. Wardlow first apologized to his fans and mentioned that he misses being in the ring, too.

The former TNT Champion noted that at this point, he is excited to get back to wrestling in front of a live crowd again in whatever role possible.

Wardlow Talks Reasons For His Absence

Wardlow then opened up about the April 2024 car accident that was the initial reason for his absence. The American star claimed that he had never taken time off from wrestling due to injury before that, and he was ready to work even in his condition after the car accident. The creative, however, then scrapped the storyline he was supposed to be involved in, and that’s when he finally decided to head home:

“The storyline that I was looking forward to for the second time got canned. I can barely walk at this point after the car accident. So I finally decided to take some time off, which was the first time ever in my career,”

The former champion also confirmed the reports about the torn pec that extended his hiatus from the ring following the Forbidden Door return. Wardlow revealed that he is very close to getting cleared for action again, reiterating that it’s the first wrestling-related injury that has forced him to take time off:

“We’re very, very close to being ready… Obviously, I’m healing up from the torn pec, which most people know about. I also wanna state, because there’s a lot of discourse online about this, about injuries, right?

This torn pec is the first injury in my entire life, indies included, that I’ve ever taken time off for wrestling. Any time you saw me absent before the car accident, any time you saw me absent was never because of an injury. It was creative or there just wasn’t anything going on at the time and I was sitting at home.”

The heavyweight star later talked about getting the opportunity to be part of the Gladiators reboot during his time off and thanked Tony Khan for his blessing to work the project.

  • The Rock Hints At WrestleMania 42 Status

The Rock Hints At WrestleMania 42 Status

Will The Rock be at WrestleMania?

The Great One in many ways, is the invisible link between the two WrestleMania main events announced this year. Apart from his obvious family connection to Roman Reigns, the fact that CM Punk started the build to his Mania feud with the Tribal Chief by bringing up Sika, gives him a great reason to get involved in the match at the Show of Shows.

And if he wanted to go the other route, his history with Cody Rhodes is enough of a reason for the Hollywood star to cost The American Nightmare his title match this Saturday. Not to mention that his presence as a representative of the TKO board of directors will give a new meaning to the Final Boss moniker and give superstars a face to direct their anger while mentioning the top brass.

The fact that The Rock is already in Las Vegas for the 2026 CinemaCon to promote the live-action Moana movie added another layer to the speculations about his potential involvement in the biggest wrestling PPV of the year.

Will The Rock Be at WrestleMania 42?

Though after being criticised for not showing up at WrestleMania 41 after getting involved in John Cena’s heel turn, The People’s Champion seems to be mindful about quashing any such expectations before the rumors pick up too much.

This is presumably one of the reasons why the former World Champion made sure to mention during his CinemaCon speech that he will be heading home to his daughter Tia for her 8th birthday on April 17, before the WrestleMania festivities can begin:

“Being a proud girl dad, three times. I have a daughter in her 20s, I have ten, I have eight…I have seven. My youngest is going to turn eight tomorrow. Happy birthday Tia, I know you’re going to see this. I love you. I’m coming home tonight,”

Of course, nothing The Rock says will convince everybody that there hasn’t been at least some consideration about involving him in the PPV event. But at least now nobody can say he gave fans a false impression about his plans for the Mania week.
