John Cena has gone bald.

The Cenation Leader revealed on social media on Monday that he went “all in” for his second FUE hair transplant procedure, sharing a photo of his bald look following the treatment.

“Round 2 of FUE Treatement and this time I went all in for best possible results. Thank you @KenAndersonMD and the staff at Anderson Center for Hair for accompanying me on this journey!,”

The hair transplant talk is familiar territory for Cena, who turned the subject into a real-life talking point during a recent run as a heel. He has been open about his hair-restoration efforts for some time, and this latest update keeps the conversation going.

Cena previously discussed the topic on Pat McAfee’s show, saying, “I also got a hair transplant last November,” while explaining the routine he follows. That regimen reportedly includes red-light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, shampoo, and conditioner.

Cena Remains A Public Presence Post-WWE

Cena has continued to speak openly about life after his in-ring career, keeping him in the spotlight even away from weekly programming. His personal choices, including this procedure, remain a point of interest for fans who followed him for two decades.

While officially retired from in-ring action, John Cena has continued being an ambassador for WWE. He recently revealed what he misses most after stepping away from wrestling and shared concerns about the John Cena Classic getting sabotaged.

The photo from the Anderson Center for Hair in Atlanta is the latest glimpse at Cena’s hair-restoration journey, which he has documented candidly across multiple rounds.
