  • CM Punk Reveals How He Treats Himself After Big WWE Matches

CM Punk has a notorious sweet tooth and can often be found enjoying baked goods following WWE Premium Live Events. When WWE\’s X account caught up with the Best in the World, he explained why he enjoys a donut, muffin, or other baked good after a match.

\”I like to treat myself after I put in a lot of hard work. I try to diet when I\’m not physically wrestling in the ring and my pot of gold at the end of that rainbow when I do wrestle is some sort of treat.\”

Punk\’s pastry love was on full-display during his infamous All Out 2022 post-show rant as he lashed out at several AEW names while chowing down on goods from Mindy\’s Bakery. Following Punk\’s suspension, Mindy\’s Bakery was flooded with reviews and messages from fans who made reference to Punk\’s explosive comments. Following Punk\’s return to WWE, Drew McIntyre sought to play mindgames with Punk with a trip down memory lane.

Punk\’s next high-profile match will come at WrestleMania 41, where he will headline Night One against Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. While finally main eventing the Show of Shows will certainly be sweet for Punk, fans can expect the Best in the World to indulge after his match in Allegiant Stadium.

  • Velvet Sky Fires Back at Mickie James Over \’Lingerie\’ Comments About WWE Trainee\’s Ring Attire

On the latest episode of WWE LFG, Mickie James took issue with the outfit of Zena Sterling. Speaking to the mentee of Bubba Ray Dudley after her match with Tamara Mae Steele, James questioned Zena\’s choice of in-ring attire.

\”I lived during the diva era, and we fought very, very hard to not have to wrestle in lingerie anymore. Since I\’m a female, I can speak on this. It\’s very frustrating when women go out there and wrestle, and all I see is their a**. And I can\’t look past it. It\’s all I see. It\’s very distracting. So you want to be taken serious as a wrestler, but you\’re wrestling in pretty much jazzed up lingerie. And that\’s my opinion. And that\’s coming from someone who\’s had to wrestle on TV a lot.\”

James\’ comments have sparked a discussion among fans about ring attire and the progress female talent have made, especially in WWE, over the past decade. Some argued that James is right to criticize what they perceive as an over-sexualized attire. Others believe that it\’s ultimately Sterling\’s choice to where what she feels is best and that James has also worn similar attires.

On X, Velvet Sky, a fellow TNA alum who\’s worked with James countless times, chimed in. Sky joked that she felt personally attacked before throwing her support behind Sterling\’s ring attire.

WWE LFG sees legends of the ring serve as mentors to promising, young talent, each one hoping to earn a contract with the promotion. While James\’ time with WWE LFG will soon be over, the former Women\’s Champion isn\’t shying away from making her views perfectly clear.

  • George Foreman Grill Inventor Denies Hulk Hogan Was Offered Deal First

Hulk Hogan has a history of telling tall tales throughout his career and now another one of his claims has been debunked. Despite Hogan\’s insistence that he came close to landing the grill deal that would ultimately go to the late George Foreman, that is not the case at all.

Hogan has spent decades claiming that the deal was nearly his. In an interview with Dan LeBatard, Hogan claims that the deal was nearly his and why his agent, who also represented Foreman, picked the bozing icon.

\”My agent called me, \’Hogan, I got two things, a grill and a blender. Two choices for you and George.\’ When I called him back, my agent says, \’I called you first and I figured you would take the grill, but you weren\’t home so I called George and he took the grill.\’\”

    Not So Fast

In a recent edition of his \’Pablo Torre Finds Out\’ show, Torre debunks the claim by the Hulkster. Torre shares a statement from the family of Michael Boehm, inventor of the grill, debunking Hogan\’s tale that he was considered for the brand deal.

\”George Foreman was the only celebrity our dad approached about endorsing the grill. We don\’t know who started the story about Hulk Hogan being approached but it isn\’t accurate.\”

It\’s not just the Boehm familly that are refuting Hogan\’s claim. Henry Holmes, a laywer who represented by Hogan and Foreman, claims that he has no idea what the Hulkster is talking about. He suggests that in addition to Foreman, Pamela Anderson and Chuck Norris may have been considered for the grill, but Hogan was not a contender.

The grill claim is one of Hogan\’s many lies that the Hulkster has made. Other examples include:

    • Claiming Elvis Presley was a huge fan of his. In reality, Elvis died in 1977, two years before Hogan made his wrestling debut in Memphis.
Claiming he was approached by Lars Ulrich to play for Metallica. When asked if Hogan was asked, James Hetfield said \”definitely not.\”
    • Claiming Andre the Giant died a few days after their WrestleMania 3 match. Not only did Andre not die shortly after their 1987 collision, the pair would wrestle one another at WrestleMania 4.
    • Claiming he wrestled 400 days in one calendar year due to flying several time zones when traveling to and from Japan. Hogan\’s claim is literally impossible.
    • Claiming his track \’Hulkster in Heaven\’ was about a young fan Hogan had met ahead of his match at SummerSlam 1992 who sadly passed. Hogan did not compete at the show, nor was he appearing for WWE at the time.

  • Cody Rhodes Shares Goal To Change WWE Theme Song

Cody Rhodes\’ theme, Kingdom by Downstait, is as synonymous with the WWE Superstar as his signature jacket, bleach blond hair, or infamous neck tattoo. Now though, Rhodes may be poised to change his theme song but with a change that has his family in mind.

On Stephanie\’s Places, Rhodes discussed the theme\’s intro that sees the American Nightmare claim \”Wrestling has more than one royal family.\” Rhodes explained how that intro, a not-so-subtle dig at the McMahon family, came shortly after he walked away from WWE in 2016 to do better elsewhere.

\”I recorded that within weeks after I left WWE. And to this day we still use that audio sample.\”

It\’s somewhat ironic that the dig at the McMahon family is now heard every single week on programming for the promotion the McMahon\’s built. Fitting into the theme of family bonds, Cody is ready for his daughter to replace him in his theme song, if she so chooses.

\”My goal actually is, I don\’t know if she\’d wanna do this. But the beginning of my song, the little voice over that exists. I\’d love my daughter to do it. I want her to have a good experience in this.\”

Whether this change happens or not, Rhodes plans on doing his family proud at WrestleMania 41 where he\’ll face John Cena. With the Undisputed WWE Championship and perhaps the very soul of WWE on the line, Rhodes\’ showdown with Cena will prove to be must-see in Las Vegas\’ Allegiant Stadium.

  • WWE Superstars Reveal Their Suprising Hates In Hot Takes Video

CM Punk recently shared his disdain for The Beatles but he\’s not the only WWE Superstar with a hot take. In a video from Jackie Redmond, the Superstars of WWE shared what they hate that everybody appears to love:

Julius Creed – Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream: In a bold call that\’s splitting American Made, Julius shared that he\’s no fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Proving his point that everybody else seems to love it, Ivy Nile immediately responded saying she loves the flavor.

Otis – Barbeque Sauce: Otis is a man who loves his meat, but he is no fan of drenching his food in barbeque sauce. His reasoning? \”Let the fat and the salt do the talking, baby!\”

Dakota Kai – The Big Bang Theory: The show about a series of nerds and their attractive neighbor may have won awards, but Kai is no fan. She declared that the show is \”not funny.\” Despite being the target audience, Kai, a self-professed nerd says the show makes perople like her \”look really bad.\”

Jimmy Uso – Twins: In perhaps the most baffling pet hate, Jimmy Uso is no fan of twins. His twin brother Jey was also in the video and didn\’t seem impressed.

Jey Uso – Flowers: Jey doesn\’t care for flowers and said that they make places smell like a funeral. Jimmy quipped that his brother hates flowers because he hasn\’t been given his flowers yet.

Adam Pearce – Professional wrestlers: Clearly fed up with the antics of Rhea Ripley and others, Raw\’s General Manager is through with dealing with pro wrestlers.

Cody Rhodes – People who have no enemies: Rhodes sees someone who has no issues with others as a huge red flag. Ironically, Rhodes is ready to be an enemy of those who have no enemies.

Alicia Taylor – The Beatles: Like Punk, Taylor is no fan of the \’Fab Four.\’ Redmond was shocked to find not one, but two hater of the Beatles sat at the very same table backstage.

Maxxine Dupri – Listening to music too loudly: Maxxine Dupri may be surrounded by wrestlers with loud entrance songs, but for her, anyone who listens to a song above a volume of 7 is a major no-no.

  • Indie Wrestler Becca Wiley Makes History with Title Win, Bayley Reacts

Independent wrestler Becca Wiley recently won championship gold, in a huge moment for her career. Not only did the 19-year-old win gold, but she also made history in the process.

On X, Wiley noted that she is the first woman in professional wrestling to win championship gold while living with cerebral palsy. Reflecting on her historic win, Wiley said that \”life is crazy\” and thanked Bayley for inspiring her finisher. This caught the attention of WWE\’s role model who was thrilled to see Wiley succeed in the ring.

Wiley\’s connection to Bayley, a history maker in her own right, extends far past the WWE star inspiring her finisher. Wiley\’s pinned post on X shows the young Becca meeting Bayley and Sasha Banks ahead of WrestleMania 35 in 2019. Little did the then-teenager know that she\’d one day hold gold of her own, inspired by the then-Hugger.

It remains to be seen how far Wiley goes with her championship but her place in the history books cannot be erased. And after years of touting herself as a role model, WWE\’s Bayley has truly helpedinspire a history maker on the independent scene.

  • WWE Star\’s Embarrassing Tattoo Featured on Dark Side of the Ring

Tattoos are a staple of wrestling, from Randy Orton\’s sleeves to the ink that adorns WWE Raw\’s Rhea Ripley. With that said, not every tattoo can be a winner and recently, an awkward tattoo that adorned former WWE Superstar Ludvig Borga has come to light.

Borga\’s life and career is set to be the subject of an episode of Vice\’s Dark Side of the Ring. Ahead of the episode\’s release, a clip was shared of Jim Cornettte discussing Borga\’s unique ink. The tattoo in question? The words \’Exit Only\’ emblazoned on the wrestler\’s buttocks.

\”Do you really need to have written instructions for people not to f*** you in the ass? Does there have to be a written warning?\”

This tattoo wasn\’t even Borga\’s worst piece of ink, as he also had a Schutzstaffel tattoo on his calf. During his WWE career, Borgawas made to put tape over his tattoo of the SS insignia as the promotion did not want to be associated with the Adolf Hitler-led paramilitary group.

Borga\’s questionable tattoos didn\’t stop him from succeeding in the world of politics. From 2003 to 2007 he served as a Member of Parliament for the right-wing populist \’True Finns\’ party. The party, known today as the Finns Party, has opposed gay marriage and other LGBTQ+ rights, which may explain Borga\’s buttocks tattoo.

Borga was involved in controvery both in and out of the wrestling business and died in January 2010, two days after his 47th birthday. Though fans will never know what he\’d make to modern-day WWE or the state of LGBTQ+ rights in the world today, he made sure to make clear that his rear was a one-way street.

  • CM Punk Blasts \’Overrated & Phony\’ The Beatles In Music Hot Take

The Beatles are regarded by many as one of the greatest bands of all time, but CM Punk has no love for John, Paul, George, or Ringo. In a new video from Jackie Redmond, Punk was asked for what he hates that everyone else seems to love.

\”The Beatles! Overrated. Phony boy band that was manufactured and went through shitty phases. ‘We’re hippies now. We’re psychedelic now.’ f*** you, Sergeant Pepper.\”

Punk flipped off the camera to end his segment, making clear his disdain for the quartet of Liverpudlians. Punk\’s comments about the \’Fab Four\’ will come as a shock to many music fans, including Samantha Irvin. Not only is the former WWE announcer a fan of the Beatles, but she has a tattoo of the four\’s famous Abbey Road walk on her arm.

Punk recently shared on Celtic Warrior Workouts that he doesn\’t believe in \’guilty pleasure\’ music, saying that he listens to songs that\’d shock fans. With that said, don\’t expect the Best in the World to be chilling to \’Hey Jude\’ or \’Let it Be\’ anytime soon.

  • Triple H Reveals Somber Warning He Tells WWE Talent

Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque\’s days in the ring are in the past, but the WWE Chief Content Officer knows all about getting hurt in the squared circle. Speaking on Sunday Brunch, Levesque shared that he warns talent that getting hurt and injured isn\’t a question of if, but when.

\”I say this to our talent all the time. Nobody walks away from what we do unscathed. You\’re going to get injured. You\’re going to get hurt. It\’s just a part of what we do, like any other sport.\”

Levesque certainly knows a thing or two about the inevitability of injuries in the ring. In 2001, Levesque suffered a torn quadricep injury in a tag-team match but powered through to finish the match. Over five years later, Levesque suffered the same injury at New Year\’s Revolution 2007. This second tear forced Levesque to miss WrestleMania 23, his first time not competing at the show of shows since arriving in WWE in mid-1995.

Today, Levesque and Shawn Michaels do what they can to prepare talent to be safe in the ring while still delivering action-packed entertainment. Even with all the training and words of advice though, talent will eventually get hurt, a fact that Levesque knows even years after his own in-ring career ended.

  • Triple H: The Rock Loves Hollywood But There\’s Nothing Like WWE

Dwayne \’The Rock\’ Johnson may have forged a career in Hollywood, but his heart will always be with WWE as far as Paul Levesque is concerned. Appearing on Sunday Brunch, WWE\’s Chief Content Officer reflected on

\”[The Rock] constantly comes back into what we do because while he loves Hollywood, there\’s no place to get that connection [other than WWE.] When 80,000 people are going crazy and you\’re in that ring, and you\’re controlling their emotions with your storytelling, it\’s electric.\”

Johnson returned to WWE after a seven-year break in 2011 to serve as the host of that year\’s WrestleMania 27. In 2024, Johnson strengthened his ties to WWE by joining TKO\’s board of directors. On-screen, The Rock has re-invented himself as the \’Final Boss,\’ a controlling heel who uses his ties to the board to influence matters against his enemies.

The Rock was last seen at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto, where he assisted a newly-turned John Cena in his assault of Cody Rhodes. With Cena and Rhodes set to do battle at WrestleMania 41, fans eagerly await the return of The Rock, even with the allure of Hollywood.

  • The Rock Refutes Claim He Sabotaged CM Punk\’s WrestleMania Dream

CM Punk will finally headline a WrestleMania this April, but many fans believe Punk should have received the honor years ago. In 2013, fans hoped that Punk would headline WrestleMania 29, but that instead went to John Cena and the Rock who had a rematch of their ‘once in a lifetime’ bout from the previous year.

Recently, a video was shared that The Rock hates Punk and won’t let him headline WrestleMania under any circumstance. This video caught the attention of the Final Boss, who refuted the idea that he has an issuye with the Best in the World.

“First of all, Punk and I have become good buddies over the years. We’re solid. Secondly, whatever match making scenario is best for true long term (not short term) business success- that will be our Mania main event. Lastly, you’re clown.”

Despite the claim that The Rock hates Punk, evidence points to the contrary. Shortly after Punk walked out of WWE, The Rock called the Best in the World following an episode of Raw. This demonstrated that the pair were at least on speaking terms and Punk was okay with the man who supposedly hated him, having his phone number.

Whatever issues Punk and Rock may or may not have had, they won\’t keep the Best in the World from headlining WrestleMania 41: Saturday. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on Punk as he prepares to do battle with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins inside Allegiant Stadium on April 19.

  • ECW Alum Defend Promotion After Comparison To Moxley Spike Spot

During the recent Cope Vs. Jon Moxley rematch, the AEW World Champion was slammed onto Spike, Cope\’s signature spiked board. The spot, which saw the spikes stuck in Moxley\’s back, has sparked a debate about whether AEW went too far or if all\’s fair in the name of wrestling action.

On social media, Rob Van Dam shared his opposition to the spot, which some have found questionable given his ECW ties. When a fan said it was \”laughable\” for RVD to be opposed to the violent AEW moment, Van Dam gave a lengthy response. The WWE Hall of Famer pointed out that he didn\’t compete in Barbed Wire matches in ECW, nor did he ever blade. He added that fans are \”stupid\” if they believe he\’s being hypocritcal about the AEW spot.

Taz, another veteran of ECW, also defended the promotion from the attitude that it was merely about violence. The former ECW World Champion argued that being \’hardcore\’ was a mindset in ECW and not just about being as violent as possible.

Outside of its violent in-ring action, ECW helped produce exciting cruiserweights and luchadors, and was able to tell compelling storylines without the need for blading. Several talents involved would enjoy succesful careers both in and outside ECW\’s violent homestead including RVD, The Dudley Boyz, and more.

ECW may be a thing of the past, but the memories and attitudes of the promotion continue to live on today. While some may feel AEW imitated ECW with this particular spot, there was far more to the promotion than blood and guts as far as RVD and Taz are concerned.

  • Eva Marie Tells All On Planned SmackDown Women\’s Title Win

Eva Marie never held gold during her tenure with WWE, but that nearly wasn\’t the case. Speaking to Ring The Belle, Marie was asked about a long-standing rumor that she was set to win the SmackDown Women\’s Championship.

\”I had heard that too. I had heard that I was actually going to get the title at SummerSlam [2016]… so many things were going on.\”

Not only did Marie not win the gold at SummerSlam but she was cut from the event and replaced by the returning Nikki Bella. Marie was cut from the show for violating WWE\’s Wellness Policy. At the time, she claimed that she\’d tested positive for Adderall, a medication she had a prescription for, but submitted the paperwork after a WWE deadline.

\”They totally knew, for sure, that everything was documented from my doctor. I thought it was a gimmick [by WWE.] That moment devastated me.\”

Instead of SummerSlam, the first SmackDown Women\’s Champion was crowned at the following month\’s Backlash Premium Live Event. In a six-woman match that featured Natalya, Alexa Bliss, Naomi, Carmella, and Nikki Bella, it was Becky Lynch who etched her name in the history books as the inaugural champion.

Marie would part ways with WWE in 2017 and returned to the promo three years later. While Eva never held the SmackDown Women\’s Championship, there\’s no shortage of fans who recall her impact in the ring and as part of WWE Total Divas on E!

  • WWE PLE In India Is The Goal, Says Nick Khan

WWE could be hosting a Premium Live Event in India within a matter of years, according to WWE President Nick Khan. Speaking to the Hindustan Times, Khan shared that an event could come to the sub-continent within the next two years.

\”We\’re pencilling out 2026 and 2027 now. In one of our first meetings with Netflix after the deal was signed, without asking, Netflix handed us a list of their priority countries. At the top of that list was India.\”

WWE is the second most popular sport in India, only behind Cricket, Khan revealed. The WWE President added that WWE storrytelling fits right at home with the viewing habits of the Indian consumer.

\”You’ll notice a lot of dramas and stories with deep narratives. That\’s exactly what we believe WWE is.\”

    WWE In India

WWE has hosted several live events in India, the first of being in February 1996 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In 2023, WWE hosted its biggest India-based event, the Superstar Spectacle which show saw a rare in-ring appearance by John Cena. The WWE icon teamed with Seth Rollins to defeat Imperium\’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci.

Now, India appears poised to host a Premium Live Event in huge news to the countless fans in the area. Stay tuned to SEScoops for thelatest on WWE\’s international events as they prepare for a trip to India.

  • Drew McIntyre Got \’Real Glass\’ in His Eye in SmackDown Attack

On the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown, Damian Priest attacked Drew McIntyre in the parking lot. The assault culminated with Priest hitting South of Heaven on McIntyre, sending him through a car window, much to the delight of CM Punk who appeared shortly after.

Taking to X after the attack, McIntyre proved that his issues with Punk aren\’t over despite their feud wrapping up in 2024. On the platform, McIntyre made reference to getting \”real glass\” in his eye thanks to Priest\’s assault in the parking area.

McIntyre\’s comments allude to the comment about real glass made by Jack Perry at All In: London 2023. This comment, which itself referenced Punk being opposed to the use of real glass on AEW Collision, resulted in Punk and Perry fighting backstage in front of Tony Khan. The AEW President would suspend both men and Punk would be fired from AEW in September 2023.

Punk and McIntyre have moved on to other programs but there\’s clear bad blood between the still. Whether either man \’cries a river\’ or not over McIntyre\’s comment, it may be just a matter of time before these two are back in the same ring.

  • Randy Orton Vows to Punt Kevin Owens’ Head Over WrestleMania 41 Roof

On the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown, Kevin Owens interfered in Randy Orton\’s match with Drew McIntyre, costing the Legend Killer the victory. In a WWE Digital Exclusive, an irate Orton looked back on the piledriver delivered from Owens in 2024 that cost him months of action.

\”I was out four freaking months because Kevin Owens dropped on me, at my head. Four months, no matches, four months!\”

Orton returned at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto where he attempted to hit a punt kick on Kevin Owens. While the Prizefighter avoided the move in his home country, Orton vowed that things will be different in Las Vegas\’ Allegiant Stadium.

\”WrestleMania, Piledriver versus Punt Kick. But he is just only going to nip, nip, nip, nip away at me until I kick him so hard come the day on WrestleMania, grandest stage of all. I am gonna send his head clear over the freaking roof.\”

Orton ended by confirming that his match with Owens will take place at WrestleMania 41: Saturday, due to take place on April 19. Stay tuned to see whether Orton can vanquish Owens at WrestleMania and deliver a punt kick that\’ll leave the fans in danger of being in the splash zone.

  • WWE Set to Break Six-Year Streak at WrestleMania 41

On the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown, it was announced that CM Punk Vs. Roman Reigns Vs. Seth Rollins will headline Night One of WrestleMania 41. This stacked match will be Punk\’s first time headlining the Showcase of the Immortals, the third for Rollins and the tenth for the OTC.

While this match is certainly fitting of the main event spot, it will likely mark the end of a major streak related to WrestleMania. With this match headlining Night One, and John Cena Vs. Cody Rhodes expected to headline Night Two, this year\’s WrestleMania will mark the first time since 2018 that a Royal Rumble winner hasn\’t closed out the show.

Jey Uso won the 2025 Men\’s Royal Rumble match and will challenge World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER this April. As for Charlotte Flair, the winner of the 2025 Women\’s Royal Rumble match, she will challenge Women\’s Champion Tiffany Stratton. While neither match has been assigned a night yet, it is apparent that neither will close out Night Two over Cena Vs. Rhodes.

The last time neither Royal Rumble winner headlined the show was in 2018 when Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura won the Rumble matches. Neither headlined at WrestleMania 34 and neither won gold in their title matches against Charlotte and AJ Styles.

Even if Jey and Charlotte don\’t headline the show of shows, both intend on leaving Las Vegas with championship gold. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on WrestleMania 41 and this year\’s stacked card.

  • Update On WWE Hall of Fame Immortal Moments, Origins of the Idea

For the first time in history, an \’Immortal Moment\’ will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as Bret Hart and Steve Austin\’s war at WrestleMania 13 will be celebrated on April 18. The iconic I-Quit match helped cement Austin as a top star in the making while showcasing Hart\’s trademark excellence both in and out of the ring.

This idea isn\’t a WWE original but one the promotion has borrowed from their TKO partners at UFC. In the Daily Update, Dave Meltzer said that fans should \”credit this one to Art Evans\” who currently oversees the UFC Hall of Fame selection process.

Evans was tasked with making the UFC Hall of Fame seem more credible following the controversial induction of Stephan Bonnar. A two-time drug cheat who lost the majority of his significant matches, Bonnar\’s induction remains a point of contention. To build back good-will, Evans introduced inducting specific fights and now WWE is following suit.

Triple H, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger, and The Natural Disasters have been confirmed for this year’s Hall of Fame and now fans will also get to hear from Austin and the Rattlesnake. It remains to be seen what other matches and moments will be inducted in the years to come as WWE has a massive history of iconic points in time worthy of an induction.

  • \’Crushed It\’ – Triple H Praises Mark Nash After WWE Ring Announcer Debut

On the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown, Mark Nash made his debut as the brand\’s new ring announcer, replacing Lilian Garcia in the role. Nash had his work cut out, as he announced for several top names including Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and the OTC Roman Reigns. Taking to X after the show, WWE CCO Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque had praise for the new announcer.

Nash, real name Mark Shunock, made a name for himself before WWE as the host and announcer for Top Rank Boxing on ESPN. He has also served as the in-arena host of the Vegas Golden Knights and the Las Vegas Raiders, proving his talents can\’t be contained to just one sport.

While Garcia will no longer be announcing on SmackDown, fans haven\’t seen the last of her in a WWE setting. It has been confirmed that Garcia will still have a role at WWE events, including ring announcing at the Saturday Night\’s Main Event shows. Garcia\’s presence at these shows will add to the nostalgic feel of the events which were brought back in late 2024.

Nash joins WWE during the Road to WrestleMania 41 meaning he\’ll have his work cut out at this pivotal time of the year. It remains to be seen how Nash fares in his new role but his efforts haven\’t gone unnoticed by WWE\’s Chief Content Officer.

  • WWE Documentary Covering Infamous Event Reportedly Coming Soon

WWE is preparing to reveal backstage details about one of its most infamous events. WrestleVotes reports that WWE will release a documentary on Peacock chronicling the story of WrestleMania 9. The documentary will be titled \’Becoming a Spectacle\’ and is set to be released within a manner of weeks.

    WrestleMania 9

The 1993 event is a polarizing show, with the event often making \’Worst WrestleMania\’ lists shared by fans. Many take issue with the show\’s main event that saw Yokozuna defeat Bret Hart to win the WWE Championship. After that match, Hulk Hogan appears and is immediately offered a title match by Yokozuna\’s challenger Mr. Fuji. With the encouragment of Bret, Hogan accepts and wins the gold in seconds. The match is seen by many as Hogan forcing his way back to the top of WWE at the expense of the workhorse Hitman.

The show also saw The Undertaker extend his WrestleMania winning streak to 3-0 with a heavily-panned victory over Giant Gonzalez. Despite being promoted as a wild savage, Gonzalez quickly gives up trying to defeat The Undertaker and uses a bottle of ether on the Phenom. This gave The Undertaker his only disqualification victory on his iconic WrestleMania record.

While WrestleMania 9 may not be making many must-watch playlists, this behind-the-curtain look at the show promises to be an entertaining endeavor. With WrestleMania season truly underway, fans will soon get to learn much more about the 1993 spectacle.

  • WWE Hall of Fame: Hart Vs. Austin Is First \’Immortal Moment\’ Inductee

The 2025 WWE Hall of Fame just got even bigger with a never-before-seen induction being confirmed. During the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown, it was announced that the first ever match will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The match in question? None other than the WrestleMania 13 epic between Bret \’Hitman\’ Hart and \’Stone Cold\’ Steve Austin.

Though not the main event, the epic I-Quit match between Austin and Hart is what WrestleMania 13 is best remembered for. Given the bad blood between the two, WWE officials felt a standard referee could not keep the two in line. Enter, Ken Shamrock, the World\’s Most Dangerous Man, who served as the guest official. Shamrock\’s role at the event would pave the way for his own in-ring career.

Hart got the win, though not by forcing Austin to say the two dreaded words. In one of wrestling\’s most iconic moments, a bloodied Austin screamed through the pain of the sharpshooter before passing out. The moment signified that Hart was too tough to quit, earning him the neverending respect of the fans.

The WWE Hall of Fame will take place on April 18 with Triple H, Lex Luger, Michelle McCool, and the Natural Disasters confirmed to be inducted. With WWE now inducting matches and moments, it remains to be seen what fans will see inducted in the coming years.

  • Randy Orton Sets Sight On Cody Rhodes & 15th WWE World Title Win

Cody Rhodes will defend his Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41 against John Cena, but the American Nightmare has more than the WWE icon to deal with. Rhodes kicked off the March 28, edition of WWE SmackDown from London, England by discussing Cena. Before he could speak too much though, Rhodes was interrupted by former ally Randy Orton.

Though not an emotional person, Orton said he loves and respects Cody and has been amazed by what Cody has done since returning to WWE. While Orton is immensely confident that Cody is going to retain at WrestleMania, he will have a massive feud lined up after the Showcase of the Immortals.

\”Just like John Cena is going after number 17, there\’s gonna come a time when I\’m gonna want to go after number 15.\”

The pair hyped up a potential title showdown befor Drew McIntyre spoiled the Legacy reunion. While McIntyre has history with both men, he wasn\’t pleased to see Rhodes or Orton in the opening spot on SmackDown.

\”A couple of nepo babies in the ring having a love fest. It makes me absolutely sick.\”

McIntyre declared that he will be the one to dethrone Rhodes as Undisputed WWE Champion, not John Cena or Randy Orton. Rhodes retaliated with an attack but when Orton attempted the RKO, McIntyre was able to escape the ring.

A match between Orton and McIntyre was made official for later in the show. As for Rhodes, he\’ll have his hands fall, even if he is able to retain his title against John Cena at WrestleMania 41.

  • Lex Luger Marries Ahead of WWE Hall of Fame Induction

2025 is already proving to be a huge year for Lex Luger. Not only will the wrestling star become a WWE Hall of Famer this April but now the former World Champion is a happily married man.

During an appearance on Eric Bischoff’s 83 Weeks podcast alongside Diamond Dallas Page, Luger revealed that he recently tied the knot. Luger and his wife Robyn only met recently after Lex went for close to two decades without as much as a date.

\”Seventeen years—didn’t date. No women in my life at all. I met this girl last year, Robyn, and we started hanging out a little bit, sparks started flying.”

Luger was previously married to Peggy Fulbright and known for his relationship with Miss Elizabeth during his WCW days. When it comes to Robyn, the couple kept their relationship private. Similarly, the pair enjoyed a low-key wedding on the back patio of his home.

\”Friday night on the back patio of our house with just a few people there. We didn’t wanna do the big wedding thing, but it was really special.\”

The couple had planned to elope, before plans changed and they had Luger\’s friend \’Pastor Steve\’ marry the couple. On the podcast, Lex shared how Steve was the one who turned him to Christianity in April 2006 and ordained Lex in 2015.

Luger is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 18 in Las Vegas during WrestleMania weekend, capping off an iconic career in the wrestling industry. Whatever comes next for Lex, his wife Robyn will be by his side for the ride.

  • \’My Ethos Never Changes\’ – John Cena On Staying Motivated in Final WWE Run

John Cena is nearing the end of his time in the ring but the WWE icon remains as motivated as ever to give his all. Speaking to Sports Illustrated, John was asked what keeps him going at this stage of his lofty career.

\”I don\’t think my ethos changes regardless of what the hill in front of me is to climb.\”

Elaborating on his hills metaphor, John said there are different hills in front of him every single day. Now, John has a new hill ahead of him, WrestleMania 41, which he is ready to climb to the very top.

\”There\’s one in front of me has its own challenges and I\’m just trying to do the best I can to climb the hill in front of me.\”

Cena recently turned heel for the first time in two decades, putting new obstacles in the way of the WWE icon. So far though, Cena has succeeded in getting fans to boo him, no easy feat given the wealth of support he has generated throughout his career.

Cena\’s road to WrestleMania 41 will lead him to a championship match with Cody Rhodes, the current top babyface of WWE. Cena has vowed to retire with the gold, forcing WWE to create a \’toy\’ for talent to compete over, one without the rich legacy and history of the gold Rhodes currently holds.

A 17th World Championship awaits John Cena at the top of his \’hill\’ if the WWE icon can reach the top as he has before. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on John Cena as he embarks on perhaps the most intriguing run of his WWE career.

  • Nic Nemeth Claims Goldberg Match Could\’ve Hospitalized Him

Nic Nemeth was fortunate to avoid a lengthy stay in a hospital bed after wrestling Bill Goldberg, according to the former TNA World Champion. On X, Goldberg shared a clip of the pair\’s SummerSlam 2019 collision telling fans \”be careful what you wish for.\” Nemeth, who was squashed in the match, clarified that the match only came about as Goldberg wished for it.

When a fan argued that Nemeth is \”known basically for being able to get your ass kicked,\” TNA\’s Wanted Man didn\’t take it lying down. Firing back, Nemeth argued that rather than being \’lucky\’ to face Goldberg, he was lucky to avoid a trip to the hospital.

Nemeth\’s comments suggest that Goldberg was dangerous in the ring, at least in their one-and-only singles encounter. Though never confirmed, many believe the match came about quickly to \’undo\’ the underwhelming performance of Goldberg in his infamous 2019 match with The Undertaker.

Goldberg will wrestle his final match in 2025, ending an epic career that saw him reach the top of WWE and WCW. While it\’s unclear who Goldberg\’s final opponent will be, Nic Nemeth is in no hurry to volunteer after their previous encounter.
