  • Jade Cargill Would Love Major Change to WWE WrestleMania 41 Match

At WrestleMania 41, Jade Cargill will compete at WWE\’s two-night spectacular for the second time in her career. While Jade was victorious in six-woman-tag action in 2024, this year\’s show will see the Storm battle one of her former allies: Naomi.

Cargill Vs. Naomi will be a historic showdown, marking the first singles match between two women without a title or stipulation attached in WrestleMania history. Speaking to WWE Die Woche, Cargill reflected on what this match means to her.

\”I’m excited. I wasn’t expecting it, I wasn’t expecting it. It kind of came out the blue. I’m happy to show what I can do in a solo match.\”

While Cargill is excited to go one-on-one, the former Women\’s Tag Team Champion won\’t fear getting hardcore if allowed. When asked about a potential stipulation being added, Cargill was all in favor of being able to use weapons against her treacherous ex-friend.

\”I would love that, I would love that. Listen, I have a chair in my car right now... I’m ready to tear the house down and I’m ready to beat down Naomi to a pulp.\”

As for Naomi, she\’s no stranger to big wins at WrestleMania, including winning the SmackDown Women\’s Championship in 2017 and winning the Battle Royal the next year. With that in mind, Cargill is in for the fight of her life in Las Vegas, whether there\’s weapons or not.

  • How The Rock\’s Corporate Role Left One WWE Alum Wanting to Leave

Dwayne \’The Rock\’ Johnson currently serves as part of TKO\’s Board of Directors, overseeing major decisions on WWE\’s product as well as key business decisions. While many fans are happy to see Johnson strengthen his ties to the world of pro wrestling, Karl Anderson is hardly a fan of the return of the \’Final Boss.\’

Ahead of the relaunch of Talk\’n Shop on May 7, Anderson and Luke Gallows shared a preview for their returning podcast. During it, Anderson explained that Johnson was once on his Mount Rushmore of Wrestling but now things have changed.

\”He might be chiseled off that Mount Rushmore now… there’s just a little bit of disappointment.\”

Anderson suggested that Johnson being involved in the corporate side of WWE has changed his perception of the wrestler-turned-actor. Anderson noted that \”corporate wrestling changes everything\” and teased knowing \”a lot of s*** that we probably shouldn\’t.\”

\”When I saw people running up to The Rock backstage at Gorilla and ask for pictures… in the Gorilla, in Gorilla! I was like, I gotta get out. This ain’t for me, brah.\”

Anderson, alongside Luke Gallows, were released from WWE on February 8, 2025, their second time being cut from the company. While fans and wrestlers alike may be pleased to see Johnson back, Anderson is ready to continue his legacy far away from those fawning over the Final Boss.

  • Ex-WWE Rival Teases Randy Orton Match At WrestleMania 41

Randy Orton will not be facing Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 41, but fans may still expect to see the Legend Killer in the ring. With Orton being one of WWE\’s top Superstars of all time, many fans predict that the veteran will be in action against a yet-to-be-named opponent.

On X, fka Twitter, Sheamus told fans that \”I\’m available.\” Though the Celtic Warrior didn\’t mention Orton by name, his post left fans excited about a potential showdown between Sheamus and the Viper at WrestleMania 41.

Sheamus and Orton have a deep history in WWE including battles for the WWE Championship. Despite this, the last time the pair went one-on-one, it was at an October 2015 live event where Orton got the victory. Their most recent televised one-on-one encounter came the previous month with Orton also getting the win.

    Randy Orton At WrestleMania 41

Sheamus isn\’t the only Superstar with their eyes on a match with Randy Orton at WrestleMania. After several fans online backed the idea of Karrion Kross has shared his hopes that he\’ll face the 14-time WWE World Champion at WrestleMania 41.

NXT\’s Myles Borne, who bears a striking resemblance to Orton, has also thrown his hat in the proverbial ring. When a fan pitched the NXT star to face Orton, Borne pointed out on X that he\’s free for both nights of the show.

While fans were hoping to see Orton potentially punt Kevin Owens through the roof, that won\’t be happening just yet. Nevertheless, it appears that fans may get to see the Viper in action after all.

  • Charlotte Flair References 0-3 In Brutal Response to Fan

Charlotte Flair has been competing in for over a decade now, but the Queen of All Eras isn\’t ready to hang up her boots and robe just yet. On X, a fan suggested that retirement was coming for Flair in the near future. Never at a loss for words, Flair bit back, claiming the knocking she was hearing wasn\’t retirement calling, but the fan\’s mom, who she suspects wants to be #4.

The #4 line is a nod to Flair\’s three divorces, a statistic brought up during a recent episode of WWE SmackDown. The line, delivered by Tifffany Stratton, was not part of the script and has sparked plenty of discussion about whether she and Charlotte (who also went off script) crossed the line. WWE has cut the line from its replays of the segment, though the entire segment remains in full on the USA Network\’s YouTube channel.

Upon her divorce from Andrade in late 2024, Flair had hoped to keep it secret. That worked for months before news came out shortly after the Royal Rumble PLE. The news coming out quickly overshadowed Flair\’s victory at the event and Flair has since said she didn\’t want fans to know that she\’d \’failed again\’ in another marriage.

Flair returned to WWE in February 2025 to become the first-ever two-time winner of the Women\’s Royal Rumble. Prior to this, Flair had missed over a year due to an injury, one that Charlotte had feared would mark the end of her in-ring career. Now, Flair is back and is ready to go to war with Stratton at WrestleMania in this highly-personal feud between the two.

  • Charlotte Flair Reportedly Isolating Herself Backstage in WWE Return

Charlotte Flair might be back on WWE screens, but according to one former WWE personality, she\’s keeping her distance. During an episode of Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word, Jonathan Coachman claimed he\’d heard that Flair has been dressing away from other talent and has been doing so since her return.

\”She’s not even dressing with the rest of the locker room. And if that’s the case, that’s number one strike against you.\”

Coachman reflected on what this kind of behavior signifies, especially when it comes to someone of Charlotte\’s status. Charlotte has often been accused by fans of not being a team player and only being interested in what benefits her highly-decorated career.

\”She has to be the one that everybody looks to, and she pulls them up to her level—not stomps them down below her to make herself feel better.\”

Flair returned in January after more than a year away from WWE to win the 2025 Women\’s Royal Rumble, making her the first-ever two-time winner. This again drummed up backlash against Flair with many taking issue at her yet again being thrust into the championship scene. Some also argued that Flair did not need another Rumble victory to have a match at WrestleMania and such a spot would\’ve benefitted somebody else much more.

Nevertheless, Charlotte will battle Women\’s Champion Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania 41 in a highly-personal feud. It remains to be seen who stands tall in Las Vegas, but fans shouldn\’t expect Charlotte to stand with her colleagues behind the scenes in Sin City.

At WWE SummerSlam 2021, Khan became the first DJ to perform and would deliver a set at WrestleMania 38 the following year. The DJ/musician/producer is a clear wrestling fan and is ready to make his mark in WWE once again as part of WrestleMania 41.

As for LA Knight, he too will have a major role at WrestleMania 41, where he will defend his WWE United States Championship against Jacob Fatu. The show will mark Knight\’s first title defense at the show of shows, and Fatu\’s first match at a WrestleMania.

  • Drew McIntyre Vs. Damian Priest Confirmed For WrestleMania 41

Drew McIntyre\’s participation in WrestleMania 41 has been confirmed following a period of uncertainty due to an eye injury. On April 10, WWE officially announced that McIntyre will face Damian Priest at WrestleMania 41, with the news coming from Nick Aldis.

This news come after concerns that McIntyre would not be able to compete at WrestleMania due to an eye injury suffered during an episodeof SmackDown. Since the attack by Priest on the March 28, show, McIntyre has been sporting an eyepatch. McIntyre told It\’s Called Soccer that his injury was a \”fight against time\” to be cleared for the event.

This match will be the second year in a row the pair do battle at WrestleMania. At the 2024 event, Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on McIntyre, bringing an end to the Scottish Superstar\’s brief reign as World Heavyweight Champion. Now, McIntyre has the chance to get revenge while a win for Priest would cement him as a top star in WWE.

WWE WrestleMania 41 will take placeon April 19, and April 20 from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. With this match adding a stacked card including John Cena, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and others, fans can expect two nights of epic action in Sin City.

  • Saraya Recalls Standing Up For Natalya After Racial Slur

Saraya has a lot of respect for WWE veteran Natalya and won\’t stand by when others insult and berate the former SmackDown Women\’s Champion. Speaking to the Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis, Saraya recalled a party at Fandango\’s house where somebody confronted Natalya.

\”This girl came over and she was just drunk and she was just trying to make everything about her. She calls Natty the n-bomb, and I was like, ‘what the f***.’ \”

This woman, who Saraya did not name, continued to berate Natalya which was a step too far for the British wrestle. Once the woman decided to smack Saraya\’s cap off her head, the former Divas Champion made her regret it.

\”I just head-butted her and I’m on the floor just f**ing going off on her… Then I’m dragging this girl and I’m like f***ing shoving her face in the carpet.\”

Saraya was infuriated, asking \”how dare you f***ing talk to us like that\” and admitted that her comments would not make it to air on any wrestling show. Her defense of Natalya, as well as herself, demonstrates that Saraya does not take kindly to bullies, especially ones who think racial slurs are appropriate.

Saraya recently wrapped up her time with AEW and has shared plans to train with Natalya in The Dungeon 2.0 this year. As fans await to see what\’s to come for the British wrestler, they know that Saraya is never afraid to stand up for herself or her peers.

  • Logan Paul: AJ Styles Is Another Stepping Stone to Me

Logan Paul will battle AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41, but the social media megastar isn\’t sweating facing the former WWE/TNA World Champion. Speaking furing the latest video from his YouTube channel, Paul didn\’t mince words about his upcoming opponent.

“Here’s the truth bro, I don’t give a f** about AJ Styles. He’s just another one of these superstars that isn’t the best because he’s not me.\”

Paul then named some of the wrestling legends he\’s already beaten at WrestleMania including Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton. Styles wrapped up his attack on Styles and the wrestling world at large by claiming AJ is merely the latest tool he\’ll use to further his own celebrity status.

\”You’re just another stepping stone just like I made all of your superstar buddies.”

This match will be Paul\’s fourth time competing at WrestleMania, where he currently holds a 2-1 win/loss record. Styles on the other-hand will compete in his ninth WrestleMania this month, and hopes to add a win to his current 4-4 win/loss record.

Once again, Paul is talking a lot of smack, but he\’s shown in the past that he can often can back up what he has to say. As to whether Styles shuts the Maverick up, or if AJ is indeed a stepping stone for the media star, time will tell…

  • WWE Hall of Fame 2025 Legacy Inductees Announced

    Kamala

Instantly recognizable with his unique attire and facepaint, Kamala terrorized fans with his wild, unpredictable style. Dory Funk Sr.

The patriarch of the legendary Funk wrestling family, Dory Sr. played a massive role in shaping the wrestling scene in Texas alongside his kin and the Von Erichs. With this induction, Dory will join his sons Dory Funk Jr. and Terry Funk, both of whom were inducted in 2009.

    Ivan Koloff

Known to fans as The Russian Bear, Ivon Koloff made history on January 18, 1971, when he dethroned Bruno Sammartino as WWWF Champion. The win marked the end of Sammartino\’s 2,803-day reign as champion, the longest of all time. While Koloff\’s three weeks with the gold would be less notable, his toughness made him a hated heel during his wrestling career.

These three legends will join Triple H, Michelle McCool, Lex Luger, and the Natural Disasters in this year\’s Hall of Fame, alongside the first-ever Immortal Moment induction of Bret Hart Vs. Steve Austin from WrestleMania 13. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on this year\’s WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Damian Priest To Host Slayer\’s Only U.S. 2025 Concert

Damian Priest has proven himself in the squared circle but now he\’s wanting to prove he\’s the host with the most. This week, it was confirmed that Priest will host Slayer\’s concert on September 20 at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This will be an extra important role for the former World Heavyweight Champion as it will be Slayer\’s only appearance in the U.S. as part of their tour this year.

Priest\’s connection to Slayer goes beyond being a fan of the iconic band. Priest\’s finisher, South of Heaven, gets its name from a track. In addition, Slayer\’s Kerry King provided guitar work for \’Rise of the Night,\’ Priest\’s current entrance theme.

Back in the ring, Priest has been feuding with Drew McIntyre and a match between the two is expected for WrestleMania 41. This will serve as a rematch from their WrestleMania 40 encounter, where Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, April 11 at 10AM ET, with pre-sale beginning Tuesday, April 8 at 10AM ET at slayer.net.

  • WWE NXT Forgets Its Own History With \’Record-Breaking\’ Call

The April 8, edition of WWE NXT saw Ricky Saints appear in his first appearance since capturing the NXT North American Championship. As Saints celebrated in the ring to the delight of fans, Vic Joseph highlighted that Saints had broken the record for the fastest time from a Superstar debuting to capturing gold in WWE NXT.

The only issue? Saints does not hold the record. Saints, albeit as an unnamed wrestler, debuted on the February 11, edition of WWE NXT, and won the North American title from Shawn Spears on the April 1, episode. This give Saints a time of 49 days, an impresive number but not the record. Instead, the record goes to Ethan Page who captured the NXT Championship at Battleground in July 2024, merely 40 days after debuting in WWE NXT.

Page has set his sights on capturing the NXT North American Championship and attacked Saints following his title win. On the April 8, edition of the silver brand, Page once again got the better of his fellow All-Elite alum. Page will face Wes Lee, Lexis King, and Eddy Thorpe during the April 15, edition of WWE NXT, with the winner earning a title shot against Saints at Stand & Deliver.

  • NXT Fans Back Booker T With Explosive Swerve Strickland Chant

Recently, Swerve Strickland and Booker T have shared heated words after Booker took issue with Swerve crticizing WWE\’s handling of race during his tenure as a Superstar. Following AEW Dynasty, Strickland spoke about representation and ended with the pointed message of \”F*** Booker T!\” but WWE fans have rallied to the support of the Hall of Famer.

In fan-recorded footage from the April 8, edition of WWE NXT, fans could be hard chanting \”F*** you Swerve!\” and \”All hail King Booker,\” a nod to Booker T\’s 2006 King of the Ring victory. The fan recording also caught Booker\’s reaction with the two-time Hall of Famer finding the chants hilarious.

Booker did not address his issues with Swerve Strickland during WWE NXT but has discussed it on his Hall of Fame podcast. Booker argued that Swerve\’s post-Dynasty comments only hurt the overall show and shared some advice to the former AEW World Champion.

\”Don’t be talking about something other than the pay-per-view at the end of the night… The last thing people are going to remember is me. I’m sure Tony Khan don’t appreciate the news.\”

Booker added that he\’s through saying anything positive about Strickland, adding that he\’s \”learned my lesson\” amid their ongoing tensions. While Booker T and Swerve Strickland may be in different companies and will likely never cross paths on-screen, the issues between the two remain clear for all to see.

  • Carlito Shares \’Funeral Services\’ After Devastating Bron Breakker Spear

The April 7, episode of WWE Monday Night Raw saw Bron Breakker deliver a series of hellacious spears, sending a clear message to any potential challengers to the Intercontinental Championship. Breakker ran down the entrance-way to spear Carlito in a move that has left the Jugment Day star believing the end is near.

On X, Carlito joked that he will have a \’funeral\’ this Friday after being speared by Breakker. The cool Superstar thanked fans for their thoughts and preayers before asking fans to respect the privacy of his family after their \’loss.\’

Carlito wasn\’t the only Superstar to eat a spear during WWE Monday Night Raw. Penta and Dominik Mysterio both ate spears by the second-generation Superstar. However, it was Finn Balor who\’d have the last laugh as he attacked Breakker from behind and posed with the Intercontinental Title.

Breakker\’s WrestleMania debut will see him put the Intercontinental Title on the line against Balor, Mysterio, and Penta, the latter of whom is also making hid debut at the Show of Shows. While the odds certainly aren\’t in the favor of the champion, He at least won\’t have to deal with Carlito getting involved, at least according to the former U.S Champion.

  • TNA Alum Works Backstage At AEW Dynasty After Recent Exit

Josh Matthews has had a lengthy career in professional wrestling and now the former WWE personality may be All-Elite. According to Dave Meltzer of F4W Online, Matthews was working behind the scenes at the recent AEW Dynasty pay-per-view.

Matthews\’ role at AEW Dynasty comes mere weeks after it was reported that he had parted ways with TNA Wrestling. Matthews had been with TNA for a decae and had held several roles with the promotion. In addition to being an on-screen commentator, Matthews was a Senior Producer and the Senior Director of Digital Media. He also was in action in TNA on very rare occasions, showing that he brought multiple talents to the company.

Before TNA, Matthews spent years working for WWE as an on-screen interviewer and correspondent. Matthews\’ big break in wrestling came when he was part of the first season of WWE Tough Enough. Though he did not win the show, he made it to the finals and clearly impressed those with the company enough to offer him a job.

Now, Matthews has landed in AEW where Tony Khan and others hope to make use of his decades of experience. Whether Dynasty was just a one-off or the start of something big, Matthews isn\’t having a problem finding work post-TNA.

  • Bron Breakker’s Spear Flattens Rivals In Epic WWE Raw Moment

Bron Breakker has been able to flatten opponents with his trademark spear and never was that more on display than on the April 7, 2024, edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. During the show, Breakker sprinted down the entrance-way to spear Carlito before practically cutting Dominik Mysterio in half in the ring. Not finished yet, Breakker spearred Penta, leaving the masked sensation coughing and struggling to breathe. While Breakker was able to crush the three with a spear, it was Finn Balor who\’d stand tall with Bron\’s Intercontinental Championship.

Breakker will have the chance to spear Penta, Mysterio, and Balor when the four compete for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41. This match was made official during WWE Monday Night Raw, with Balor angry that Mysterio was added to the match.

With three opponents at WrestleMania and the title on the line, Bron Breakker only has a 25% chance of leaving Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium as the WWE Intercontinental Champion. Nevertheless, Bron has proven tough to put down time and time again, especially with his spear continuing to be one of the most powerful uses of the move fans have ever seen.

  • Rhea Ripley Wanted to Throw Her Dream Away After WWE Debut

Rhea Ripley has become a leading name in WWE but that never would have happeend had she given into her early insecurities. Speaking on Stephanie\’s Places on ESPN, Ripley recalled debuting in WWE as part of the 2017 Mae Young Classic and being wrought with worries at the time.

\”I started doubting myself. I wanted to move back to Australia. I wanted to throw my dream away.\”

The problem? Ripley felt the immense pressure of the opportinity presented getting to her. That pressure meant that Ripley \”wasn\’t doing things to the best of my abilities,\” which only made her feel worse. Not only did her self-doubt worry Ripley but others took notice of her in-ring concerns, and they too doubted whether she could cut it.

After much soul-searching, Ripley recognized that she had to get her anxiety under control if she wanted to continue to chase her WWE dream. What followed was Ripley looking within herself to understand what exactly was causing the problem she was facing.

\”I sat down with myself one day and I was like \’You need to be better. You need to be yourselfand you need to prove people wrong.\’\”

Recognizing that change was necessary, Ripley began with a source of major concern, her appearance. Rhea admitted that she\’d hide behind her long blonde hair when embarrassed describing this safety mechanism as a \”cloak\” she used to protect herself.

\”I had to remember who I was and become myself. The real me.\”

After presenting a fake version of herself that she felt she could hide behind, Ripley eventually learned to embrace who she really is. Now, fans get to see the real Rhea Ripley, a metal-loving, black-embracing badass each week on WWE programming, despite these major mental obstacles early into her career.

  • Swerve Strickland Teases New Alliance After Dynasty Defeat

AEW Dynasty saw Swerve Strickland screwed out of the AEW World Championship thanks to the returning Young Bucks. With both the Young Bucks and the Death Riders having Strickland in their sights, it may be time for Swerve to find some allies of his own.

Following Dynasty, Swerve shared a video of himself meeting MVP, leader of the Hurt Syndicate. After MVP gave Strickland the once-over, including noticing a nasty lump on Swerve\’s hands, the pair shook hands, seemingly confiming business.

Strickland and MVP\’s meeting has left fans wondering whether Swerve could soon join the Hurt Syndicate, which already includes Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin. With the pair already holding the AEW World Tag Team Championships, MVP\’s managerial skills are already proven, giving Strickland another reason to consider joining the group.

MJF has also teased joining the Hurt Syndicate though the group has seemed less than eager to bring the longest-reigning AEW World Champion into the fold. With AEW Dynamite set to be an explosive post-Dynasty show, it may not be long until fans learn more of whatever business MVP and Strickland were able to shake hands about.

  • Drew McIntyre Regrets Never Getting \’Bored At Work\’ Shirt

Drew McIntyre\’s time at WrestleMania 40 was a mixed time at the office for the Scottish Warrior. While McIntyre finally had his World Championship win in front of a live crowd, his moment was snatched away from him thanks to CM Punk and the Money In The Bank-cashing in Damian Priest.

During McIntyre\’s title match with Seth Rollins, Drew took the time to post on X, telling fans that he was \’Bored at work LOL.\’ Reflecting on the one-year anniversary of his infamous tweet, McIntyre shared that he\’d intended to have it made into a shirt.

McIntyre would continue his feud with Punk for much of 2024 with the pair trading wins at SummerSlam and Bash In Berlin. Inside Hell in A Cell at WWE Bad Blood 2024, Punk defeated McIntyre in the rubber match. Though both have moved onto other feuds, the pair remain at odds with McIntyre even referencing Punk\’s infamous AEW exit following a recent episode of SmackDown.

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre may never see eye-to-eye but both have reached the very top of WWE. With WrestleMania 41 looming, it remains to be seen if McIntyre ever gets the t-shirt he feels should\’ve come in 2024.

  • Career Milestone: Cody Rhodes Reaches 1 Year as WWE Champion

Cody Rhodes finished his story at WrestleMania 40: Sunday, ending the 1,316-day reign of Roman Reigns to become Undisputed WWE Champion. Now, Rhodes is celebrating a milestone in his career as he has reached one whole year with the gold.

Rhodes won the title on April 7, 2024, and has had a whirlwind reign on top ever since. Along the way, Rhodes has defended against the likes of Logan Paul, AJ Styles, Solo Sikoa, and Kevin Owens. Proving the old wrestling adage of \’never say never,\’ Rhodes even teamed with Reigns in late 2024 to battle Solo Sikoa\’s Bloodline.

Rhodes has proven to be a fighting champion, unlike his predecessor who would often go months without a title defense. In his first year with the gold, Rhodes has defended his title 58 times, averaging more than once a week. The majority of these defenses have come at untelevised live events or in dark matches after WWE TV tapings.

Rhodes\’ title reign hasn\’t just been about leading WWE in its current era but also paying homage to those who have come before. For Saturday Night\’s Main Event in December 2024, Rhodes brought back the classic Winged Eagle title design for his match with Kevin Owens. Fans were elated to see the design, once held by legends like Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, back on WWE programming.

Now, Rhodes begins Year 2 of his reign though John Cena hopes to put a swift end to his time as champion at WrestleMania 41. With the Undisputed WWE Champion and arguably the very soul of WWE on the line in Allegiant Stadium, Rhodes will do all he can to keep hold of the richest prize in WWE today.

  • Liv Morgan Could Miss WWE Monday Night Raw Due to Travel Issues

WWE Monday Night Raw will return to the U.S. with the April 7, episode set to take place in the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While some of WWE\’s very top stars will be appearing, Women\’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan may not be among them.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Morgan shared that her flight to Minneapolis has been delayed multiple times. The popular Raw Superstar even cast doubt on being able to make it to the show in time.

    https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/04/\"https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/04/\"

Liv\’s potential absence raises questions as to what potential changes will be made to accomodate for the missing Superstar. At this time, WWE has not announced anything for Morgan or her tag-team partner Raquel Rodriguez, though a stacked card has been confirmed for the show.

Morgan\’s travel woes come ahead of this Friday\’s WWE SmackDown where a six-team match will determine who she and Raquel will defend their Women\’s Tag Team Titles against at WrestleMania 41. Hopefully, Morgan will be able to avoid any more travel issues on the road to Las Vegas\’ Allegiant Stadium later this month.

  • Chris Jericho Lost More Than A Title At AEW Dynasty

Chris Jericho lost the Ring of Honor World Championship at AEW Dynasty but that\’s not all that the veteran lost. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez shared that Jericho left Philadelphia shy of one of his teeth.

“Apparently [he] was not happy—Jericho did lose a tooth… Sometimes they say that, but the guy doesn’t spit… This guy actually lost a tooth.”

It\’s not clear when exactly Jericho and his tooth parted ways as there were plenty of moments when the injury may have happened. From being struck with a baseball bat to being slapped by a member of Bandido\’s family, there were no shortage of moments when Jericho may have lost his tooth.

The match between the two saw more than Jericho\’s ROH World Championship on the line, as Bandido agreed to defend his mask. The finish of the match initially saw Jericho cheat to win. When Bandido\’s family informed referee Aubrey Edwards of what had happened, she agreed for the match to be restarted and Bandido won.

Jericho\’s defeat ends his second reign as ROH World Champion and kicks off Bandido\’s second reign with the gold. While Britt Baker may be able to fix Jericho\’s dental problem, the blow to the veteran wrestler\’s pride by his loss at AEW Dynasty may prove harder to repair.

  • Tony Khan: I Take Fan Comments Into Consideration

Tony Khan\’s booking of AEW has often come under scrutiny from fans, from leaving talent going unused for months to the more recent Death Riders angle. Speaking on the post AEW Dynasty post-show media scrum, Khan made clear that the comments by fans on social media don\’t go unnoticed.

\”Absolutely, I take that into consideration. We had a lot of great moments for the fans tonight.\”

One decision that has split fans is the return of the Young Bucks at AEW Dynasty, who would cost Swerve Strickland the AEW World Championship in the main event. While Khan admitted that this was \”not necessarily the outcome that a lot of people were hoping for,\” he argued that there\’s no intrigue to see what Matthew and Nicholas Jackson do next.

\”This creates a lot of intrigue to have the Young Bucks come back. It’s important to remember we have not seen the Young Bucks in almost six months in AEW.\”

Whether fans agree with all his choices or not, Khan continues to have the final say on what makes it to AEW programming. And while many fans may take issue with some aspects of his booking, many remain interested to see what\’s to come for Strickland, the Bucks, and AEW World Champion Jon Moxley after the explosive ending to AEW Dynamite.

  • The Undertaker Lashes Out At Boxing Icon\’s Son Over In-Ring Jewelry

The Undertaker is a true legend of the ring and he knows what he wants to see, and what he doesn\’t want to see in the squared circle. On the latest episode of WWE LFG, The Undertaker took issue with Elijah Holyfield wearing a chain and earrings during his match. The Phenom told Elijah, the son of boxing icon Evander Holyfield that \”you\’re lucky I\’m retired\” before arguing that Holyfield was risking serious lacerations by wrestling with jewelry.

\”If I was to work with you and you got in the ring with that chain and those earrings in, I would rip them out.\”

Holyfield may be wise to take the Deadman\’s advice, given that his father knows a thing or two about losing part of an ear in the ring. In pro-wrestling, several names have suffered jewelry-related injuries. During the May 23, 2024, edition of TNA iMPACT, Jordynne Grace had a chunk of her ear ripped out when her earring got caught in the tights of opponent Marti Belle. In 2020, Rhea Ripley lost a chunk of her ear due to her earrings being caught during a match in WWE NXT against IYO SKY.

Undertaker\’s comments are not the first time a legend has had a hot take over a wrestler\’s ring attire. Mickie James recently hit out at Zena Sterling\’s attire, arguing that it was like lingerie and a step backwards for the progress women\’s wrestling has made. James\’ comment divided opinion among fans with some believing Mickie was right to question Sterling\’s attire. Some argued that James had worn just as revealing outfits, and the progress James is fighting for would mean Sterling has the choice to where what she wishes.
