  • Nick Khan Won\’t Let The Loudest Online Dictate WWE Plans

Fans worldwide take to social media to share how they think WWE should be booked, but Nick Khan plans to stay true to his vision. During his in-depth conversation on What’s Your Story? With Stephanie McMahon, Khan shared his attitude to shutting out the noise online.

\”It’s not real life. I try to keep my head down and work. If I’m doing something wrong, someone I trust will tell me. I’m not going to let someone with 14 followers decide how I feel about my day.\”

While Khan won\’t let fans online dictate the booking, that doesn\’t mean he won\’t listen. During the podcast, Khan made clear that he\’s open to other opinions, but he won\’t be swayed by just the loudest out there.

\”We try to program for the universe—not the people who want to criticize you. That doesn’t mean we don’t care what people think, but it means we care more about everyone, not just the loudest voices.\”

Khan\’s attitude to social media isn\’t reserved for him alone. During the podcast, he shared how Paul Levesque is someone who shared his philosophy, a philosophy that the pair have imparted on those who work under them.

\”We train our creative team to ignore the noise. Trust the data. Trust your instincts. Don’t let Twitter or Reddit or whatever throw you off your game.\”

Khan\’s instincts have led to massive success for WWE as the company to boasts record profits. While Khan is ready to implement some ideas fans may have, he\’s not going to drop all his plans for what someone online has to say.

  • WWE NXT Stars Discussed To Join Seth Rollins\’ Faction (Report)

Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman have already established one of the most dominant forces on Monday Night Raw—but their powerful faction may not be finished evolving. According to a new report from Bodyslam.net, WWE has internally discussed adding two more members to the group.

The two names in question? WWE NXT\’s Ethan Page and Ricky Saints. Page is the reigning WWE NXT North American Champion, a title he captured from Saints earlier this year. With Saints currently without a direction on WWE NXT TV, it may be a matter of time before he aligns with Rollins and his allies.

Heyman and Rollins aligned at WrestleMania 41: Saturday while Breakker would join them during the following Raw. At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Bronson Reed shockingly aligned himself with the team, assaulting CM Punk and Sami Zayn in the process.

Rollins\’ group has already proved dividends for Seth, who is Mr. Money in the Bank for the second time in his career. With the briefcase, allies, and potential more allies, it appears that a future with championship gold around the waist is a certain for Seth \’Freakin\’ Rollins.

  • Nick Khan: Triple H & I Have Made Mistakes With WWE

Nick Khan and Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque have made their share of mistakes as two of WWE\’s most powerful individuals, and they\’re not afraid to make more. While speaking to Stephanie McMahon on What’s Your Story? podcast, Khan shared his take on making mistakes, and learning what went wrong.

\”Triple H and I make mistakes in business every day. The good thing is we have each other. We can say, ‘Hey, I think I messed this up. What do you think?’ And if one of us says, ‘Yeah, maybe that wasn’t the best move,’ then we think of another way. We try that.\”

Khan stopped short of naming some of the mistakes he and WWE\’s Chief Content Officer have made. Instead, he further reflected on being open to making mistakes, as long as one realizes that an error in judgment has been made.

\”We’re going to make mistakes—failure is part of learning But if it’s a mistake, it’s on me, not on you. If it’s a win, it’s on you. If we fail at something, it’s 100% my responsibility. If we succeed, it’s everyone else’s success. That’s just how I like to lead.\”

Whatever mistakes Khan and Levesque have made, it hasn\’t stopped either man from bringing WWE to the heights of its market success. With WWE events regularly shattering records, whatever the pair are doing is clearly working, despite any mistakes along the way.

  • WWE NXT Stars Have Fun With Sabrrina Carpenter Album Tribute

Sabrina Carpenter may have yet to step foot in the ring, but the singer\’s influence is being felt in WWE. Recently, Liv Morgan and \’Dirty\’ Dominik Mysterio recreated Carpenter\’s \’Man\’s Best Friend\’ album cover, Liv\’s first post following her injury on WWE Raw. Now, NXT Superstars Zaria and NXT Women\’s North American/WWE Speed Women\’s Champion Sol Ruca have got in on the fun with a post on X.

    https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/06/\"https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/06/\"

This album cover isn\’t Carpenter\’s only tie to the world of WWE. During a video vignette introducing Blake Monroe, fans spotted several nods to Carpenter by the former AEW Women\’s World Champion. During the latest WWE NXT, Monroe signed with the silver brand but The Glamour ran afoul of Fatal Influence.

It\’s unclear if Carpenter is aware of her growing role in pro wrestling. With WWE being able to bring in celebrities of all kinds, fans shouldn\’t count out Sabrina making her presence known during a WWE event in the future.

  • What Hangman Page Said In Spanish Promo at AEW Grand Slam: Mexico

‘Hangman’ Adam Page had plenty to say during AEW Grand Slam: Mexico and cut a lengthy promo in Spanish to the live crowd. Now, we know exactly what the Cowboy had to say during this week’s show.

“Hi, my name is Hangman and I wanna apologize for my Spanish cause it’s not the best, but it’s a little better than much gringos, so I will try.

“When I was young my family had a tobacco farm, and every Summer, like 6 men would come from Ruiz, Nayarit to work [says their names]. Every year I worked with them, and they taught me about Mexico. They were hard workers, honest, and cared for their families. They taught me that we are all better when we work together.

“This is why I want to say thank you–thank you for having us in your house tonight. Thanks for this collaboration between AEW and CMLL cause when we work together, we can change the world.

“Now, I will talk about our champion Jon Moxley. I’m sorry to say that I don’t have a match tonight, and I’m not allowed to be in the arena during his match… but nobody said anything about after the match… so after all that, I will beat his ass!

“Until then, thank you to everyone here in Arena Mexico, and I’ll see you soon.”

Page will face Moxley at AEW All In: Texas for the AEW World Championship, a title Moxley has kept locked in a briefcase for over six months now. It remains to be seen if Page can become a two-time champion or if the Death Riders once again prove to be too much.

  • Mercedes Moné Wins CMLL Women\’s Title At AEW Grand Slam: Mexico

The June 18 episode of AEW Dynamite delivered a memorable night with Grand Slam Mexico—including a major title change that fans won’t soon forget. Mercedes Moné, already the reigning AEW TBS Champion, has now claimed the CMLL World Women’s Championship by taking the gold from Zeuxis Lucero.

In the end, she secured a clean victory to become the new CMLL World Women’s Champion. The crowd erupted in support as “The CEO” celebrated her win—only for that celebration to be interrupted by Toni Storm. Storm, who Moné is set to face at All In Texas for the AEW World Women’s Championship, made it clear that the road ahead won’t be easy.

The CMLL Women\’s World Championship is just the latest piece of gold for The CEO. In addition to her new title and the AEW TBS Championship, Mercedes holds the EWA Women’s Championship (European Wrestling Association) and the Undisputed British Women’s Championship (Revolution Pro Wrestling).

With this win, Mercedes Mone\’s attention now turns to AEW All In: Texas, where she hopes to capture the AEW Women\’s World Championship. It remains to be seen if she can take the gold from \’Timeless\’ Toni Storm.

  • WWE NXT Star Slams Faction Allies Amid Growing Split Tease

The No Quarter Catch Crew has been a dominant group in WWE NXT for some time now but the group\’s days may now be numbered. Myles Borne recently parted the group with a victory over Charlie Dempsey and now more may be splitting.

On X, Wren Sinclair shared her weekly \’Wrensday Wrenking\’ vlog. After taking aim at Lash Legend, Sinclair revealed that Dempsey was on her list. Sinclair blamed Dempsey for everyone wanting to quit the NQCC (or the Wren-QCC according to Sinclair,) blaming the multi-generational Superstar\’s attitude to others.

Sinclair also put herself on the list, saying she was falling short as the (self-declared) leader of the faction. Up next was Tavion Heights, a \”great guy\” in Wren\’s words, though she questioned \”why do you wanna leave?\” Sinclair clearly took Heights teasing exiting the group personally, as her voice broke as she asked \”What did I do to you?\”

Mr Iguana\’s iguana Yezca took second place, with Sinclair noting that the cold-blooded reptile has had a warm reception in WWE. And taking the top spot in the \’wrenkings?\’ Wren herself.

  • Vince McMahon Tried to Buy Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship

Vince McMahon\’s name is synonymous with the world of pro wrestling, but WWE wasn\’t the only entertainment promotion to interest the billionaire. Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Undisputed, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) founder and president David Feldman recalled McMahon meeting with him in the hopes of striking a deal.

“He’s a great guy, his whole team is great, but the timing wasn’t right for us. He’s Vince McMahon—if I were him, I’d want creative control, too. He was awesome, very complimentary, and he was very serious to do business.\”

Attempting to acquire the BKFC was not McMahon\’s first foray into sports entertainment outside of the ring. In the early 1990s, McMahon launched the World Bodybuilding Federation (WBF) which featured prominent promotion on WWF programming. Years later, he attempted to step into the world of football with the XFL. The first iteration of the league was ended by poor ratings while COVID-19 restrictions brought an end to a 2020 reboot.

This revelation comes shortly after it was confirmed that McMahon’s new investment firm is named 14TH & I. There’s also growing speculation that McMahon is open to buying back WWE, with Jonathan Coachman arguing that McMahon has the resources and drive to do exactly that.

While Vince McMahon no longer holds a leadership role in WWE, it’s clear he’s not stepping away from the world of entertainment. Time will tell what his next move will be in 2025.

  • Rumor Killer On Hulk Hogan\’s \’Dire\’ Health Issues After Surgery

Recently, rumors spread on social media that Hulk Hogan\’s life was in jeopardy following alleged complications from neck surgery. Now, those reports have turned out to be false, although the controversial WWE Hall of Famer was recently hospitalized.

According to TMZ Sports, Hogan was admitted to a hospital this week to address ongoing neck and back issues—longstanding ailments he has been managing for years. A representative for Hogan confirmed that the 71-year-old is not in critical condition and is already recovering.

The deathbed rumors originated from radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, who claimed he had received reliable information suggesting Hogan’s condition was dire. Bubba added that Hogan\’s family were being called in to say their goodbyes as the Hulkster \”Might not make it.\”

Hogan’s camp has refuted these claims, emphasizing that while he is still dealing with health issues, the situation is far from critical. Though Hogan\’s relationship with pro wrestling is arguably at an all-time low, his health issues are by no means as dire as Bubba made out to be.

  • Charlotte Flair Doubts Women\’s WrestleMania Main Event Will Happen Again

Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Ronda Rousey made history at WrestleMania 35, competing in the first women\’s main event of WWE\’s grandest event. While Flair is proud to have made history, she told the Games with Names podcast that she\’s in no hurry to rewatch it.

“I hated our ‘Mania match. She (Ronda Rousey) liked it, I hated it… The ending. It’s all about the story. The match… But the story. The story was insane.”

The finish in question saw a botched pinfall as Lynch pinned Rousey despite Ronda\’s shoulder being off the mat. On the podcast, Flair acknowledged the role Rousey played in making the match a reality.

\”We would have not main evented WrestleMania had it not been for Ronda (Rousey). Hands downher star power, her credibility, her outside influence, the audience that she brought.\”

The match would close out WWE\’s final one-night WrestleMania to date, as the two-night format was introduced in 2020. While women have headlined Night One of the two-night WrestleManias, Flair thinks that women closing out the whole two-night spectacle is unlikely to happen again.

\”It was the main event of only one night… so that being the main event of one night was huge. Like it’ll never happen again, unless we go to one night.”

Time will tell if the women ever headline Night Two of WrestleMania but Flair doesn\’t see it happening. In the meantime, the Queen will continue to impress inside the squared circle.

  • Joe Hendry Wants Viral Tag Team With Mr. Iguana

Mr. Iguana went viral following his appearance at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide, prompting WWE to use him in the crowd at the following night\’s Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. Fans are eager to see more of the reptile-inspired wrestlers and now Joe Hendry wants in on the action.

On the Battleground podcast, Hendry discussed the viral impact of Mr. Iguana. Reflecting on both of them being part of AAA TripleMania Regia, Hendry hopes to share the ring with Iguana soon enough.

“I was devastated we didn’t have a tag match in AAA. They need to do a tag match with me and Mr. Iguana.”

Hendry knows a thing or two about being a viral hit with wrestling fans. With his popular songs, often parodying opponents, the Scottish star won over countless fans in 2024, resulting in him becoming a key part of the WWE-TNA crossover. In 2025, Hendry\’s popularity led him to the TNA World Championship, a title he only recently lost to WWE NXT\’s Trick Williams.

It remains to be seen if Hendry and Mr. Iguana share the screen, though fans know to never say never in wrestling. With WWE acquiring AAA and partnering with TNA, a tag-team of the viral stars could be coming sooner than later.

  • Blake Monroe Joins WWE NXT, Attacked At Contract Signing

The June 17 episode of WWE NXT saw Blake Monroe officially sign with the silver brand in a massive move for the former AEW Women\’s World Champion. As often with contract signings, however, things did not go according to plan.

The episode’s final segment centered around Monroe signing her official NXT contract, an event hyped throughout the night. Grabbing the microphone, Monroe said she’s long wanted to align herself with the kind of talent the NXT Women’s Division offers. The Glamour explained that she is someone who raises the bar, turns heads, and redefines what it means to be a star before inking the paperwork with a furry, pink pen.

The celebration was quickly interrupted by NXT Women\’s Champion Jacy Jayne and her Fatal Influence stablemates. After all three members hit Bake with insults, Monroe called them “b*tches,” prompting Jayne to declare that the NXT Women’s Division didn’t need her.

Monroe responded by throwing a punch but she was quickly outnumbered by Fatal Influence. The faction would send Blake through a table before posing triumphantly over her to end the segment.

  • Update On Corey Graves After Recent WWE Raw Return

Earlier this year, Corey Graves made headlines after expressing his frustration with being moved to WWE NXT, clearly seeing the change to the developmental brand as a demotion. For the June 16, Raw, Graves filled in for the absent Pat McAfee, raising questions about his standing with the promotion.

According to PWInsider, Graves was “well-received” during his return to the WWE Raw commentary team where he called the action alongside Michael Cole. A WWE source also noted that his strong performance as the lead announcer during the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event helped elevate his standing within the company.

Addressing his issues with WWE NXT earlier this year, the WWE source noted that his “dust-up” in regard to being moved to NXT has been all but forgotten.” Instead, both sides are ready to move on and leave these issues in the past.

Despite speculation of a work, Graves’ earlier frustration were genuine, and even Michael Cole acknowledged publicly that the situation was being worked through. Now, the matter has been resolved, leaving WWE open to use Graves on the main roster once more.

  • Charlotte Flair Calls Chicago the Worst Wrestling City, Slams Fans

Chicago is a town steeped in wrestling history and is known among circles for its passionate fanbase that call the Windy City home. While discussing wrestling fanbases on the Games with Names podcast, Charlotte Flair made clear she\’s no fan of those from Chicago.

“The best fans in the world are from the Northeast. I think so. They’re the smartest… Except for Chicago fans. The worst wrestling city in the world. Worst.\”

Flair smirked, well aware that her statement would provoke a reaction. When asked what exactly is wrong with Chicago, Flair gave the following explanation.

\”Two is not two… they know what’s wrong with them.\”

Flair’s remarks are particularly bold given Chicago’s ties to wrestling as the city is home to several notable names, including CM Punk. While Flair has fans from around the world, fans of \’The Queen\’ in Chicago may be left questioning their loyalties to the record-breaking Women\’s Champion.

  • Ex-Netflix Exec Joins TKO to Lead Global Affairs

TKO Group just made a significant strategic hire by appointing former Netflix public policy executive Dean Garfield to lead its global government affairs operations. In a statement, Seth Krauss, TKO’s Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Counsel to the Board, praised Garfield\’s background and track record.

“Dean’s extensive public policy experience will be integral to supercharging TKO’s government relations strategy, including strengthening our engagement with governments to bring our marquee events to fans in all regions of the world.”

Garfield is understandably excited for his new role. In the statement, he underscored the broad impact of live events.

“I am excited to be joining TKO and for the opportunity to share with governments what we know to be true: People all around the world view sports and live entertainment as central to their lives, to building community, and to delivering economic impact.”

Garfield brings a wealth of experience to TKO. TKO launched in 2023, merging the entertainment powerhouses of WWE and UFC. As more entertainment shows continue to be swept into TKO, Garfield is poised to take the company to the next level overseas.

Asuka made her in-ring return on the June 16, episode of WWE Raw by winning her first-round match in the 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament. After over a year out of action due to an injury, Asuka\’s return proved that the Empress of Tomorrow has not lost a step in the ring she has dominated for years.

On X, Asuka shared a fiery warning to her adversaries. The former WWE Women\’s Champion had been building a fire during her time away, a fire she\’s ready to let others feel.

With her victory in the Queen of the Ring tournament match, Asuka moves on to the semi finals and will battle Alexa Bliss in the semi-finals. The pair, both of whom weren\’t competing just a few months ago, will do action on the June 20, episode of SmackDown.

Asuka has spent the past decade being known as the Empress of Tomorrow. Now, the Japanese Superstar is ready to call herself Queen of the Ring.

  • The Undertaker Wants WWE Creative Role, Claims Konnan

The Undertaker retired from in-ring competition following his match at WrestleMania 36 and now his future could be as part of WWE\’s creative team. During a recent episode of the Keepin’ It 100 podcast, Konnan shared that he caught up with The Phenom at the recent WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event.

\”Undertaker wants to get into creative. He likes it a lot, and he’s been—he was in creative at Money in the Bank. He was at the other one, Worlds Collide, and he’s very interested in being part of the creative team.\”

As a widely-respected veteran of WWE, a move to the creative team appears to be a genuine possibility for The Undertaker. Since retiring from the ring, the Phenom has taken an active role behind the scenes. On camera, fans can find The Undertaker as one of the four judges on WWE LFG.

With decades of in-ring experience, a deep understanding of character work, and long-standing respect from peers and fans alike, The Undertaker could prove to be a major asset to WWE’s creative direction. Whether he officially joins the team remains to be seen

\”A big match-up with someone that I haven’t faced yet would be very cool. We’ve got Giulia on SmackDown now. I\’ve never gotten in the ring with her.\”

The Beautiful Madness isn\’t the only woman on Valkyria\’s radar. In the interview, Lyra named Stephanie Vaquer as another dream opponent.

\”We don’t know if it’s going to happen, I don’t know who will be involved. But someone that I haven’t faced yet would be very cool, very fresh for me.\”

  • Zoey Stark Isn\’t Retiring, Debunks AI-Made Video

WWE Raw Superstar Zoey Stark is not retiring from competition despite what a video shared on social media would have fans believe. In a video of her own, Stark watches an AI-generated video of herself, sharing that due to her recent injury, she has been forced to retire from wrestling. Stark (the real one,) makes clear that this is not true at all.

“That’s pretty funny, actually. This AI video. Whoever made it, great job. You did a fantastic job, because a lot of people fell for it, including my own family. It’s not true. I’m not retiring anytime soon. In fact, I’m here at the UFC Performance Institute to do rehab on my knee and working my ass off three to four times a day of physical therapy. But I’m gonna share my journey with you guys. The good, the bad, the ugly, the road to recovery, and what it is. So, stay with me, I love all you Stark Marks.”

Stark suffered a serious knee injury during the May 19, 2025, episode of Monday Night RAW. This injury, her second serious injury to her knee, forced her out of a Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane.

It\’s unclear when Zoey Stark will be back, but she will be back despite what her AI counterpart says. We at SEScoops are continuing to wish her a full and speedy recovery.

  • Carlito Regrets WWE Exit: Dropped Stories Disrespect Fans

Carlito isn’t surprised that his time with WWE has ended, but he is disappointed by how it happened. Appearing on Busted Open Radio, Carlito shared that his two-year return to WWE went better than he had hoped.

\”I wasn’t too surprised or too shocked [at being released], you know what I mean? I signed for two years and it actually went better than I thought it would go.\”

Carlito\’s exit brought an abrupt end to his time with the Judgment Day, a role he had been in for the better part of a year. With no explanation on screen for his removal, Carlito regrets how things ended.

\”They could have told me and I would [have said], ‘OK,’ then at least let me finish up the story for Judgment Day so they can keep on going. It’s, you know, I think it’s a disrespect to the fans… they just dropped the storylines.\”

Carlito\’s comedic antics with the Judgment Day had been a hit with fans, making his exit even more distressing. Since his time with WWE ended, the on-screen product has not addressed his exit, instead acting like he was never there.

Shortly before being released, Carito returned to Puerto Rico\’s World Wrestling Council, where fans can expect to see more of him.

  • McMahons Claim No Duty to Protect Ring Boys in WWE Abuse Case

TKO, WWE, Vince McMahon, and Linda McMahon are formally moving to having the ring boy abuse lawsuit dismissed, claiming that they held no responsibility to protect the alleged victims. On Wednesday, June 11, attorneys representing the wrestling company and its former executives filed motions in Maryland federal court seeking to throw out the lawsuit. They argue that the defendants had no legal duty to the alleged victims.

The defendants argue they had no legal “duty of care” to protect the plaintiffs. WWE maintains that the ring crew were not employees, and even if they were, Phillips’ actions were not within the scope of his employment

\”Any alleged sexual abuse by Phillips in Maryland was plainly outside the scope of his employment, which means he was not acting as an agent of WWF (or TKO or WWE) at the time of the events.\”

The lawsuit was filed by eight anonymous former WWF ring crew members who allege they were sexually abused in the 1980s by former WWF ring announcer Mel Phillips and, in one instance, by former executive Pat Patterson. Both Phillips and Patterson are deceased and are not named as defendants.

Plaintiffs have until July 28 to respond to the dismissal motions, and the defense may file replies by August 27. A court hearing could follow, where both sides would present arguments directly to the judge.

This case is separate to Janel Grant\’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon, which resulted in his second departure from WWE in January 2024. McMahon has claimed that his relationship with Grant was wholly consensual. Today, Linda serves as the Secretary of Education under Donald Trump, a role that has sparked backlash given her lack of any background in education.
