  • Hulk Hogan’s Unfinished Dream of One More Match

Hulk Hogan was eager to step back in the ring right to the very end, in a testament to the late wrestler\’s passion for the industry. Speaking to Wrestle Binge, B. Brian Blair recalled Hogan\’s desire to have one more match before ending his in-ring career for good.

\”Terry [Hulk Hogan] always had that fire in him. He still, to his last breath, dreamed about going back in the ring again. \’One more, one more, one more.\’\”

Blair shared his saying that while one can take a wrestler out of the ring, it\’s impossible to take the ring out of the wrestler. As Blair explained, once you\’ve made a life through pro wrestling and being in the ring \”it\’s hard to get away from it.\”

Hogan\’s final match came at a TNA live event in January 2012, where he teamed with James Storm & Sting to beat Bobby Roode, Bully Ray, and Kurt Angle. In the subsequent years, Hogan teased getting back in the ring, an idea supported by his friend Jimmy Hart.

Now, Hogan will never get his opportunity to step back in the ring. Nonetheless, the impact that the Hulkster made both in and outside of wrestling will last forever.

  • John Cena Opens Up On Body\’s Setbacks Ahead Of Retirement

John Cena isn’t chasing a perfect ending and isn\’t afraid to be honest about that fact. With his final match set for December in Boston, the 16-time world champion offered a candid assessment of where he stands when he spoke to the Boston Herald.

“I feel a little bit slower. I’m not as strong as I was. I look at all the current superstars, and they’ve earned the right to chase their dreams. For me, it’s time.\”

With Cena\’s career rapidly ticking away, many have began to discuss who will be hos final opponent. After stating that he has not been picking his opponents, John shared his stategy for whoever he faces last.

\”Whoever challenges me for that last match, I’m going to give it my best shot.\”

Boston is more than just the final stage for John Cena, it’s the place where his story comes full circle. He recalled a moment at TD Garden in 2012 as a personal favorite when the crowd energy changed in minutes upon his arrival.

As his in-ring career closes, Cena’s approach is simple: be honest, be generous, and let the business thrive. For John, December won\’t be just an ending, but a handoff of the industry, delivered by the man who carried it for decades.

  • Tony Atlas Glad He Wasn’t Part of WWE’s Hulk Hogan Tributes

Following the death of Hulk Hogan, WWE shared several tributes to the iconic wrestler, including bringing in talent from the Hulkster\’s era. While many appeared, Tony Atlas wasn\’t among them, a fact that the former WWF Tag Team Champion is grateful for.

Speaking to the Portland Press Herald, Atlas addressed not being part of the tributes. For Atlas, appearing at a WWE event to honor Hogan would have rung hollow.

“I’m kind of glad that they didn’t invite me because then I would only have been there for the money, not for him.\”

Atlas\’ comments demonstrate that Hogan had a complicated legacy in wrestling, with many in the industry not being fans of the Hulkster. It\’s also worth noting how Hogan\’s legacy took a hit following his racist remarks coming to light and how this may have affected Atlas\’ view on his fellow WWE Hall of Famer.

The official cause of Hogan’s death has since been confirmed. County Forensic Science Center, Hogan died from acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack. He was 71 years old.

Atlas is also 71, and has competed multiple times in the ring in 2025. For one-half of the first black WWF Tag Team Champions, he\’s happy to keep his distance from the Hogan tributes.

  • Bret Hart Feels Underappreciated by WWE After SummerSlam Snub

Bret Hart is one of the all-time greats in the ring, but his treatment at the recent SummerSlam 2025 event left him feeling the cold shoulder. In a new interview at Vaughan Con, the first-ever three-time WWE Hall of Famer shared that WWE invited him to attend SummerSlam as part of the audience.

“I went to SummerSlam. They invited me down this year for WWE and told me they wanted me to be in the crowd.\”

As the Hitman explained, when he arrived, he was told that the company didn\’t have a seat for him at the show. Bret also noted that while WWE couldn\’t acquire a seat for him, Kevin Nash was given a place to sit and enjoy the show.

For Bret, not being offered a seat despite being invited wasn\’t just some embarrassing oversight. The Hitman, WWE\’s first three-time Hall of Famer, believes this demonstrates the respect, or lack thereof, WWE has for him.

\”I finally realized that they don’t fully appreciate me. Even after Hulk’s passing that there’s no appreciation for anything I did.\”

Hart has often had a complicated relationship with WWE, as seen in his 12-year absence from the promotion after the Montreal Screwjob. While Bret is okay appearing for WWE now, these comments demonstrate a clear lack of respect that the Hitman is dealing with.

  • Karrion Kross Confirms Name Change After WWE Exit

Karrion Kross\’ time with WWE has come to an end, and now fans know what name the former Superstar will use going forward. On August 11, 2025, just one day after reports of his WWE departure, Kross launched a new Pro Wrestling Tees store. The merchandise makes it clear: he’s returning to his pre-WWE identity, Killer Kross.

The store features multiple designs emblazoned with the Killer Kross branding, from bold logo shirts to stylized catchphrases. Kross\’ wife Scarlett has also launched her own store on Pro Wrestling Tees, reverting to her pre-WWE nickname of \’The Smokeshow.\’

Kross worked as Killer Kross for years before joining WWE in 2019. While never confirmed, it is believed WWE changed the name as the term \’Kill\’ has often been avoided by the promotion. Now with Kross gone from WWE, he is free to work as a killer once more.

While WWE has yet to make an official statement, the timing of the merch launch sends a clear signal about their next chapter. Some in WWE are unsure if Kross and Scarlett\’s exits are a \’work\’ however, and speculate that a new deal may have been reached after all.

With his name officially back to Killer Kross, the door is open for a return to his independent roots or a run in another major promotion. Either way, he’s making sure fans know exactly who he is going forward.

  • Latest On Ashante Adonis\’ WWE Exit, Next Move

Ashante \’Thee\’ Adonis became a free agent when his WWE contract expired on August 10, ending his second run with the promotion. Adonis had returned to WWE as part of Hit Row in 2022 as one of the rehirings implemented by Chief Content Officer Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque.

According to WWE sources via Fightful Select, Ashante — also known as Tehuti Miles — was notified a couple of weeks before his contract ended that the company would not be renewing it. While he had been competing in NXT over the past year, he remained under a WWE main roster contract.

Colleagues in NXT spoke highly of his work ethic, noting that “in addition to working at the Performance Center, he was going out and training on his own time as well.” Adonis never held gold, in NXT or on the main roster, during his tenure with the promotion.

TNA talent are already expressing interest in bringing him into their locker room, the report adds. Ashante wrestled for the promotion against Jake Something in January 2025 as part of the ongoing WWE-TNA partnership. Before signing with WWE, he also competed in ROH before the promotion was purchased by Tony Khan.

With no non-compete clause in place, Ashante is free to work anywhere immediately. With support behind the scenes, it may be just a matter of time before fans see him in a TNA ring again.

  • WWE Teases Major Character Shift for Bayley

WWE’s August 11 episode of RAW in Quebec City featured a dramatic turning point for Bayley as the Role Model teased a serious character change. During the show\’s second hour, Bayley spoke about the isolation she feels and the various losses she\’s suffered recently. The promo was intercut with footage of her recent in-ring defeats nd Bayley repeatedly blamed herself.

The segment then cut to Bayley rubbing her ears, as if trying to block out voices. Behind her, the background appeared to waver, creating an unsettling effect. The screen went black again as strange voices could be heard.

Backstage, Lyra Valkyria reacted to the promo, admitting she was unsettled by it. The former WWE Women\’s Intercontinental Champion explained that her decision to part ways with Bayley stemmed from a desire to avoid being drawn into her downward spiral.

This segment teased a massive character change for Bayley, perhaps the biggest since she turned heel in 2019 and ditched her \’Hugger\’ persona. With recent losses getting to Bayley, it remains to be seen what\’s next for the former Women\’s Champion.

  • Sareee On What Went Wrong In WWE: It Wasn\’t Me!

Much was made about Sareee signing with WWE in 2020, but the high expectations fans had for her in the company ultimately fizzled out. Rather than being a dominant name like she\’d been in her native Japan, Pro Wrestling\’s Sun God did little during her run before parting ways with WWE in 2023.

In a new interview with Mera Wrestling, Sareee spoke about her WWE tenure, during which she worked as Sarray. Asked about what went wrong, Sareee said that what she intended and what WWE wanted simply did not gel.

“When I went to WWE in America, I didn’t want to be a villain so much as a strong wrestler. I wanted to be seen as “cool” and “strong,” but instead they made me play an anime character in a sailor uniform. They told me it suited me, but I felt like, “That’s not me!’”

The character in question was introduced in January 2022, with Sarray explaining the transformation as breaking from her shortcomings in 2021. The character, who wore a schoolgirl uniform backstage, would wrestle in a new attire, supposedly thanks to her grandmother\’s medallion which had transformation powers.

Since leaving WWE, a decision Sareee made clear was due to differences with creative, she has competed for Sukeban, where she is the reigning Sukeban World Champion. Beyond Sukeban, Sareee has competed for Stardom and Marigold, the latter having ties to WWE.

While WWE\’s creative wasn\’t the right fit, Sareee has shown that she can thrive outside of the promotion. Now, her days of being a magical transformation girl are just a memory.

  • Why Cody Rhodes Sometimes Says No to Autographs

Cody Rhodes has signed countless autographs over his career, but the WWE Champion is laying down the rules about when he won\’t sign. Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Rhodes discussed the difference of being approached by genuine fans, and those trying to make money off him.

\”If I’m by myself and I’ve flown into an airport offsite, that the only way you would know is if you looked up my manifest… that is definitely going to come with a snarkier version of me.\”

While Cody is not a fan of people tracking his flight manifest just to get items sold for profit, he typically signs anyway, wanting the situation to end quickly. Even though he’s willing to deal with professional autograph hounds, Cody made it clear there’s one time where his answer will always be no.

\”My only no is if I’m with the kiddo… It’s not possible in this moment. That is her time. And I have to give her her time, that\’s my daughter.”

The topic of autographs and those hounding talent has become more prevalent in recent years. Following \’fans\’ hounding Rey Mysterio and a video attempting to make the beloved star look bad, multiple wrestlers imposed stricter rules about what and when they autograph.

For Rhodes, his focus is on making sure his daughter gets his full attention when they’re together. While Cody is grateful for fans who appreciate his efforts, there is a right time and a wrong time to approach the American Nightmare.

  • Backstage Response To Karrion Kross\’ WWE Exit (Report)

Karrion Kross\’ time with WWE has come to an end, or so that\’s what many believe. Now, a new report has revealed that those within WWE aren\’t quite ready to believe the former NXT Champion is truly gone for good.

The belief is that Kross will return to the promotion, according to Wrestling Observer Radio. The report adds that talent within WWE are of the opinion that his exit is a work, though nobody can say for certain whether it is truly all for show.

Kross and Scarlett\’s WWE contracts expired on August 10, and both have since publicly stated that they are no longer with the promotion. While Scarlett has already taken a booking, it is possible WWE would allow this to \’sell\’ the idea that the pair are gone, if it is a work.

The topic of WWE blurring the lines when it comes to talent exits has become more prevalent in recent years. Ron Killings has repeatedly denied that his release in 2025 was a work despite returning days later. Instead, Killings has claimed that the wealth of support by fans eventually forced WWE to bring him back.

Time will tell what\’s to come for Kross and Scarlett and whether their exits from WWE are what they appear to be. For now, some within WWE are dubious of the claim.

  • Liv Morgan Upset At Roxanne Perez Over Tag Title Loss

Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez lost the Women’s Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam, a loss that hasn\’t sat well with Liv Morgan. As Perez was subbing for the injured Morgan, Liv is now a former champion without being pinned or even involved in the match.

Speaking to The Wrestling Classic, Dominik Mysterio was asked about the title change and this latest setback to The Judgment Day. He admitted he hopes they reclaim the championships, especially for Perez’s sake.

\”She just lost a title that wasn’t hers. You’re trying to get on Liv’s good side and you lose her title — Liv was not happy about that.\”

Perez will have to make amends, Mysterio added, if she hopes to coexist with Morgan once Liv is recovered from her injury. Since Perez lost a title on Morgan\’s behalf, Dominik has an idea in mind.

\”Maybe win the Women’s World Heavyweight Championship and hand it to Liv when she comes back. Roxanne just needs to make up for it.\”

Morgan is currently sidelined following shoulder surgery and is expected to be out for at least six months. It remains to be seen whether Perez will find a way to make it up to Morgan once she returns, as time is of the essence.

  • Linda Hogan Honors Hulk On Late WWE Icon\’s Birthday

The wrestling world is still mourning the loss of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan who died in July 2025 aged 71. August 11 would have marked Hogan\’s 72nd birthday, a fact that his ex-wife Linda hasn\’t forgotten.

Linda took to Instagram to post a framed throwback photo from 1981, showing the couple in a warm embrace. While the pair divorced years before Hulk\’s death, Linda made clear she misses her friend.

“Me and Hulkster. 1981 Happy Birthday Terry. I love and miss you so much.”

Hogan\’s death left a massive void in professional wrestling, with WWE paying tribute to him across SmackDown, Raw, and NXT. Several promotions, including TNA Wrestling, would also share their tributes to Hulk Hogan, a testament to the influence he had on the wrestling world.

Few people knew Hulk Hogan better than Linda and her tribute is much more than honoring a notable wrestler. Our thoughts remain with Linda and the Hogan family at this difficult time.

  • Ric Flair On Battling Anxiety After Hulk Hogan\’s Death

The wrestling world lost Hulk Hogan in July 2025 at the age of 71, marking the end for arguably the industry\’s biggest star. Few people knew Hogan better than fellow wrestling icon Ric Flair, who has opened up about his thought process since his death.

In a conversation with Clay Edwards, Flair commented on the death of Hogan. Not only does the two-time WWE Hall of Famer miss his friend, but it has left the older Flair anxious for his own future.

“When Hogan went, it kind of gave me anxiety ‘cause I’m 5 years older than he is.”

Flair attended Hogan\’s funeral, the Nature Boy added, a solemn affair that featured a guest list including Vince McMahon and his family. While Flair and Hogan battled several times on TV, the pair were never as hostile as some fans believe.

“People always wanted to paint us as enemies, but we were actually very, very close friends. Hulk lent me money when Reid was sick… One of the first to visit me when I was in the hospital with a 2% chance of living.\”

At 76 and having faced several health battles of his own, Flair is well-aware of his own mortality. For the wrestling legend, the death of his friend isn\’t just a loss, but a sad reminder of his fleeing time.

  • Karrion Kross Tells All On WrestleMania Promo, Backstage Response

Karrion Kross is no longer with WWE as he and the promotion failed to come to terms over a new contract. Kross\’ exit comes mere months after his captivating promo following a match at WrestleMania 41.

The promo in question instantly had fans talking and reports sprang out about backstage reactions and so-called heat. Appearing on his YouTube channel, Kross made clear that what he had to say did not get him in trouble.

\”They\’re like \’That was amazing.\’ I said \’Thank you, are we good?\’ And he [Triple H] said \’We are very good! That is nuts. That\’s the guy!\”

Kross\’ promo, in which he discussed creative frustrations, had fans wondering if he had \’gone into business for himself.\’ It appears that those within WWE were similarly unsure as Kross felt the need to make things clear.

\”I said before I left \’Guys, please make sure everybody knows this was a work. Let them know I\’m not actually mad, I love it here.\’ I\’m just doing my job. I have to create compelling things for the audience to believe.\”

Despite his words taking the wrestling world by storm, this didn\’t lead Kross to a bigger role in WWE or championship gold. Whatever Kross has to say next, it will take place beyond the scope of a WWE camera.

  • Karrion Kross On WWE Creative: A Good Soldier Gets Their Time Cut

Karrion Kross has openly criticized WWE’s creative process, voicing his frustrations with how management handles talent input and on-screen opportunities. Kross, alongside his wife Scarlett, both left WWE on August 10, 2025, after they and WWE failed to come to terms over a new deal.

According to Kross, being a “good soldier” in WWE—someone who follows direction without pushback—can easily backfire. Instead of being rewarded for being reliable, a \’good soldier\’ like Kross instead sees their TV time reduced or their ideas shelved.

Kross’s remarks highlight a common frustration among WWE talent: the struggle to have creative contributions taken seriously in a tightly controlled environment. While WWE has allowed for more creative freedom since the exit of Vince McMahon, many talents on the massive roster continue to struggle o find a regular spot on programming.

Kross earned high praise from fans for taking the initiative and expanding his character online through his own creative ideas. Despite this abundance of creativity, as well as fan support, this didn\’t lead to many significant wins or any championship gold on the main roster.

While Kross and Scarlett are gone from WWE, they now have the chance to explore their creative ideas more than ever.

  • CM Punk Hasn\’t Changed For The Better, Claims WWE Alum

CM Punk has been incident-free since returning to WWE in 2023, in stark contrast to his controversial exit from the promotion a decade prior. While Punk and others have spoken about the \’Chicago-Made\’ star maturing and being better this time around, one WWE alum isn\’t buying it.

On his YouTube channel, Maven Huffman reviewed WWE Unreal and Punk\’s part on the new series. During his evaluation, Maven argued that Punk has not changed as much as fans, Punk, or WWE, are willing to claim.

\”The new, brand new and improved, lighter side of Punk that Hunter claims he heard over the phone or he met in person and saw and said \’Hey, let\’s give him another shot,\’ that\’s all bulls**t.\”

While Maven believes Punk hasn\’t actually changed for the better, that isn\’t a bad thing as far as the Tough Enough alum is concerned.

\”It\’s the same dude. But, I didn\’t think that dude needed to change anyway.\”

Despite Maven\’s claim, several reports have come out claiming Punk is far more level-headed today and is eager to help out other talent. While some had reservations about bringing him back, especially after his termination from AEW, Punk has proven to be reliable in WWE.

Punk remains a regular on WWE Raw, where he is in a bitter feud with Seth Rollins. It remains to be seen if he\’ll ever convince his doubters.

  • Hurricane Helms Calls Out WWE Hall of Fame Double Standard

Despite a lengthy and notable career in the ring, Shawn \’Hurricane\’ Helms has yet to take a place as part of the WWE Hall of Fame. Now, the former Superstar is speaking up about what he perceives as a different standard for smaller talents hoping to be inducted.

A fan recently took to X to tell Helms, “You should be in the Hall of Fame sir,\” a sentiment Helms agreed with. However, he also noted that “little guys” like himself simply aren’t evaluated the same way as their larger counterparts.

This isn\’t the first time Helms has spoken about getting his due for his wrestling career. In April, Helms suggested that he\’ll only get his \’flowers\’ after he dies, if he gets them at all.

In WWE, Helms is a two-time Cruiserweight Champion, a title he held for over a year between 20006 and 2007. With a European title, Hardcore title, and two Tag Team Title reigns to his name, Helms certainly has accolades fitting a WWE Hall of Famer.

Time will tell if Helms, who would later work as a WWE Producer, will ever get his due. Though he\’s not as active in the ring as he once was, there\’s no shortage of fans hoping to see the superhero get his spot in the Hall of Fame.

  • WWE LFG Season 2 Star Injured Mid-Match

The August 10 episode of WWE LFG Season 2 on A&E took a frightening turn when Sirena Linton suffered an in-ring injury. During her match with Bayley Humphrey, Linton was slammed into the mat, and appeared disoriented shortly after. This prompted the referee to signal for medical assistance with the “X” gesture as staff rushed into the ring.

The lights came up as officials attened to Linton and it was Humphrey and Booker T who helped escort Linton backstage. Linton received a round of applause for her toughness and later admitted “I blacked out and didn’t know where I was during the match,” before being sent for further medical evaluation.

The show went on ahead as planned but Linton wasn\’t seen for the rest of the show. The incident served as a stark reminder that while WWE LFG may be a reality competition, the physical risks in the ring are very real.

Fans are now anxiously awaiting updates on her condition and whether she can continue in the competition. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on Linton and her future journey as a potential WWE Superstar.

  • Ashante \’Thee\’ Adonis Gone From WWE

Ashante \’Thee\’ Adonis\’ time with WWE has come to an end, the wrestler has revealed. In a statement shared on X, Adonis was grateful for his WWE tenure.

\”After 6 unforgettable years under the WWE lights, the time has come for me to close that chapter. I\’m filled with nothing but gratitude for every opportunity, the experiences, lessons, and incredible talent I\’ve had the chance to work with.

\”I\’m truly excited to show the world what I can really do. Sometimes you gotta get off multiplayer and progress your story mode. I believe i\’m the face of the future and the reason your girl stopped texting you back

\”This is a brand new beginning. I am becoming the best version of myself. You have only seen a glimpse of my true potential, and im just scratching the surface. I know that to some this can be a dark time, but stars can\’t shine without darkness.

    – Thee Adonis Out

\”For bookings, please contact me here: [email protected]\”

Adonis first arrived in WWE in 2019, with his debut coming as part of a two-on-one handicap squash loss to Braun Strowman on Raw. The following year, he signed with WWE, and would spend years as part of WWE NXT. After a call-up to SmackDown in 2021, he and Hit Row were released in November, but the group (sans Swerve Strickland) were brought back the following year.

Outside WWE, Adonis has appeared for TNA Wrestling, thanks to the ongoing partnership between the two promotions. From 2018 to 2019, he worked for ROH and MCW Pro Wrestling. Now, it remains to be seen where he goes next now that his time as a Superstar is at an end.

    • Catanzaro is the the first woman to make it up the warped wall in competition.
    • Catanzaro competed in the Dallas finals of American Ninja Warrior and was the first woman to complete a city finals course.

Catanzaro\’s success on the course earnerd her run over 100 million views on X, as well as the moniker of \’Mighty Kacy.\’ Speaking about er 2014 city finals run, host commentator Akbar Gbaja-Biamila said that he was \”in awe\” of Catanzaro\’s skills.

Catanzaro would retire from competing in American Ninja Warrior in 2017, but she is now back in a non-active role. Whatever the future holds for the former Women\’s Tag-Team Champion, she\’s keeping active in and out of the ring.

  • Joe Hendry Appears At WWE NXT Live Event, Teases Bigger Role

Fans at the latest WWE NXT live event must have said Joe Hendry\’s name as the TNA star made a surprise appearance in Venice, Florida. As expected, Hendry received a raucous ovation from the live crowd as the former TNA World Champion proved to be as popular as ever.

Hendry appeared after Brooks Jensen said his name, according to a source who attended the show. After a short beatdown, Hendry announced that he will be on NXT moving forward. A match with Charlie Dempsey has already been confirmed for the August 12, edition of WWE NXT.

Hendry\’s tease of a greater role in WWE cames at an interesting time for the Scottish star. Speaking to Chris Van Vliet following WrestleMania 41, Hendry shared that his TNA contract will expire in 2025. There is a belief among many that WWE will seek to sign Hendry if given the opportunity, despite the ongoing partnership with TNA Wrestling.

With a greater role in NXT teased, fans could soon be seeing more of Joe Hendry in WWE NXT. Whatever comes next, Hendry\’s popularity remains stronger than ever as fans are excited to see what\’s to come.

  • It\’s Surreal: Dominik Mysterio On Being WWE\’s Loved Heel

WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio has pulled off a rare feat in wrestling, organically flipping from reviled heel to fan favorite. Speaking on Busted Open Radio, \’Dirty Dom\’ reflected on the change that has come about without drastically altering his character.

“It’s surreal. I haven’t changed a thing,” he said. “I’m still Dirty Dom, the deadbeat dad. We don’t even talk about Voldemort anymore.”

The change was stark at SummerSlam, where fans roared for Dominik despite his matchup against beloved veteran AJ Styles. For Mysterio, boos or cheers all mean the same thing when the reaction is loud enough.

“As long as they’re making noise, I’m good. I’m just having fun, collecting gold.\”

Dominik\’s popularity highlights a modern wrestling trend where the ideas of clear-cut good-guys and bad-guys are becoming increasingly blurred. With fans having greater access to wrestlers than ever before, fans are able to see more of what goes into making Dominik\’s character.

Mysterio could soon have more gold around his waist as he is set to challenge for the AAA Mega Championship at TripleMania. Despite Mysterio\’s stated opposition to lucha\’s past, especially his father, expect a raucous ovation of \’Dirty Dom\’ at the event.

  • Rhea Ripley Reveals Disturbing Valentine\’s Day Stalking Incident

Rhea Ripley was once the victim of a chilling Valentine\’s Day experience the former WWE Women\’s World Champion has shared. Speaking on Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg, Ripley recalled a fan finding her private residence and appearing on her Ring camera.

“She left a poem about us being the sun and moon, meant to be together. If I’d been home, I would’ve answered the door and felt so uncomfortable. I don’t want to feel that way in my own house.”

Ripley\’s experience is worringly common among wrestlers, especially female talent who are subjected to unwanted advances. Saraya recently changed her policy over meeting fans when one went too far, proving how an individual can have a major impact. In 2020, Sonya Deville was the victim of an attempted kidnapping while in her home.

“Some think they own us because we’re on TV weekly,” Ripley said. “I’m a human being. I grew up like everyone else. I don’t want random people showing up at my door.”

Due to social media and projects like WWE Unreal, fans now have a greater access to talent than arguably any other point in pro wrestling. Nevertheless, fans still need to appreciate that wrestlers like any human deserves privacy.

While Ripley is grateful for the support of fans, boundaries exist for a reason. Though Rhea Ripley will continue to entertain and amaze on TV and at PLEs, she is deserving of a place free from the public eye.

  • Paul Heyman: CM Punk Earned WrestleMania Main Event On His Own

Paul Heyman and CM Punk\’s friendship came to a severe end at WrestleMania 41, but not before they shared a touching moments backstage. On The Ariel Helwani Show, Heyman shared the heartfelt words they exchanged in the gorilla position before Punk’s first WrestleMania main event.

“I told him, ‘You made it, and you did it on your own terms,’” Heyman recounted. “This isn’t charity, politics, or appeasement. You’re in the main event of WrestleMania because you earned it.”

For Punk, the moment capped a decade-long odyssey marked by a bitter WWE exit in 2014 and a triumphant return close to a decade later. For Heyman, he found it important to remind Punk that this spot headlining WWE\’s biggest show was an accomplishment nobody could take from him.

\”You worked your whole life for this. Enjoy it for everything it is—you made this happen… I’m so proud of you, and the best part is we get to walk out there together. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.”

Punk\’s first WrestleMania main event saw him share the ring with two of WWE\’s biggest names: Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. Heyman, who has a connection to all three, said on the show that nobody was the odd man out.

“All three deserve to hear ‘Thank you for the house.’ Seth gave the most brilliant promos of his career.”

Today, Punk and Heyman are bitter rivals as Paul has aligned with Rollins. No matter what may come next for the pair though, the interaction they shared backstage in April embodies wrestling’s unique blend of raw human connection and grand narrative.

  • Latest On Karrion Kross & Scarlett As WWE Deals Near End

A new twist has suggested that the Karrion Kross and Scarlett\’s careers in WWE have come to an end. On WWE.com, the pair\’s profiles have been moved to the Alumni section, mere hours before their deals reportedly expire at midnight on August 10, 2025.

WWE has often moved talent to the Alumni section as a sign that they will be leaving the company in the near future. These latest moves come after speculation and reports that neither had signed new deals despite their current contracts coming to an end.

Kross reportedly received a new contract offer, but this move on WWE.com suggests that neither he nor his wife have re-signed. Fans will soon learn of what the future holds for the pair, according to the two-time former NXT Champion.

2025 has seen a growing wealth of support behind Kross and Scarlett, as fans have appreciated that he has tried to make the most out of his opportunities. Whether it\’s on-screen or on his social media, Kross has kept fans engaged, though this hasn\’t led to gold for him on WWE Raw.

With hours to go before their deals reportedly expire, Kross and Scarlett could still re-sign. But if this move on WWE.com is an indicator, the pair may soon be saying goodbye to WWE for the second time in four years.
