  • WWE Alum, TNA Star Reveals Plans To Retire In 2026

A former WWE Superstar and current TNA Wrestler will hang up their boots for good next year, as confirmed during the latest episode of TNA iMPACT. During the show, The System (Moose, Eddie Edwards, J.D.C., Alisha Edwards & Brian Myers), were all given a chance to speak.

When JDC took the mic, he reflected on getting married recently. JDC, who is known to WWE fans as Fandango, shared that after speaking to his wife, he\’s decided to retire after TNA\’s Genesis 2026 event.

TNA has yet to announce a date for TNA Genesis 2026. As the name suggests, however, Genesis typically takes place close to the start of the year. The 2025 event took place on January 19, meaning JDC has just a handful of months left in his wrestling career.

JDC was trained under Killer Kowalski, the same man who trained the likes of Triple H, Kofi Kingston, and other notable stars. After making his debut in 1999, JDC signed with WWE under a developmental contract in 2006. He remained with the promotion until 2021 and signed with TNA in 2023.

JDC is the latest name to confirm that his in-ring career will be coming to an end. John Cena will retire at Saturday Night\’s Main Event in December 2025 while Hiroshi Tanahashi will bid farewell at Wrestle Kingdom 20 in January 2026. AJ Styles will also retire in 2026.

  • Samoa Joe Wrestles First Indie Match Since 2015, Opponent Retires

Former AEW World Champion Samoa Joe recently made his return to the independent scene by competing at IZW Long Live The King. For the match, Joe arrived to “Mama Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J, the theme he used during his time on the independents.

Joe defeated The Navajo Warrior with the coquino clutch, forcing the referee to stop the match. This match served as Navajo Warrior\’s retirement match.

Joe was a force to be reckoned with on the independent scene for years. In 2015, he signed with WWE NXT and moved to the main roster two years later. After his WWE run came to an end, Joe signed with AEW, where he remains to this day.

Before this match, Joe\’s previous independent match had been in August 2015 at a PWE event in Scotland. With Joe set to challenge AEW Men\’s World Champion \’Hangman\’ Adam Page at Full Gear, it remains to be seen if Joe can win the gold for the second time in his career.

  • Rey Mysterio Pens Tribute To Eddie Guerrero: \’Forever My Big Brother\’

November 13, 2025, marks 20 years since Eddie Guerrero passed away tragically young at the age of 38. Guerrero wrestled with countless stars during his tenure in the ring and few had better matches with him than his bouts with Rey Mysterio.

In The Players\’ Tribune, Mysterio paid tribute to his late friend. In the piece, Mysterio recalled the first time he saw Guerrero in action.

\”I have a lot of amazing memories from back then. Memories that mean so much to me, and shaped who I am. But there’s one that means more and shaped me more than the rest. And it’s the memory of how — on one of those nights?? I basically saw a shooting star. I saw the greatest wrestler of all time, for the first time. I saw you.\”

Rey expressed a deep sadness that Guerrero died young and never lived to see 40 while Mysterio himself turned 50 last December. Though he is now the older of the two, he will never see himself as a senior to the man he loved like a brother.

\”I’m writing this to you now, and I swear: I could live another 50 years — and when it comes to our friendship, I’d still be Little Bro. I’m forever your little bro. And you’re forever my big brother.\”

Mysterio shared that he sometimes imagines what the past 20 years would have been like if Eddie had not passed. While Rey would love for just another moment with Guerrero, he knows there are people who would deserve to see Eddie so much more.

\”I’d trade every moment I wish I could have had with you, for just that — for you to have gotten to see your daughters grow up, and into the women they are.\”

Guerrero reached the very top of WWE in 2004 when he became WWE Champion, despite not being the usual size and musculature of past World Champion. For Rey, the path Eddie laid for talent to come is a testament to his enduring legacy.

\”Maybe the best way to express how much you changed these perceptions, it’s to promise you there are young people reading this letter right now who didn’t know it was ever another way. That’s how fundamental it’s become.\”

Like many, Rey wishes Eddie could have seen the performer Dominik Mysterio has become in WWE. After Dom played a pivotal role in Eddie and Rey\’s feud in 2005 mere months before Guerrero\’s death, Mysterio is honored that he and Dom are able to evoke Eddie\’s name on WWE TV.

\”It took my breath away. I mean, Eddie — I swear to you: It was like you were there. And not in the way we sometimes say about the dead. Their presence remains with us, and so on. What I’m talking about is something much more powerful.\”

Mysterio summed up his tribute, calling Guerrero his big brother and his greatest rival. For Rey Mysterio, 20 years of living without being able to share with his brother has been far from easy.

\”My true friend. I wish I could tell you everything. I wish I could tell you anything.\”

  • CJ Perry Says She & Rusev Are Trying For A Baby Through IVF

Rusev and CJ Perry are ready to take the next step in their personal lives as the couple hope to start a family through IVF. Appearing on Daria & Toni Unwrapped, Perry shared that she would love to have lots of children and meetings have been held already.

“I would love to have a lot of kids. We’re going through IVF... I would have to have surrogates. I would want to carry a couple and have surrogates at the same time.\”

Perry shared that doctors told her she is \”very good to carry,\” but in the past, hasn\’t felt ready to become a mom. Instead, her priority has been on wrestling, as her career was just starting to take off when she first thought about baby plans.

Now, Perry\’s attitude has changed. Rather than focusing on her career or her desire to be a mom, the former Lana is ready to do it all.

\”I always wanted to be a great mom, but I also wanted to have a great career, 100%. Now I feel like I can focus on that fully. I’m really excited.\”

If Perry becomes a mom, she\’ll join a long list of mothers who are part of the wrestling world. Becky Lynch, Jade Cargill, Alexa Bliss, and Candice LeRae are just some of the Superstars who have laced up their boots and also changed diapers.

In her professional life, Perry parted ways with AEW in 2024 and Rusev returned to WWE in April 2025. As for whether her mom dreams come true, time will tell, but CJ Perry is ready to prove she can do it all in and out of the ring.

  • Stone Cold Opens Up On Struggles After WWE Retirement

\’Stone Cold\’ Steve Austin is considered one of the greatest wrestlers in the world, but life after the squared circle was not easy for the WWE Hall of Famer. Appearing on NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr.\’s podcast to discuss his career, Austin reflected retiring from in-ring competition in 2003 and immediately feeling different.

\”You work your ass off cause that\’s what we\’re here to do and then you enjoy retirement. Hell I retired at 38 you know how much money I left on the table? Not just about the money, it\’s about the good times, being with the boys…that\’s what I lived and breathed. And so, I didn\’t handle it well.\”

In the three years after his retirement, Austin did \”a lot of stupid stuff\”. Eventually, Austin had a heart-to-heart with his own reflection and knew things had to change.

\”I went to the bathroom and just looked at myself in the mirror. I didn\’t say this out loud but I thought \’Dude, the things you\’re doing are not conducive to living a long life.\”

Austin said that a return to his pre-wrestling job as a forklift driver was not an option after years of becoming a household name in the ring. Eventually, Austin sought help from \’Diamond\’ Dallas Page, though change did not come easy for the Rattlesnake.

\”I packed up, moved in with Diamond Dallas Page in Los Angeles. Wasted about a year out there, searching for the bottom of a lot of bottles.\”

Things eventually turned around in 2011 when Austin was offered a role hosting the revamped Tough Enough. For the former World Champion, this role helped him heal some of the wounds left from his abrupt departure from the ring.

Today Austin makes sporadic appearances for WWE, including as part of WrestleMania 41 in April 2025. While it remains to be seen when Steve will next appear, fans can expect a can of \’Whoop-Ass\’ to be opened when the Rattlesnake is in town.

  • Update On Injuries After First Women\’s Blood & Guts Match

The first-ever AEW Women\’s Blood & Guts match is in the history books, and the women involved in the match did not leave the bout unscathed. The match ended with a surrender finish as Toni Storm gave up for her team to save Mina Shirakawa from a figure-four leg-lock.

Fightful Select reports that Jamie Hayter \”got a little banged up\” during the Women’s Blood & Guts opener and may have chipped some teeth. Despite this, Hayter was \”a badass as you\’d expect,\” given how physical the match turned out to be.

Skye Blue faced considerable blood loss during the Women\’s Blood and Guts Match. Despite this, Fightful Select said that Blue was okay after the contest.

The first-ever Women\’s Blood and Guts match is a huge step for the women of AEW in their battle for equality with their male counterparts. Later this year, AEW will crown its first Women\’s Tag Team Champions, over six years after the first Men\’s Tag Team Champions were decided. AEW Men\’s World Champion \’Hangman\’ Adam Page recently spoke about the balance of sex in AEW and why he prefers to be referred to as the Men\’s World Champion.

Once again, the women of AEW proved their worth in the ring. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on all involved.

  • Eddie Guerrero Remembered By Family 20 Years After Death

November 13, 2025 marks 20 years to the day that the world lost Eddie Guerrero. The late WWE World Champion died at the age of 38 of a heart attack while staying in a hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a death that rocked the wrestling world at the time.

Guerrero was from El Paso, Texas, but today, his sister Maria is the only family member still in the city. Speaking to ESPN, Maria reflected on growing up mere minutes away from the El Paso County Coliseum.

\”We lived on Huerta Street. We came to El Paso in 1962. My father liked that it was both Mexican and American.\”

Eddie and Maria\’s father Gory Guerrero moved the family once his own in-ring career declined with age. In the interview, Maria reflected on what would have been had Eddie not passed away young.

\”He would have been 58 right now. He was about to retire. He\’s still very present.\”

Maria isn\’t the only Guerrero that feels Eddie\’s presence with her. In the interview, Sherilyn Guerrero, who was ten years old when she last saw her father, recalled her experiences with \’Latino Heat.\’

\”He visits me, three, four times a year… They [the dreams of her father] have never been sad.\”

While Eddie is no longer physically with us, his legacy is carried on by his family and fans. Sherilyn, who recently began her own wrestling career, explained how there\’s not a day that goes by that fans don\’t cherish her legendary father.

\”Every day someone\’s sending me something on my dad. His spirit is so alive.\”

While Sherilyn is grateful to fans for their support, she admitted that there is a part of her that is yet to fully mourn. 20 years after his passing, it is clear that Eddie Guerrero will never, ever, be forgotten.

  • Ryan Nemeth: Nic & I Would Have To Weigh-Up WWE NXT Crossover

TNA Wrestling and WWE NXT have been sharing talent for some time, but could The Nemeth Brothers soon be competing in a WWE ring? Speaking to The A2TheK Wrestling Show, Ryan Nemeth shared that doing anything in WWE would have to be \”heavily considered and mentally weighed\” by himself and his brother Nic.

While WWE may be the biggest wrestling company on the planet, Ryan shared that \”I am very happy with what I\’m doing in TNA.\” Nemeth, a former TNA World Tag Team Champion, adee that he could not ask for a better company to be a part of, and praised TNA for letting him carry on with acting projects and other plans outside of the ring.

Though Ryan isn\’t leaping at the opportunity to appear for WWE, he appreciates the partnership between the two companies. Nemeth joked that after getting to know Trick Williams, \”we\’re so close that he\’s like the godfather to one of my kids.\” Nemeth added that while there\’s \”a lot of friction\” on-screen between WWE NXT and TNA, \”there\’s a lot of love as well.\”

Both Ryan and Nic have WWE experience as Ryan worked as Briley Pierce in FCW and WWE NXT before his exit in 2013. Nic Nemeth is known to WWE fans as Dolph Ziggler, a multi-time World Champion and Grand Slam Champion who was cut from the company in 2023.

Time will tell if Ryan and Nic ever appear as TNA representatives in WWE, but fans know to never say never. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on the Nemeth Brothers.

  • Ric Flair Appears Before AEW Blood & Guts, Thanks Fans

AEW Dynamite: Blood and Guts took place on November 12, from the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. Before the show, fans were treated with an appearance from North Carolina\’s very own Ric Flair who was grateful for the opportunity.

In footage recorded by a fan at the event, Flair spoke about North Carolina being \’Flair Country.\’ Standing alongside Tony Khan, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer was grateful that he could appear.

\”Flair Country! Mr. Khan, thank you for inviting me. AEW\’s got a special product and any time I can make an appearance with Tony and the guys, man, I\’m so honored… We appreciate you. Lot of history, I started here in 1974. You guys are just as good and loud, and the greatest wrestling fans in the world. Thank you very much.\”

Flair debuted in AEW in October 2023 on Dynamite, marking his first appearance on TBS since the March 21, 2001, episode of WCW Thunder. The following month, it was announced that Flair had signed a multi-year contract with the promotion. Flair would appear regularly as part of Sting\’s retirement tour.

Flair appeared in May of this year as part of a tribute to Steve \’Mongo\’ McMichael. It remains to be seen if or when Flair will appear for AEW again, but the Nature Boy certainly received a warm welcome from his fellow Carolinians at AEW Dynamite: Blood and Guts.

  • Mike Santana Reaches 1,000 Days Sober: \’The Ride Continues\’

2025 has been a huge year for Mike Santana, who is standing tall as the reigning TNA World Champion. Now, Santana has shared another major accolade as he has reached 1,000 days of sobriety.

On X, Santana shared his milestone. While he acknowledged that not every day was easy, he was grateful to everyone who has supported him.

    1000 DAYS CLEAN AND SOBER.

Very proud of this milestone. Blessed with what I’ve been able to accomplish during this time. Both personally and professionally. Living proof of what happens when you put in the work. I’d be lying if I told you that everyday was easy. Life is going to do what life does, but I’m thankful to have a set of tools to help me maneuver thru the bad as well as the good.

Thanks to everyone who’s rode with me thru it all. The ride continues…

Santana\’s personal growth demonstrates that his hard work extends beyond the squared circle. Earlier this year, Santana said he used drugs and alcohol to fill a void, rather than for personal pleasure.

Santana won the TNA World Championship in October at Bound for Glory 2025, ending the reign of WWE NXT\’s Trick Williams. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on Mike Santana, who continues to prove his resolve both professionally and personally.

  • Trish Stratus On Saying No To Playboy, Not Being The \’Sex Symbol\’ Fans See

Trish Stratus has never posed for Playboy, despite the best efforts of Vince McMahon during her time working for the former WWE head. Appearing on Pod Meets World, Stratus recalled making clear that she was \”Absolutely not interested\” when the opportunity to pose for Playboy came along.

Stratus shared that McMahon \”hounded me like crazy,\” claiming that posing for the magazine would be \”a great opportunity for her.\” Stratus claimed that \”They came to me for years and years,\” but every offer made was met with a swift rebuttal.

This revelation speaks volumes about the era of WWE Stratus worked in, when female talent were prioritized for their looks over their in-ring skills. Today, Stratus stands by her decision, saying she \”can\’t even imagine\” what it\’d be like, as a mother, if images of her nude had been shared publicly.

While Stratus acknowledges that she\’s \”known as a sex symbol,\” she shared that she\’s much more of a tomboy than fans realize. Though WWE released countless images of Stratus in bikinis and lingerie during her tenure, Trish shared that this wasn\’t things she enjoyed, adding that \”it was very put on.\”

Although Trish never posed for Playboy, many WWE Superstars did during their tenures, including Torrie Wilson, Sable, Christy Hemme, Maria Kanellis, and Chyna. For Trish, she has no regrets keeping her clothes on, despite McMahon\’s claims of Playboy providing a huge opportunity to the WWE Hall of Famer.

  • Chavo Guerrero Says He\’s Re-Signed With WWE In AAA Role

Chavo Guerrero is back in WWE, according to the former ECW Champion, but fans will have to tune in to AAA\’s programming to see his hard work. In an interview with Bill Apter, Guerrero, the nephew of Eddie Guerrero, shared that he is back with WWE.

“Yeah, I just re-signed with WWE. I’m putting together, helping out with their AAA show.\”

AAA focuses on lucha libre wrestling, a style that Guerrero cherishes. For Guerrero, being able to help AAA in this WWE-led chapter of the promotion is an honor.

\”AAA is awesome, was always awesome. I mean the Lucha Libre, that\’s where my family and I originated from. So, I have a big love of Lucha Libé and uh just to see AAA under that WWE umbrella is pretty, pretty awesome.\”

While Chavo has only now shared news of his return, reports of a comeback are not new. Guerrero was spotted in the crowd during the WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide Premium Live Event, leading many to believe more was coming for the wrestler. At the time, Guerrero claimed that he was back with the promotion.

It\’s unclear what role exactly Chavo has in WWE as part of AAA, but he has a proven track record. For 2023\’s The Iron Claw, Guerrero served as a consultant and also appeared in the Von Erich biopic as \’The Sheik\’ Ed Farhat. Guerrero also served as Wrestling Coordinator for the NBC TV show Young Rock.

It remains to be seen whether Guerrero appears on AAA programming now that he has claimed he is working with the brand. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on Chavo Guerrero.

  • Carmelo Hayes Slams Claim Of Issues With Paul Heyman

Carmelo Hayes has slammed a recent claim involving himself and Paul Heyman, saying that the claim could not be further from the truth. On X, an account from someone called Larissa, who describes themselves as a journalist, said that \’sources\’ in WWE have claimed that Paul Heyman refuses to work with Hayes. Larissa added that Heyman won\’t even look Hayes in the eye and pitched Logan Paul to join The Vision instead of the former WWE NXT Champion.

This claim earned a response from Hayes, who questioned what Lariss was hoping to accomplish with this baseless claim. Hayes said that this claim about Heyman \”couldn\’t be further from the truth.\” Larissa would delete their \’news\’, but you can see a screenshot of the interaction below.

    https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/11/\"https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/11/\"

Hayes has been part of WWE\’s main roster for over a year now after an impressive run in WWE NXT. While it\’s unclear if he and Heyman have worked closely during that time, there\’s no evidence that the WWE Hall of Famer has any issue working with \’Him.\’

This situation shows the dangers of social media where so many are able to make claims without proof. While Hayes was able to make clear that the post from Larissa was misinformation, fans should remember to have a critical eye on what they see on X and other platforms.

  • Challenger Emerges For WWE Intercontinental Champion John Cena

On the November 10, episode of WWE Raw, John Cena won the Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio, a win that has made him a WWE Grand Slam Champion. Now, a former rival of the new champion has set his sights on the coveted gold.

Shortly after Cena\’s victory, The Miz took to Instagram to share an image of himself as WWE Intercontinental Champion. The image in question comes from Miz\’s iconic comments on Talking Smack in 2016, considered by many to be one of his best promos.

If that post wasn\’t clear enough, Miz later shared a clip of himself as Intercontinental Champion cutting a promo on Cena in 2017. In the caption, Miz said that after Cena\’s title win on Raw, \”this Farewell Tournament just got REALLY interesting, didn’t it?\”

Shortly before Cena\’s victory on Raw, The Miz took to social media to tease facing Cena in his retirement tour. Miz and Cena first feuded in 2009 and later in 2011 over the WWE Championship. In 2017, the pair rekindled their feud, with Cena and Nikki Bella beating The Miz and Maryse at WrestleMania 33.

With just a handful of dates left in Cena\’s career, time will tell if Miz gets his wish. While John\’s Intercontinental Title win has been huge for him, The Miz is ready to bring his reign to a very quick end.

  • Dominik Mysterio Blames Judgment Day & Triple H After IC Title Loss

The November 10, episode of WWE Raw saw Dominik Mysterio lose the Intercontinental Championship to John Cena. This win makes John a WWE Grand Slam Champion, a huge accolade mere weeks before his in-ring career comes to an end.

On X, WWE\’s official account shared Dominik\’s reaction to his defeat. Mysterio was quick to argue that the Judgment Day should have been there to help him in his match against WWE\’s \’Greatest of All Time.\’

“I don’t understand what happened. Where’s Finn? Where’s JD? Raquel? Roxanne? f****! ANYBODY?! Where is the Judgment Day? Where is the Judgment Day when you need them? It doesn’t matter, I’m still holding gold. I was cheated out there by my so-called boss, Triple H. Where is my famil?\”

Mysterio won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41 in April, and at the time of his match with Cena, was the longest-reigning active champion in WWE. In September, Mysterio became a double champion by capturing the AAA Mega Championship from El Hijo del Vikingo at Worlds Collide: Las Vegas.

Raw was not a good night for the Judgment Day, as Raquel Rodriguez failed to bring the Women\’s World Title to the faction. Stay tuned to SEScoops to see what Dominik does next after this major setback.

  • Stephanie Vaquer Vows Payback After Nikki Bella\’s Betrayal

The November 10 episode of WWE RAW saw Nikki Bella betray Stephanie Vaquer and now the Women\’s World Champion has fired back. In a video shared by WWE\’s account on X, Vaquer admitted that she trusted Nikki, despite being warned by others that Bella would betray her.

Looking to the future, Vaquer said that Nikki will now learn that she doesn\’t forgive or forget. Vaquer ended by telling Nikki that she will pay for her actions, teasing a future match between the two.

“She betrayed me. They warned me, but I didn’t want to believe it. I still trusted with my heart, but it doesn’t matter, because what Nikki (Bella) is going to learn now is that La Primera doesn’t forgive, La Primera doesn’t forget. I’m getting my payback.”

Raw saw Vaquer retain her Women\’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez before Bella\’s betrayal after the match. Vaquer and Nikki had previously been allies and had faced Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez during the November 3, episode of WWE Raw.

Now, all signs point to a match between Nikki and Vaquer. Will Vaquer get her payback, or will the WWE Hall of Famer soon be Women\’s World Champion? Stay tuned to SEScoops to find out.

  • Jim Cornette Refutes Claim Of Death In OVW By WWE Alum

Jim Cornette has refuted a shocking claim that a prospect was killed in OVW by a future WWE World Heavyweight Champion. During a recent interview with TMZ\’s Inside the Ring, David Otunga made the claim that The Great Khali killed someone using a two-handed chokeslam during his days training in OVW.

\”Khali had another finisher, which was like this two-handed chokeslam. Now I don\’t know if you guys know this, but he killed somebody with that in OVW by accident. I was well aware of that.”

While one of the hosts seemed aware of this incident, sharing \”I forgot about this,\” Cornette is refuting the claim. On X, Cornette made clear that nobody died at the hands of Khali, or anybody, in Ohio Valley Wrestling. Cornette even stated that Khali never even attended OVW.

Otunga\’s claim is certainly shocking, though it is one that struggles to hold up to scrutiny. A wrestler dying at the hands of Khali in OVW when the promotion was WWE\’s developmental territory would almost certainly be known about, yet an internet search cannot find any proof that such an incident occurred.

Otunga\’s in-ring career came to an end in 2015 and he would spend several years in various non-competitive roles in WWE before his eventual exit. While his claim about Khali may be shocking, it remains to be seen if any evidence backs up what has been said.

  • Priscilla Kelly Alleges WWE Bullying Left Her Wanting To End Her Life

Former WWE Superstar Priscilla Kelly has claimed that she faced bullying in WWE so severe, she felt ready to end her life. Speaking to Denise Salcedo, Kelly, known to WWE fans as Gigi Dolin, shared the less glamorous side of her stint with the company.

\”I went through a lot of stuff in WWE that kind of shot me into this horrible depression and at the tail end of Toxic [Attraction] I was severely depressed.\”

Kelly said she gained \”a bunch of weight\” as her depression left her not caring about her ring-work. And just as Kelly was able to improve, her career was hit with a major obstacle.

\”I kind of went through this down period of, \’I hate my life, I\’m collecting a paycheck. I\’m just hoping someday I can get back to who I am and the performer that I am.\’ I as soon as I started to feel like I was myself again, I tore my meniscus.\”

Kelly\’s most shocking claim was about how some in WWE treated her. Though Kelly said she knows that her claim will \’blow up\’ and \’become a whole thing, she alleged that she faced bullying that left her ready to take her own life.

\”Let\’s just say some people were very, very, very not nice to me, to the point that I was suicidal for a little bit, because I was really going through it.\”

Kelly didn\’t name names, and her time with WWE came to an end earlier this year. Since being released from WWE, he has wrestled for Wrestling Revolver as well as Major League Wrestling.

Kelly\’s claims about her time in WWE NXT are alarming, alleging a side of WWE many fans may not be familiar with. If you are struggling or know somebody who is, call text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org

  • Sonya Deville Shares New Career Plan Outside of the Ring

Sonya Deville\’s time with WWE came to an end in early 2025 after it was shared that her contract with the company would not be renewed. Now, the former WWE Women\’s Tag Team Champion has opened up about life after WWE and her current career focus.

Appearing on CJ Perry\’s Identity Crisis podcast, Deville said she has no regrets about WWE, as it led her to her current chapter in her life. The former Superstar added that she is \”so happy\” right now and is \”proud of what I\’ve done.\”

Looking to the future, Deville shared that acting is now her full-time passion. For Deville, a future on the silver screen isn\’t a new plan, but a life-long dream.

\”I’ve wanted to be an actress my entire life. And now that’s what I’ve honed and worked on for 10 years in WWE in some sort of facet.\”

Deville has always dreamed of acting, but with WWE behind her, she can now pursue it full-time. On the podcast, Deville shared that she\’s had \”probably 500\” auditions in the last year. Now that she\’s out of WWE, she\’s ready to do much more.

“I mean, probably 500 [auditions] in the last year. But in the last four months since I called my manager and said, ‘Yo, we’re going full time,’ it’s constant.”

In July 2025, Deville shared that she had retired from wrestling, but wouldn\’t count out an in-ring return down the line. With some acting experience already under her belt, the former Superstar is ready to get back on screens, this time as an actress.

  • WWE Veteran Extends Impressive Streak After Title Win On Raw

The November 10, edition of WWE Raw saw two massive title changes that have shaken up the landscape of the red brand. On the men\’s side of things, John Cena won the Intercontinental Title, becoming a Grand Slam Champion mere weeks before the end of his career. For the women, Asuka and Kairi Sane defeated Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair to win the Women\’s Tag Team Championships.

With this victory, Asuka has extended an impressive streak that may have gone unnoticed by fans. Since 2016, Asuka has held championship gold for every single year of her career in WWE. Her wins include:

    • 2016: Wins the WWE NXT Women\’s Championship

    • 2020: Wins the WWE Raw Women\’s Championship

    • 2023: Holds the WWE Women\’s Championship
    • 2024: Wins the WWE Women\’s Tag Team Championships
