  • Xavier Woods Recovering After Head Surgery

WWE\’s Xavier Woods is on the road to recovery after a surgery forced him to miss competing at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide. Woods was supposed to team with Kofi Kingston to challenge AAA Tag Team Champions Pagano and Psycho Clown at the event. Instead, Grayson Waller teamed with Kingston and before the match, Woods shared that he was not medically cleared.

Taking to X, Woods shared that the concept of him not being medically cleared was no joke, and that a mass was \”carved out of the back of my head\” during surgery. Remaining in character, Woods blamed the lymphoma on Adam Pearce, who, according to Woods, instructed Penta to injury the former King of the Ring.

Woods later clarified that it was a lipoma (a fatty lump, usually non-cancerous), not lymphoma (cancer).

Kingston and Waller came up short in their efforts to bring the AAA Tag Team Titles to the New Day, but Pagano and Psycho Clown\’s victory was short-lived. After the match, the pair were laid out by the Wyatt Sicks, who have set their sights on the AAA Tag Team Gold.

With Woods\’ surgery, it remains to be seen how long he will be out of action for. In the meantime, Kingston and Waller will hold the fort for the New Day as the group continue to try and \’revive\’ the tag team division on WWE Raw.

  • Bo Dallas Teases A Lot More For Wyatt Sicks, Talks Bray\’s Influence

The Wyatt Sicks has been part of WWE\’s main roster for over a year and urrently hold the WWE Tag Team Championships. Now, the group has set its sights on the AAA Tag Team Titles, and even more is coming for the faction, according to its leader.

Speaking to TV Insider, Bo Dallas reflected on the group\’s work so far. Looking to the future, the man behind Uncle Howdy\’s mask shared that much is coming.

\”A lot is coming in the near future. Stories and character development being told out of the mind of my brother and coming to actual TV screens. Using actual stories we wanted to tell in the past and unfolding.\”

These ideas have been \”in the works for years\” according to Bo, and include ideas and angles from the mind of his late brother Windham \’Bray Wyatt\’ Rotunda. While big things may be coming, Bo doesn\’t see the group growing in numbers, at least at this time.

\”There are always possibilities of other people coming in the future, but right now the core and our direction and what we want to get done is going to stay as it is.\”

The Wyatt Sicks\’ dominance comes as the wrestling world enters Halloween, a time that is obviously linked to the macabre and menacing Bray Wyatt, for Bo, the spooky season is always a great time and he and Windham enjoyed plenty of past Halloweens.

\”Me and my brother loved Halloween growing up. We were addicted to horror, different or weird or something you shouldn’t like, that was probably what we were attracted to. We had a lot of fun growing up.\”

Bo plans to watch a scary movie each day in the run-up to Halloween. When asked if the Wyatt Sicks could soon find themselves on the big screen, Dallas didn\’t bawk at the idea.

\”I’d say the sky is the limit. I’ve taken what has been given to me and built on that. What we have been doing recently has been mind-blowing, so I’m just trying to keep the train rolling.\”

The Wyatt Sicks has already been featured with the own horror event from Universal Studios, meaning fans shouldn\’t count out a movie or similar project. For now, the Wyatt Sicks continues to deliver chills and thrills on WWE SmackDown.

  • WWE Alum Gable Steveson Dominates MMA Debut With First-Round Win

Olympic Gold Medalist and former WWE Superstar Gable Steveson may have finally found his place after dominating his MMA debut with a first-round victory. Steveson defeated Braden Peterson to go 1-0 in the world of Mixed Martial Arts. Steveson\’s debut was part of LFA 217 and aired on UFC Fight Pass.

The win was much-needed for Steveson who has had a shaky handful of years following his Olympic Gold Medal win at the 2021 Tokyo Summer Games. That same year, Steveson signed with WWE and despite much hype, the Olympian failed to deliver in the ring. His only televised match was a double count-out draw in 2023 before he was released the following year.

Post-WWE, Steveson signed with the Buffalo Bills, though his time ias a football player also fizzled out without much to show. In March of this year, Steveson returned to wrestling in the NCAA, only to lose what was dubbed \’the biggest upset in history\’ to Wyatt Hendrickson.

Now, Steveson has won his MMA debut, and questions remain as to what his next fight will look like. Was this win a return to form for the Olympic Champion, or beginner\’s luck? Time will tell…

  • Fans Rally Behind UK WrestleMania After Riyadh Announcement

WrestleMania will leave North America for the first time ever in 2027, though the choice of location has left fans angry. WrestleMania 43 will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in two years time, the latest move as part of WWE\’s lucrative partnership with Saudi Arabia that continues to frustrate fans close to a decade after launching in 2018.

Many fans feel the honor of the first international WrestleMania should have gone to the UK, a territory that has proven time and again to have an electric atmosphere. On X, Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque tried to drum up excitement for WrestleMania in Riyadh, only to be met by a wave of pro-UK responses.

It was at Money in the Bank 2023 that John Cena said he intended to bring WrestleMania to London, likely inside Wembley Stadium. While fans at the time were thrilled at the prospect, there\’s been no developments publicly on this happening.

With WWE heading to Riyadh in 2027, questions remain as to how much longer fans will have to wait for a UK WrestleMania, if it comes at all. With less than two years before the lights go on in Riyadh, WWE has quite the task ahead of them promoting WrestleMania 43 after this immediate backlash.

  • Dominik Mysterio Wins AAA Mega Title, Berates Rey Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio has added more gold to his collection after capturing the AAA Mega Championship at the AAA x WWE Worlds Collide event. In the show\’s main event, Dominik ended the reign of El Hijo del Vikingo to become new champion.

After the match, WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio put the title around his son\’s waist. Rather than take this as a humbling moment from his legendary father, Dominik berated his father, ordering him out of the ring and miming that he\’d kicked him to the proverbial curb.

Dominik\’s victory as the new AAA Mega Champion marks the latest title to come to the Judgment Day. The group also holds the Intercontinental Championship thanks to Dominik as well as the World Tag Team Titles (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh.) 2025 has also seen the faction hold the WWE Women\’s Tag Team Championships as well as the WWE Women\’s World Championship.

Now, Dominik will have to juggle his time between WWE and AAA, though the 28-year-old seems more than up to the challenge. After declaring himself the greatest Intercontinental Champion within minutes of his win earlier this year, fans can expect plenty of boasting and bravado from the new AAA Mega Champion.

  • Maria Kanellis-Bennett Reveals Skin Cancer Diagnosis After Surgery

Former WWE star Maria Kanellis-Bennett is urging fans to take skin cancer seriously after revealing she underwent surgery to remove a cancerous mole from her leg. On X, the former 24/7 Champion shared photos from her hospital bed and revealed the area where the procedure was performed.

PSA: get your moles checked!!! I had type 0 skin cancer removed today after a previous biopsy came back cancerous. Feeling very blessed they caught it so early but definitely exhausted. I will have a beautiful 3 inch scar on my leg. It’s been an interesting few years. They marked it with an eye before surgery to apparently to keep away bad spirits.

Maria is the latest name from wrestling to have to go one-on-one with a kind of cancer. Earlier this year, Ric Flair confirmed that he\’d been diagnosed with cancer, marking the second time in three years that he’s been diagnosed with the disease. His comment came after previously denying he had cancer, and after saying that Jim Ross was attention seeking amid his own cancer battle.

Maria\’s scary ordeal shows the importance of getting checked early, as her situation could\’ve gone much worse if she had delayed. We here at SEScoops are continuing to wish her the absolute best at this time.

  • The Wyatt Sicks Target AAA Tag Team Gold At Worlds Collide

The Wyatt Sicks proved once again that they can’t be controlled after a dominant appearance at the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event.

The New Day’s Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston were set to challenge for the AAA World Tag Team Titles, but, the bout was altered after Woods was unable to compete. Instead, it was Kofi Kingston & Grayson Waller who challenged Pagano & Psycho Clown for the good which saw the AAA stars retain.

The champions\’ celebration was short lived as the lights dimmed and The Wyatt Sicks made their eerie entrance. The group then destroyed Pagano and Psycho Clown before posing with the AAA Tag Team Championships. The group already holds the WWE Tag Team Titles andd clearly wants more gold.

This appearance marked the AAA debut of the Wyatt Sicks, who left a last impression during their brief appearance. While Pagano and Psycho Clown retained on this night, their days with the gold may be numbered.

  • WWE WrestleMania 43 Confirmed For Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

WrestleMania 43 will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it has been confirmed, ending much speculation about the future of WWE\’s grandest show. In a much-hyped special announcement, WWE confirmed that the 2027 event will take place in Riyadh, marking the third WrestleMania outside the United States and the first outside North America.

At a press conference where he shared the ring with WWE names past and present, Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque made the announcement official. Levesque, serving as WWE\’s Chief Content Officer, shared that the event will take place as part of Riyadh Season before reflecting on what WrestleMania in Riyadh means for WWE.

\”History will undoubtably be made again… We could not be more excited for this opportunity. This is an opportunity for WWE to show the world what I think most people already know, that WWE is a global brand that reaches every corner of the world and excites fans from everywhere.\”

Levesque\’s excitement for the event was not matched by those watching live as fans shared their negative responses to the news. This reaction is the latest in a history of hostility towards WWE\’s partnership with Saudi Arabia which many feel is more about making money and high-profile deals than about providing compelling content for fans.

WrestleMania 43 will be historic but is already proving divisive in the wrestling world. With just under two years before the lights turn on in Riyadh, it remains to be seen what kind of show awaits those traveling to Riyadh in 2027.

  • WWE Ditching Boxing Day Tradition In Madison Square Garden (Report)

WWE\’s long-standing tradition of hosting a Boxing Day event in Madison Square Garden will not be happening in 2025, it has been reported. According to WrestleVotes Radio, WWE will not be holding the event that has been a staple of WWE\’s time in New York City for over a decade.

It is unclear if this decision is just for the 2025 event, or what will be the norm going forward. WWE has cut back on its number of live events in recent years, instead focusing its resources on weekly programming and Premium Live Events.

These live events have seen some huge moments over the years. In 2023, the Boxing Day event saw CM Punk wrestle for the first time in close to a decade in a WWE ring. Mere weeks after his return to WWE at Survivor Series, Punk\’s in-ring return saw him defeat \’Dirty\’ Dominik Mysterio.

Madison Square Garden has often been considered the \’home\’ of WWE, even if the promotion is not a regular presence in the hallowed arena like it once was. While WWE continues to develop as an entertainment juggernaut under TKO, this tradition has been put to rest for the time being.

  • Stephanie Vaquer Dismisses Injury Rumors After Segment Is Cut

A contract signing segment between Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY was nixed from the September 8, episode of WWE Raw, raising speculation about why it was cut. Some theorized that the segment was cut because Stephanie Vaquer is dealing with an injury, but that is not the case at all.

Speaking with Adrian Hernandez, Vaquer addressed the claims she is out with an injury. The former NXT Women\’s Champion revealed that she is healthy, adding that \”There\’s no injuries.\” Vaquer also shared that she\’s \”ready for Raw next Monday,\” teasing her involvement with the go-home Raw ahead of WrestlePalooza.

Vaquer will challenge for the vacant WWE Women\’s World Championship at WrestlePalooza after earning the match with a battle royal win at Evolution. The all-female show also saw IYO SKY lose the gold to Naomi, who cashed in her Money in the Bank contract during Sky\’s match with Rhea Ripley.

Questions remain as to why the segment was canceled at Raw, a show that did not see Paul \’Triple H\’ Levesque at the creative helm. Nevertheless, Vaquer is healthy and ready to win gold, though can expect a fierce challenge from IYO SKY.

  • How A 13-Year Streak Was Broken During Sept. 9 WWE NXT

The September 9, episode of WWE NXT saw the silver brand continue on the road to NXT No Mercy with two hours of exciting content and matches. Not only did the show see some big moments, but an unfortunate streak that has existed for decades was finally broken during the show.

During the show, Tavion Heights defeated Ethan Page in a flag match as Heights was able to retrieve Ol\’ Glory to secure the victory. This was WWE\’s first Flag Match in 13 years, as the one before was Ted DiBiase and Hunico on WWE SmackDown on January 20, 2012.

With this win, Heights appears in prime position to challenge for the WWE NXT North American Championship, which was given a Canadian re-design by Page earlier this year. While Page has Chelsea Green in his corner, Heights has back-up of his own: Olympic Gold Medalist Tyra Mae Steele.

Time will tell whether Heights gets a title shot and if he can bring the North American Championship back to the U.S. With his historic win on WWE NXT, gold may be in the future of Tavion Heights.

H/T to SEScoops reader and @WrestleStatcast for uncovering these stats. Stay tuned to SEScoops for more interesting wrestling facts and statistics.

  • Mercedes Moné Walks The Runway For New York Fashion Week

AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné proved she can walk the walk as well as talk the talk during New York Fashion week on September 11. On the runway, Mone sturtted her stuff as a model for designer Jeffrey Kelly Design. The CEO of AEW is no stranger to fashion, having walked the runway at New York Fashion week in 2022.

Moné\’s appearance in New York comes amid arguably the pinnacle of her wrestling career. The CEO currently holds nine championship titles from promotions around the world including AEW, CMLL, and promotions in the UK and Europe. Moné has also kept a close eye on adding more gold to her collection, teasing that she may expand her collection with more titles from around the world.

Moné\’s reign as AEW TBS Champion will be in jeopardy next week when she defends her gold against Rhio at AEW All Out. As Moné prepares to battle the first-ever AEW Women\’s World Champion, fans can expect a high-octane match on September 20.

  • Brooke Hogan Has No Regrets After Being Left Out Of Hulk\’s $5M Will

Hulk Hogan\’s will has been revealed following the Hulkster\’s death, and while his son Nick receives plenty, his daughter Brooke is missing completely. Now, Brooke is sharing her side of things, and told TMZ why she isn\’t surprised to not receive a penny from her father.

“His decision is no surprise to me. It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time.”

Nick Hogan has stepped in as co-personal representative of the estate, reportedly valued at close to $5 million. Her interview comes after Brooke said she wanted no part of Hulk\’s will shortly after his death in July 2025.

Brooke has spoken openly about her father, sharing that police footage from the day he died could change the \’narrative\’ of what people believed happened. Brooke had remained distant from both her parents in recent years, alleging that she suffered physical and mental abuse during her childhood.

Brooke became a mom in January to twins, though the pair will grow up without their iconic grandfather, or his money. For Brooke and her husband Steven, they\’re ready to take on the world without the Hulkster\’s resources to rely on.

  • Latest On Ethan Page\’s WWE Main Roster Call-Up Plans

Ethan Page has been a force to be reckoned with in WWE NXT, including spending mere weeks between his debut to capturing the WWE NXT Championship. Now, Page is the reigning NXT North American Champion, but his days on the silver brand may be numbered.

According to sources close to WWE creative who spoke to Fightful Select, Chelsea Green has repeatedly pitched for Page to receive a main roster call-up. Green\’s desire is for the partnership fans have been seeing between the two Canadians in WWE NXT can play out on the main roster.

Speaking recently to USA Today, Green wasn\’t subtle about her desire to see Page join her on the WWE SmackDown roster.

\”I feel like it\’s my job to make sure the main roster sees him as a main roster talent. I also hope that he stays with us. I think that we\’ve learned so much from him.\”

Despite Page’s strong on-screen presence and work with Green, WWE currently has no plans to move him to RAW or SmackDown, the report adds. For the time being, Page remains a huge part of WWE NXT.

Page\’s most recent match for NXT came on the September 9, episode of the silver brand, where he lost to Tavion Heights in a flag match. Now, fans will keep an eagle eye on the NXT North American Champion, who could be making a move soon if Green has her way.

  • AEW Signs Five-Year Deal For Events In Australia (Report)

AEW will be returning to Australia in 2026 to host a pair of events in their second trip to the Australiasian country. Now, fans can expect much more of AEW down under as the company has reportedly signed a five-year deal with TEGSport.

This deal was first reported by Wrestle Radio Australia. According to the report, it is believed that there will be three more years of the deal after AEW debuted in Australia in 2025 and will host its second year in 2026. Lachlan Albert reports:

\”I was told how exciting it is from TEGSport’s perspective that they’ve got this five-year deal with AEW, so AEW will continue to return to Australia over that five-year period. Presumably speaking about last year being the first year of the deal, 2026 being the second year, presumably three more years into the future of a deal between TEGSport and AEW to bring AEW to Australia.\”

This deal further demonstrates AEW\’s growing influence outside of the United States. Since launching in 2019, the company has hosted events in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the United Kingdom. AEW will return to the UK\’s Wembley Stadium for All In: London 2026, and will return to Manchester, England this December for an AEW Dynamite taping.

Details remain scarce about AEW\’s reported deal with TEGSport, but the implications of the partnership are huge. Stay tuned for the latest from AEW and it\’s plans around the world.

  • Latest On Saudi-WrestleMania, Potential Stars, Why 2027

All signs are pointing to WrestleMania 43 coming to Saudi Arabia in 2027, in the biggest move yet as part of the WWE-Saudi deal. WrestleMania is always a star-studded occasion, and fans can expect this to be taken to a whole new level for the first WrestleMania outside North America.

WWE plans to \”present the most star-studded show ever, by far,\” as shared on Wrestling Observer Radio. Their have already been discussions about matches wanted for the show, despite it being short of two years in the future. The report adds that it is believed names including The Rock, \’Stone Cold\’ Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels will be contacted for the event. It is unclear if the plan is for these legends to just make appearances, or if matches are in the works for any of these stars.

The deal for WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia was finalized by August 6, the report adds. It is believed that this will be the only WrestleMania of 2027, putting to rest rumors of two WrestleManias that year, one in Saudi Arabia and one in the United States. WWE wanted to host a Saudi Arabia WrestleMania in 2028, but Saudi Arabia wanted the event in 2027 to celebrate the 300-year anniversary of the founding of the first Saudi state.

While fans have often believed that London, England would be the site of the first non-North American WrestleMania, all signs now point to Saudi Arabia. With a WWE announcement looming, one that fans expect will confirm the news, fans can expect a stacked show in the middle east in 2027.

  • Natalya Wants Saraya Rematch Decade After Last WWE Showdown

Questions remain about Saraya\’s in-ring future following her exit from AEW earlier this year. Now, Natalya, a familiar foe of the first-ever NXT Women\’s Champion, is ready to step back in the ring with the Brit.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Natalya recalled her history with Saraya and openly invited her back for a rematch. Not only does Natalya want a rematch with the former Paige, but the Canadian believes the match would be one for the ages.

\”I would love to have a match with you again. It would be a generational match—and I’d get your ass to the Dungeon—because we have unfinished business.\”

Natalya and Saraya shared the ring dozens of times in WWE, both as allies and as opponents. Their most recent match as adversaries took place during the October 27, 2015, taping of WWE SmackDown, which saw Paige get the win.

While Natalya is ready to lace up her boots to take on Saraya, that doesn\’t mean the pair aren\’t friends. On the contrary, Natalya is ready to welcome her former colleague to one of her training sessions.

\”You’re always invited to the Dungeon anytime, but I would love to wrestle you againyou are one of the women who stood up for the division when others didn’t have the courage.\”

Saraya is open to a WWE return, but as of July 2025, no contact had been made by the promotion. Time will tell if Saraya ever steps in a WWE ring again, but if she does, Natalya will be waiting for her.

  • Rob Gronkowski Ready For WWE Return, On One Condition

Rob Gronkowski may be retired from football, but fans shouldn\’t count him out of a WWE ring. During his appearance on What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon, the former 24/7 Champion explained how a single gesture may be all that it takes to bring him back to the squared circle.

“I’ll come back to WWE if I can do ‘Suck It’ in the middle of the ring.”

McMahon, amused by Gronk\’s love of the iconic D-Generation X gesture, agreed to his terms. Gronk was instantly pleased, adding that \”I\’m coming back!\” This \’deal\’ came after Gronk shared how he\’d celebrated WrestleMania 40 with a series of crotch chops.

Gronkowski has made several appearances for WWE, including serving as host of WrestleMania 36 in 2020. That year also saw Gronk capture the WWE 24/7 Championship and win a Slammy Award as Celebrity of the Year.

While their interaction may have been tongue-in-cheek, fans know to never say never when it comes to pro-wrestling returns. With his larger-than-life personality and considerable mainstream appeal, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Gronk returned to WWE, complete with the crotch chop.

  • Shawn Michaels: Cody Rhodes\’ Work Is A Huge Comfort in WWE

Cody Rhodes has been one of WWE\’s very top stars since his return to the promotion three years ago. One man who knows about leading WWE is Shawn Michaels, who likes what he sees from the American Nightmare.

Speaking to Justin Barrasso of Undisputed, Michaels was asked for his thoughts on Rhodes. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer, who now leads WWE NXT, is pleased to see the company\’s present and future in capable hands.

\”You’re always comforted when you’re handing over the reins of this business to someone that respects it, honors it, and enjoys it.\”

Michaels added that Rhodes\’ dedication and work-ethic \”gives all of us a lot of peace and comfort.\” Rhodes\’ efforts extend far beyond what fans see on TV, as the WWE Champion also helps out in WWE NXT.

“When Cody comes into the Performance Center, it’s very fortunate for us. He wants to pass it on to the next generation and echoes a lot of what we say. That’s a huge help and comfort to everyone in WWE. You know the business is in good hands moving into the future.”

Rhodes is currently off of TV with a kayfabe injury, but in reality is spending some quality time with his family after the arrival of their second child. Whatever Rhodes does next, both on and off-screen, the American Nightmare will give his all for WWE\’s present and future.

Worlds Collide will see six matches take place from the iconic Cox Pavilion at the Thomas & Mack Center. The show will be headlined by AAA Mega Champion El Hijo del Vikingo putting his gold on the line against Dominik Mysterio. Other highlights will see title matches for the World Tag Team and Latin American Championships, as well as a contest to determine the next challenger for AAA\’s Reina de Reinas Championship. Other WWE names confirmed include Finn Balor, Roxanne Perez, Ethan Page, the New Day, and Natalya, along many more.

Worlds Collide: Las Vegas will be held as part of Mexican independence day weekend, adding to the buzz surrounding the event. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest from the show as the YouTube stream opens the event up to a wider audience than ever before.

  • Update On Planned Feud For Ilja Dragunov\’s WWE TV Return

Ilja Dragunov has been sidelined since suffering an ACL injury in a match against GUNTHER one year ago in September 2024. As fans eagerly await his return to the ring, WWE is reportedly considering a major feud for the former NXT Champion.

According to BodySlam.net, WWE has internally discussed a potential program between Dragunov and Rusev. The report added that \”Nothing is finalized\” but this feud could be the one that reintroduces Dragunov to TV.

In August 2025, Bodyslam\’s Cory Hays shared a gif of Dragunov, captioning it with \”The time draws near,\” leaving many to belive that Dragunov\’s return will be coming sooner than later. Hays later shared that though Dragunov\’s return is coming, fans shouldn\’t expect it \”in the next few weeks.\”

If WWE goes forward with Dragunov vs. Rusev, it could be one of the hardest-hitting rivalries on TV. After nearly a year out of action, Dragunov’s return is highly anticipated by fans who are ready to see the former NXT Champion thrive on the main roster.

Rusev returned to WWE earlier this year, and recently capped off a feud with Sheamus at WWE Clash in Paris. It remains to be seen what\’s next for him, but a feud with the Mad Dragon could be in his future.

  • Bryan Danielson Claims WWE Wants AEW Out Of Business

WWE is ready for a blissful future without having to battle with AEW for audience support, as far as Bryan Danielson is concerned. During an appearance on the Ned & Josh podcast, Danielson, a former WWE and AEW World Champion, said he doubted WWE and AEW could work together in the current climinate, and shared his hot take.

\”This is just my perception… I’ve never talked to anybody about this—it almost seems like they would like us to go out of business.\”

While WWE and AEW have worked together, including having Bryan on Raw via video in June 2022, that collaboration seems a lifetime ago. As WWE and AEW continue to go head-to-head in direct competition, Bryan believes any idea of collaboration is simply impossible today.

WWE has opened itself to working with others, including TNA Wrestling, Bloodsport, Pro Wrestling NOAH, and beyond. Despite this, Danielson believes that WWE\’s old habits die hard when faced with \’All-Elite\’ competition.

\”That’s how I look at it. They’ve operated this way since 1984. They see a competitor, and no matter what, they want them gone.\”

Bryan was quick to make clear that his words aren\’t an attack on the WWE roster itself. On the contrary, Danielson still has plenty of friends in WWE, despite the company supposedly wanting AEW\’s roster out of a job.

“I know people in WWE—good people. I don’t even like framing this in a good vs bad way. What’s the decision-making process there? Why do they want AEW not to exist?”

Over six years after launching, AEW appears here to stay, despite what WWE may want (according to Bryan.) As tensions continue to rise between the two sides, wrestling fans will continue to be treated to bigger, badder, better events.

  • Brooke Hogan & Bubba The Love Sponge Find Closure with Hulk Hogan Doc

A new documentary on Hulk Hogan from Bubba The Love Sponge has caught a lot of attention, including a legal challenge from Hulk\’s son Nick. That challenge didn\’t stop Bubba from premiering the doc in Florida recently on a night that saw himself and Hulk\’s other child Brooke find closure.

A premiere was held at the historic Centro Asturiano de Tampa on the edge of Ybor City, the Tampa Bay Times reports. Despite the potential legal action, Bubba kicked off the premiere by asking attendees “Any of y’all feeling naughty for being here?” before starting the doc.

The doc tells Bubba\’s side of his issues with Hulk Hogan including the infamous release of the sex tape featuring Hogan and Bubba\’s wife Heather Clem. Speaking at the premiere, Brooke shared that her father didn\’t hold Bubba accountable for the tape that would derail his WWE career due to racist comments coming to light.
