  • Bayley Maps Out Post-WWE Future with Plans for Wrestling School

WWE Grand Slam Champion Bayley has unveiled her long-term vision for life after her in-ring career, confirming plans to open a wrestling school focused on developing the next generation of female talent.

During an appearance on The Nikki & Brie Show released Monday, Bayley revealed she will host a free three-day seminar from December 4-6 in Orlando, Florida, as her first step toward eventually opening her own wrestling school. The seminar is exclusively for experienced female wrestlers, with travel and accommodations covered for those selected to attend.

I\’ve always pictured myself continuing on with wrestling and wanting to open a school someday,\” Bayley told Nikki Bella. \”I\’ll be running a seminar next month to kind of wet my feet in that stuff.

The initiative reflects Bayley\’s commitment to addressing what she sees as a critical need in women\’s wrestling. She emphasized her desire to close the gap between independent female wrestlers and those signed to major promotions like WWE, AEW, and TNA. \”I don\’t want there to be this huge gap,\” she explained, noting that the industry relies on independent talent to thrive.

Bayley plans to expand the seminar to other locations, potentially traveling to places like Australia to make training more accessible. The December seminar will feature what she described as \”the best of the best\” to help mentor attendees.

Known for her mentoring role in WWE\’s locker room throughout her active career, Bayley\’s transition to full-time coaching would be a natural evolution for the multi-time Women\’s Champion. The Role Model recently reflected on her historic Iron Woman match with Sasha Banks that helped pave the way for women\’s wrestling a decade ago.

    — WWE NXT (@WWENXT) November 24, 2025

All three athletes participated in WWE\’s SummerSlam 2025 tryouts in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and have signed NXT/Performance Center developmental contracts. This follows reports earlier this week that new names had been added to the developmental system.

    • Walker, 21, is a University of Nebraska track and field athlete who was previously part of WWE\’s NIL program. She was included in the company\’s fifth NIL class announced in June 2025, which also featured Mark Henry\’s son Jacob Henry, Scott Steiner\’s son Brock Rechsteiner, and Titus O\’Neil\’s son TJ Bullard. Walker has now transitioned from her NIL deal to a full developmental contract.
    • Habibi-Likio, 26, comes from a football background, playing running back for the Oregon Ducks and Boise State Broncos from 2018-2022. He recorded 229 carries and 23 touchdowns across his NCAA career without ever fumbling the ball. His journey to WWE began after his WrestleMania 41 vlogs caught the attention of company recruiters.
    • Bogdanov, 31, is a decorated rhythmic gymnast who represented the United States at the 2011 Pan American Games, winning silver and bronze medals. She was also crowned Freestyle Calisthenics World Champion in 2015.
  • Rhea Ripley x Terrifier Christmas Shirts Bring Holiday Horror

WWE Shop has expanded its Rhea Ripley x Terrifier collection with holiday-themed merchandise. Two new Christmas designs join the collaboration that launched in October.

The new Bloody Christmas Tree T-Shirt features Ripley and Art the Clown in a festive horror scene with a blood-spattered tree, capturing Terrifier\’s slasher aesthetic with seasonal flair.

The Christmas Chimney T-Shirt puts Ripley in a stylized holiday setting alongside Art. Both retail for $34.99 and are produced by Ripple Junction.

Ripley has been open about her love for the Terrifier franchise, even lobbying for a role in the upcoming Terrifier 4. Her connection to the horror series deepened in September when she was \”killed\” by Art the Clown actor David Howard Thornton during a staged skit at Silver Scream Con. Chris Jericho previously appeared in Terrifier 2 and 3.

All three shirts are available now at WWE Shop.

  • Lucha Bros Reunite in AAA to Challenge Dominik Mysterio & El Grande Americano

The Lucha Bros are back together.

Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix officially reunited in AAA Mexico at AAA Alianzas on November 22, issuing a challenge to Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano for a tag team match at Guerra de Titanes on December 20, 2025.

The challenge came via video message following the main event at the Gimnasio Olimpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City, where Mysterio and Americano—billing themselves as \”Los Gringos Locos 2.0?—had just defeated Hijo del Vikingo and Dragon Lee.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9z0DZMbEd4

Dominik accepted the challenge, setting up what promises to be one of the marquee matches at AAA\’s flagship year-end event.

    https://x.com/luchalibreaaa/status/1992760163691110447?s=20

The Alianzas main event took a dramatic turn when Vikingo abandoned Dragon Lee during the match, refusing to tag his partner and walking out, which left Lee isolated for the finish.

Lucha Bros Finding Their Way Back

Penta and Fenix have been working on separate WWE brands since arriving earlier this year, with Penta on Monday Night Raw and Fenix on SmackDown. The two haven\’t teamed together since July 2024 when they were still with AEW, making this AAA reunion their first time competing as a unit under the WWE umbrella. Penta had previously expressed confidence that a reunion would eventually happen.

The cross-promotional nature of the bout underscores the ongoing collaboration between AAA and WWE, with Mysterio and Americano establishing themselves as a featured act in the Mexican promotion. AAA has seen significant growth under WWE\’s ownership, with TripleMania XXXIII breaking viewership records this past August.

Guerra de Titanes takes place at the Arena Guadalajara and consistently delivers major matches and international star power. The Lucha Bros versus Los Gringos Locos 2.0 showdown should draw significant interest from fans of both promotions heading into the new year.

  • MLW Women\’s World Featherweight Championship Heads to Thailand for Historic Defense

Major League Wrestling will make history on December 13 when the MLW Women\’s World Featherweight Championship is defended in Thailand for the first time. Champion Shoko Nakajima will face Singapore Pro Wrestling\’s Alexis Lee at the \”TJPW LIVE in Bangkok\” event in Bangkok.

Nakajima, who has established herself as one of MLW\’s most dynamic champions with her speed and fighting spirit, will put her title on the line against Lee, one of Southeast Asia\’s most dangerous competitors known for her striking and power.

\”This is what Major League Wrestling is all about,\” said MLW CEO Court Bauer. \”Our champions aren\’t just fighting for belts—they\’re carrying the banner of Major League Wrestling to new destinations, new cultures, and new fans around the world. Seeing a world title defended in Thailand for the first time speaks to the momentum and global reach of what we\’re building.\”

MLW has been expanding its presence, recently relocating its headquarters to Charleston, South Carolina and announcing additional regional events including a return to Atlanta in March.

Both competitors aim to leave their mark on what promises to be a groundbreaking night for professional wrestling in Thailand.

  • Gable Steveson Scores 24-Second Knockout, Calls Out UFC Matchmaker

Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson continued his dominant transition to mixed martial arts with a 24-second knockout victory over Kevin Hein in the main event of APFC 21 on Sunday night.

    https://x.com/UFCFightPass/status/1992805659813748744

The former WWE signee needed less than half a minute to dispatch Hein at the Minnesota-based promotion\’s latest event, improving his professional MMA record to 2-0. Steveson\’s debut victory came via TKO over Braden Peterson in just 1:38, meaning he has spent less than two minutes combined inside the cage across both professional fights.

    Steveson Wants UFC Competition

Following his latest victory, Steveson made his intentions clear by calling out UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard during his post-fight interview, signaling he believes he\’s ready for the sport\’s biggest stage. UFC President Dana White has been keeping a close eye on the former WWE star\’s MMA career.

Steveson captured Olympic gold in freestyle wrestling at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics before signing with WWE. After a brief stint with the company that never saw him reach the main roster, Steveson pivoted to MMA, where his elite wrestling background has translated into devastating finishing ability.

With UFC Fight Pass broadcasting the knockout and Steveson publicly lobbying for a shot, it appears only a matter of time before the 25-year-old gets the call to the Octagon.

    Gable Steveson: Knockout Artist

Steveson\’s quick win over Kevin Hein this weekend keeps his momentum going. Last month, it took him a mere 15 seconds to drop Chattanooga\’s Billy Swanson on the canvas in the main event on the Dirty Boxing Championship\’s fight card on Oct. 30.

  • Bret Hart Takes Credit for WWE Signing Steve Austin

Bret \”The Hitman\” Hart has made a bold claim about one of the most significant signings in WWE history, revealing he was directly responsible for bringing Stone Cold Steve Austin to the company.

During a live episode of the Johnny I Pro Show from Montreal, Hart detailed how he personally intervened to prevent Austin from signing with ECW and convinced Vince McMahon to bring him to WWE instead.

I think I had a lot to do with Steve going to WWF in the first place because I remember when I was always talking to Vince about getting guys to come in,\” Hart explained. \”And I had just heard from somebody that Steve Austin had been let go or had just resigned, I think, with ECW. And I told Vince, I said, \’Why would you let ECW sign Steve Austin and you\’re looking for guys to bring in?\’

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHnJZkLLJ20

The intervention proved remarkably effective. According to Hart, the turnaround was almost immediate.

Less than three, four, five days later, Steve Austin was sitting in the dressing room in WWE and they got him out of his deal and signed him. So, I had a lot to do with Steve coming to WWF in the first place,\” Hart stated.

Austin\’s arrival at WWE would ultimately prove to be one of the most important signings in professional wrestling history, with \”Stone Cold\” becoming the face of the Attitude Era and helping WWE win the Monday Night Wars against WCW.

Hart\’s eye for talent proved prescient, though his motivations were likely both altruistic and strategic. As a master technician, Hart recognized the money-making potential in working with Austin. The Texas Rattlesnake has publicly credited the Hit Man for helping him \”get over\” in WWE, and their legendary feud helped usher in what would become the Attitude Era, the most profitable period in company history. Austin recently disclosed the most memorable moment of his career, highlighting his time with The Rock and the McMahon feud.

Their WrestleMania 13 bout remains an all-time classic and became the first match inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame earlier this year.

  • Zoey Stark Announces Major Recovery Milestone 6 Months After Triple Knee Surgery

WWE Superstar Zoey Stark reached a significant milestone in her recovery journey, announcing she can “finally able to fully run and pivot pain free” in a training video posted to social media on Saturday. The update comes six months after undergoing a grueling three-hour surgery to repair torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries.

    https://x.com/ZoeyStarkWWE/status/1992329203484909671

Stark suffered the devastating triple knee injury during a triple threat match on the May 19 episode of Raw. The severity of the damage initially threatened to require a second surgery, but Stark pushed through intensive rehabilitation at Optimize Physical Therapy & Performance in Henderson, Nevada, under the care of Dr. Zaki Afzal.

The recovery process has been both mentally and physically exhausting for the WWE star, who faced early setbacks and plateaus during physical therapy. Stark shared her first positive update in October, and her determination to surpass key rehabilitation milestones allowed her to avoid additional surgery and regain full range of motion.

WWE officials are reportedly targeting a mid-2026 return for Stark, reflecting both the seriousness of her injury and confidence in her eventual comeback. With each milestone achieved, Stark has expressed gratitude for her medical team’s support while maintaining an optimistic outlook about returning to in-ring competition.

  • NXT Bound: Dani Sekelsky Sets Sights on Championship Gold and Dream Opponents

Fresh off her WWE LFG Season 2 victory, Dani Sekelsky has officially signed with NXT and already competed in her first match against Fallon. The former NFL Tennessee Titans cheerleader turned wrestler outlined her ambitious goals and dream matchups in an exclusive interview with Scott Johnson for Going Ringside, revealing championship aspirations and specific opponents she’s targeting in WWE’s developmental brand.

The Pressure of the Perfect Debut

While Sekelsky has already worked NXT house shows at venues like Coconut Loop, her official television debut remains the immediate priority. The pressure she’s placing on herself is deliberate and intense.

“Creating that moment of my TV debut and making it unforgettable—that’s my goal right now,” Sekelsky stated. “It’s going to be such a big opportunity for me and I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself, but I think anybody would in this situation.”

    \"WWE
WWE Shop: NFL Tennessee Titans Legacy Championship Belt

    Dream Opponent: Keani Jordan

When asked about her ideal NXT opponent, Sekelsky immediately named Keani Jordan. The connection goes beyond mere competition—both women share similar athletic backgrounds that could create compelling in-ring chemistry.

“She’s so dynamic and she fits any role, any obstacle they throw at her,” Sekelsky praised. “Watching her growth on NXT in the short time that she’s been there, she takes everything with stride.”

The potential matchup appeals to Sekelsky not just for the athletic similarities but for Jordan’s versatility and locker room leadership qualities that could elevate both performers.

    Testing Herself Against Lash Legend

Sekelsky’s second dream opponent represents a completely different challenge. Lash Legend’s size and experience advantage creates exactly the type of test the newcomer craves.

“I just love testing my strength and my ability and my confidence with somebody in the ring who has so much more experience and size on me, but can also help me grow as a performer in that moment,” she explained.

This willingness to seek out challenging opponents demonstrates Sekelsky’s commitment to rapid improvement rather than protected booking.

    Championship Aspirations Are Clear

Sekelsky isn’t content with simply making the NXT roster. Her goals are explicitly championship-focused, with no intention of being a transitional talent passing through to the main roster without making an impact.

“Long term, obviously, I’m going for that NXT Women’s Championship,” she declared. “If I’m going to be in NXT, I want to make a name for myself in NXT.”

This commitment to the brand rather than viewing it as merely a stepping stone reflects a mature understanding of career development in WWE’s system.

    The Ultimate Goal: WrestleMania

While focused on NXT success, Sekelsky doesn’t hide her ultimate aspiration. Like every WWE performer, the grandest stage beckons.

“The obvious goal is a WrestleMania moment when you’re a wrestler,” she acknowledged. “It’s a lie to say that you don’t dream of that because if you didn’t dream of it, you wouldn’t be here.”

    Physical Preparation Meets Opportunity

The three months since winning LFG have been transformative for Sekelsky’s physical condition. After competing through multiple injuries—some shown on television, others kept private—she’s undergone a complete physical overhaul with WWE’s performance team.

The nutrition and fitness improvements have resulted in significant strength gains, positioning her to capitalize on any opportunity. This preparation extends beyond the physical, as she’s embraced The Undertaker’s philosophy of creating moments over executing moves.

    Natural Star Quality Recognized

Post-interview analysis from wrestling insider Desiree Joseph highlighted Sekelsky’s undeniable screen presence. “You can’t not keep your eyes off of her,” Joseph observed, noting that despite her smaller stature, Sekelsky possesses a standout quality that makes her instantly likeable and camera-ready.

The comparison to current NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez in terms of size and grittiness suggests Sekelsky could follow a similar trajectory—proving that heart and determination can overcome physical limitations in WWE’s women’s division.

As the NXT women’s division continues to showcase talents like Lola Vice, Blake Monroe, and Roxanne Perez, Sekelsky’s arrival adds another compelling performer to an already stacked roster. With clear goals, specific targets, and the physical preparation to back up her ambitions, the former cheerleader appears ready to make her mark in WWE’s developmental system.

  • From NFL Cheerleader to WWE Superstar: Dani Sekelsky’s Remarkable Career Transformation

Former Tennessee Titans cheerleader Dani Sekelsky has successfully transitioned from the NFL sidelines to WWE’s squared circle, winning WWE LFG Season 2 and earning an NXT contract in the process. In an exclusive interview with Scott Johnson on Going Ringside, the Penn State alumna detailed her journey from performing for 60,000 football fans to mastering the art of professional wrestling.

    The Recruitment That Changed Everything

Sekelsky’s WWE journey began earlier than most fans realize. The company first contacted her in May 2023 during her senior year at Penn State, though she had already committed to the Tennessee Titans cheerleading squad. Rather than abandon her NFL opportunity, she maintained contact with WWE recruiters for a full year before attending her tryout at WrestleMania in Philadelphia in April 2024.

“I knew it was an opportunity that I would not take for granted,” Sekelsky explained about keeping the WWE door open while fulfilling her Titans commitment.

    https://media.sescoops.com/uploads/2025/11/\"WWE
WWE Shop: NFL Tennessee Titans Legacy Championship Belt (Ad)

    The Physical Reality Check

The transition from cheerleading to wrestling proved more challenging than anticipated. Having never touched wrestling ropes before her tryout, Sekelsky faced a complete paradigm shift. After spending 20 years being taught never to fall, she suddenly had to master the art of taking bumps.

“You take your first bump. You take about three Advil and you’re like, I still feel terrible,” she admitted with a laugh. “It’s a big adjustment.”

    Maintaining Identity Through Change

Rather than completely reinvent herself, Sekelsky found strength in maintaining elements of her cheerleading persona. She continues wearing her signature red lipstick—a tradition since age five—and incorporated her skirt and pompoms into her wrestling character.

“Pieces of me were still there while I was learning something so new,” she explained. These familiar touches provided comfort while mastering an entirely unfamiliar craft.

The LFG Experience: From Uncertainty to Victory

Sekelsky’s first season of WWE LFG saw her struggling to find her footing. “I wasn’t quite comfortable in my own skin yet,” she admitted about her initial Performance Center experience. Working with Mickie James, who spent over six years in developmental before her TV debut, taught Sekelsky the importance of patience and seizing every opportunity.

Season 2 marked a dramatic transformation. Specifically requesting The Undertaker as her mentor, Sekelsky explored multiple characters and personas under the WWE legend’s guidance. Her partnership with teammate Shiloh Hill ultimately led to victory.

    The Undertaker’s Game-Changing Philosophy

Perhaps the most valuable lesson came from The Undertaker himself, who fundamentally shifted Sekelsky’s approach to performing. Rather than focusing on athletic moves and flashy spots, The Deadman emphasized creating memorable moments.

“It’s about the moments… how can I create a moment that the audience will always remember,” Sekelsky shared, crediting this philosophy with transforming her entire mindset. “Now I really just try to connect with the people and try to create those relationships with the audience.”

    Recovery and Preparation

Following her LFG victory, Sekelsky immediately addressed the physical toll of competing through multiple injuries across both seasons—some of which were never shown on television. Working with WWE’s support staff, she overhauled her nutrition and fitness regimen, emerging significantly stronger than during the competition.
