  • TNA Champion Reportedly Set To Appear On WWE NXT

The collaboration between TNA Wrestling and WWE is set to continue as TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich will reportedly make appearances on WWE NXT programming. According to a report from PWInsiderElite.com, Slamovich will be featured on NXT television leading up to TNA\’s biggest show of the summer.

The report notes that Slamovich is scheduled to appear at this Saturday\’s NXT Great American Bash event. These appearances will serve to build a major champion vs. champion match scheduled for TNA\’s Slammiversary pay-per-view.

At Slammiversary on Saturday, July 19, Masha Slamovich is scheduled to defend her TNA Knockouts World Championship in a title vs. title match against the NXT Women\’s Champion. Her opponent will be either the current champion, Jacy Jayne, or Jordynne Grace, should Grace win the NXT Women\’s Championship at the upcoming NXT Evolution event.

Slamovich is in the midst of her first reign as TNA Knockouts World Champion, having won the title from Jordynne Grace at the Rebellion pay-per-view this past April. Since then, she has successfully defended the championship against challengers such as Steph De Lander and Xia Brookside on TNA programming.

  • Nikki Bella Says Her WWE Comeback \”Won\’t Be Complete\” Without Her Sister

Nikki Bella is back in WWE for an extended run, but she feels her comeback won\’t be truly complete until her sister, Brie, is by her side. The WWE Hall of Famer appeared on \”Live with Kelly and Mark\” on Tuesday morning to promote the upcoming Evolution 2 premium live event.

Nikki is set to compete in the Evolution Battle Royal this Sunday, with the winner earning a Women\’s Championship match at Clash in Paris. When asked by the hosts if Brie would be joining her in the ring soon, Nikki made her feelings clear.

“Well, she better join me. I mean, it’s the only way I sometimes feel like I can win is if I have her,” Nikki said (H/T to F4Wonline.com). “The fans are speaking really loudly — our Bella Army — they really want Brie back. And I really want her back. I feel like this comeback won’t be complete until the Bella Twins are together. So, it’ll be iconic.”

TMZ Sports reported in June that Brie Bella was in talks for a WWE return, though Brie later claimed she had not been contacted by the promotion. Brie\’s last match was in the 2022 Women\’s Royal Rumble.

For now, Nikki is focused on the task at hand: winning the battle royal at Evolution. “I’m obsessed with Paris,” Nikki said. “And so to have a championship match at a really big PLE, it would just be incredible. So, I’ve got to win.”

Nikki\’s original plans for Evolution involved a feud with Liv Morgan, but those plans were scrapped after Morgan suffered a dislocated shoulder. Now, Nikki\’s path to a championship opportunity runs through the battle royal at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta this Sunday, July 13.

  • Seth Rollins And Becky Lynch\’s California Home Burglarized

The Southern California home of WWE superstars Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch was burglarized early Tuesday morning, July 8, according to a report from TMZ Sports.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the break-in at the couple\’s Playa Del Rey residence occurred at approximately 3 AM. The incident took place while Rollins and Lynch were across the country in Providence, Rhode Island, for the July 7 episode of WWE RAW.

The report states that no one was home at the time and that entry was gained by breaking a rear slider door. Cash was taken from the home. Seth Rollins reportedly made the 911 call to report the burglary after being alerted to the situation.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.

The break-in comes just days before a major event for Lynch, who is the reigning WWE Women\’s Intercontinental Champion. She is scheduled to defend her title this Sunday, July 13, at the WWE Evolution pay-per-view. Rollins is the current Mr. Money in the Bank and the leader of a prominent faction on RAW.

  • Backstage News On WWE\’s Plans For Seth Rollins\’ Faction

Paul Heyman\’s alliance with Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed has quickly become one of the most dominant forces in WWE. However, a new report suggests that the faction\’s unity may be short-lived, with an internal implosion already being planned.

According to a report from Viper of BodySlam.net, WWE has already started to sow the seeds for a future split within the group. The plan, while not expected to happen overnight, will reportedly result in Bron Breakker turning on the faction\’s leader, Seth Rollins.

The group formed after WrestleMania 41 when Paul Heyman shockingly betrayed Roman Reigns and CM Punk to align himself with Rollins. The subsequent addition of \”The Bronsons\” — Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed — has made the faction seemingly unstoppable. Rollins currently holds the Money in the Bank briefcase, and there has been widespread speculation that he could cash in on the World Heavyweight Championship match between GUNTHER and Goldberg at this Saturday\’s Main Event PLE.

A future feud between Rollins and the powerhouse Breakker would create a major storyline for the Raw brand. For now, the group remains a cohesive unit, but this report suggests that fans should be watching for signs of dissent in the coming weeks and months.

The faction was in action on the July 7 episode of Monday Night Raw. Sami Zayn defeated Bron Breakker by disqualification after Bronson Reed interfered. Later in the night, Jey Uso defeated Reed after Breakker\’s attempt to interfere backfired, creating visible tension between the stablemates.

  • Heel Turn Already Discussed For Blake Monroe

Blake Monroe hasn’t even had her first televised match in WWE yet, but plans are already in motion to flip the script on her fast-rising character. The former AEW star Mariah May, now going by Blake Monroe, debuted last month on NXT and was met with major fanfare.

While Monroe is currently positioned as a babyface, a new report from Fightful Select indicates that WWE has bigger moves in mind. According to the report, “a heel run for Blake Monroe on NXT has already been discussed.” While no exact date was revealed, sources confirmed that the turn has been brought up “for the near future.”

WWE reportedly has long-term plans for Monroe on the black-and-gold brand, and it looks like her current role might just be step one. Fans expecting a happy-go-lucky newcomer might want to prepare for something far more ruthless in the coming weeks.

After making a quick impression with an NXT live event appearance, Monroe will officially make her in-ring televised debut at The Great American Bash on July 12. She is set to team with TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace to take on NXT Women\’s Champion Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley.

  • WWE Star Breaks Silence On His Mysterious Absence

Tyler Bate is ready to get back in the ring. The former NXT UK Champion has taken to social media to shut down recent reports that he has been sidelined with an injury, making it clear that his absence from WWE television is for other reasons.

In a post on his Instagram account, Bate addressed the online speculation directly. He posted a photo of himself looking ring-ready with a simple, definitive caption. “Not injured. Waiting…” Bate wrote.

The post was a direct response to a recent report from Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live. Alvarez had told subscribers that he believed both Bate and his tag team partner, Pete Dunne, were out of action.

“I can give everybody a scoop. I believe both Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne are injured,” Alvarez stated.

While Bate has now clarified his own status, the reason for Pete Dunne\’s absence remains unknown.

The duo, known as New Catch Republic, have been missing from WWE programming for several weeks. Their last match took place on the May 26th taping of WWE Main Event, where they defeated the team of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Their absence led to the speculation that an injury was to blame.

Bate’s post makes it clear that for him, a return is more about timing and creative plans than his physical health. The Raw tag team division has seen a major shift in their absence, with The Judgment Day\’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeating The New Day to become the new World Tag Team Champions on the June 30 episode of Raw. Whenever New Catch Republic does return, they will be re-entering a division with new champions at the top.

  • Nigel McGuinness Calls In-Ring Return A \”Hollywood Movie\” Moment

An AEW star has reflected on his in-ring return last year at All In 2024, after over a decade away from the ring. The August 25, 2024, Casino Gauntlet match saw Nigel McGuinness make a surprise return to the ring, wrestling for the first time since 2011.

Speaking on the Heel S#!t podcast, McGuinness noted that this moment felt like it was from a Hollywood movie to him. Feeling it was odd when he lost “that sense of grandeur” surrounding his comeback, he said:

“It’s one of those moments I’ve said to people, it was so surreal and you just couldn’t believe it. It’s just, it’s like a Hollywood movie. After all those years of not wrestling as well, I mean, giving up on the dream of ever possibly doing anything like that to then walk out there on that stage, get that kind of reaction. It was just incredible.\”

McGuinness also offered a dose of reality, explaining that while the moment was amazing, it didn\’t magically solve life\’s problems.

“There’s an odd thing with it as well. You lose that sense of grandeur after the fact becomes, I don’t want to say normal, but it’s not the life changing moment that you think it will be. So it’s just something you’re very appreciative of,\” he said. \”It was an amazing moment, and I’ll always be grateful for Tony Khan for giving me the opportunity to do it. But it doesn’t, it doesn’t solve anything. Any (of) lifes problems, if that makes sense. In a movie, at the end of the movie, your hero gets to do what he wants to do and then off he goes into the sunset and lives happily ever after. I guess that’s what I’m trying to get at.”

  • Former Champion Says WWE Has Not Contacted Her For Evolution 2

A two-time WWE Women’s Champion and Hall of Famer has provided an update on her status amid rumors of an in-ring return at the upcoming Evolution 2 premium live event. The all-women\’s show, the first since 2018, is set for July 13, and while names like Trish Stratus have been announced, Michelle McCool says she has not received a call.

In a recent post on X, McCool responded to a fan who suggested she and Kelly Kelly should \”pick up the phone\” for a spot in the Evolution battle royal. McCool made it clear that WWE has not reached out to her about an appearance.

Her phone, she tweeted, “Hasn’t rang!”

McCool currently serves as a coach on the A&E reality series WWE LFG, alongside her husband, The Undertaker, Booker T, and Bubba Ray Dudley. The inaugural WWE Divas Champion has made sporadic in-ring appearances in recent years, but it appears she is not currently scheduled for the upcoming all-women\’s event.

  • WWE Vault Reveals Alternate White And Gold Concept Gear For Bret Hart

For over three decades, Bret \”The Hitman\” Hart has been synonymous with the color scheme of pink and black. However, newly revealed concept art shows that WWE Creative Services originally envisioned a very different look for the Hall of Famer.

In a community post on the WWE Vault YouTube channel, concept art was shared that depicted \”The Hitman\” in white and gold gear, a stark contrast to his iconic \”Pink and Black Attack\” attire.

The artwork was shared on social media and shared the similarity to another legendary performer\’s iconic gear.

Indeed, the white and gold design is reminiscent of the gear worn by \”The Heartbreak Kid\” in the historic Iron Man match. While Hart did wear other colors early in his career, his most recognizable look was adopted in 1987 when he and Jim \”The Anvil\” Neidhart began wearing it as The Hart Foundation. The same WWE Vault post also revealed alternate concept attire for other legendary stars like Mankind, Goldust, and Triple H.

  • Hangman Page Says He \”Did Not Expect To Be In This Position Again\” Ahead Of AEW World Title Match

\”Hangman\” Adam Page is heading into the main event of AEW All In: Texas with a new perspective. The former AEW World Champion will challenge Jon Moxley for the title in a Texas Deathmatch on July 12, and in a new interview, he admitted he didn\’t think he\’d get another opportunity like this.

Speaking with SHAK Wrestling, Page reflected on his first AEW World Title reign and the lessons he learned.

“I felt that I had worked so hard for so long to win the World Championship, and that is where my vision was,\” Page said. \”But, I guess I probably did not take a lot of time in thinking what would happen the morning after, the week after, the month after. That is a different challenge… I feel that this time around in challenging for the World Championship, I kind of understand that difference a bit more.\”

After losing the title three years ago, Page confessed there were times he thought his main event run was over.

“Yeah, I did not expect to be in this position,\” he admitted. \”To be honest, there’s a lot of times where I kind of thought that was it for me, you know, as far as these big opportunities… and you know a lot of that boils down to me, who I was, who I was deciding to be, and that kind of attitude that I had had did not lead me to these kind of opportunities.\”

  • Bobby Lashley On Tony Khan: \”He Gives These Guys An Opportunity To Voice Their Opinion\”

AEW World Tag Team Champion Bobby Lashley has opened up about the differences between working for WWE and AEW, praising the creative freedom in his current home and taking a shot at the company\’s critics.

In a new interview with WFAA Dallas, Lashley, who joined AEW in October 2024, first addressed the narrative that follows wrestlers who move between the two promotions.

“I think right off the bat, I know that the critics try to keep AEW down because anytime they talk about a WWE guy going over, they act like it’s a bad thing,\” Lashley said. \”I keep trying to tell them, I am not a WWE wrestler. I am not an AEW wrestler. I am a wrestler. I wrestled for WWE for a good portion of my career, now I’m a wrestler for AEW. That’s all you need to know me by.”

He then highlighted the level of creative input talent has in AEW compared to WWE.

“Another thing with AEW, you have a little bit more creative input. I think WWE, they had their agenda and what they wanted to do and you had to stay on course with what they were doing,\” he explained. \”I think with AEW, Tony Khan gives these guys an opportunity to voice their opinion, to kind of run their stories the way they would like to and they have some say in it. Of course, he’s the final say, so if he says no, no it is. But he gives these guys an opportunity to kinda hear their voice a little bit more and make changes accordingly.”

  • WWE Is Still Finalizing Plans For John Cena\’s Last Match

John Cena is more than halfway through his \”The Last Time Is Now\” retirement tour, but the final details for his last-ever match are still being worked out. The Undisputed WWE Champion confirmed that while the match is set for mid-December, the location has not yet been determined.

Speaking with Page Six on the red carpet for his new movie, \”Heads of State,\” Cena was asked about his final year in the ring.

\”Well, I don\’t want to downplay the action in WWE. There\’s always a bunch of action over there. And yes, I\’m 48. My last match will be in mid-December,\” Cena confirmed. \”We\’re still trying to find out a place to do it. But I said 36 dates in January. We\’re halfway through. Gosh, it’s been a lot of compelling TV, and I don’t want to spoil it for anybody, but I think we’re just getting started.”

Cena\’s farewell tour has been a major storyline for WWE in 2025, featuring a shocking heel turn and a record-breaking 17th world title win at WrestleMania 41.

  • Backstage Push For Corey Graves To Get A Regular WWE Main Roster Spot

There is reportedly a strong internal push within WWE to get Corey Graves back on weekly main roster television as a commentator. Graves has been filling in for Pat McAfee on the Raw broadcast team for the past month, and his performances have renewed support for him to have a permanent spot on either Raw or SmackDown.

According to a new WrestleVotes report, many within WWE feel that Graves, who brings a high level of passion and professionalism to the commentary booth, is \”way too good and passionate\” to not have a consistent role on the main roster. His recent work has been highly praised, including his performance alongside Konnan on the commentary team for the WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide special event on June 7, which received rave reviews.

While WWE officials are said to recognize the major mainstream value that Pat McAfee brings to the product, there is a growing belief that Graves is too talented to remain in a secondary role.

Currently, Graves is a part of the NXT commentary team every Tuesday night, joining Vic Joseph and Booker T at the announce desk.

  • Report: Sting Discussed For Potential AEW Appearance

With Darby Allin\’s return to AEW television reportedly imminent, he may not be coming back alone. According to a new report from Fightful Select, \”The Icon\” Sting has long been discussed for a potential cameo or appearance at the upcoming AEW All In: Texas pay-per-view.

The internal suspicion is that any appearance by the WWE Hall of Famer would be tied to what his former protege, Darby Allin, is doing on the show.

This news isn\’t a major surprise, as Sting lives in the Texas area and was a surprise guest at the AEW All In ticket on-sale event back in December. The legend himself has also noted that he expects to be at the event. Additionally, he is scheduled for a signing and photo opportunity at Starrcast, which is taking place in the same area during All In weekend.

  • Rusev And Lana\’s Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon Stolen From Valet

AEW star Rusev (Miro) and his wife, former WWE star Lana (CJ Perry), had their Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon stolen recently. In a post on her Instagram account, Lana revealed that the luxury vehicle was taken from a valet service.

Lana stated that the theft occurred at Erewhon and Equinox, and she expressed her frustration with the lack of security cameras in the parking lot of such expensive establishments.

“@tobemiro & my G wagon got STOLEN from valet ?,\” Lana wrote. \”Booooo ? @erewhon & @equinox for having no cameras in the time of AI for the parking lot for valet cars. I’m still in complete denial that they would allow such poor security at places that cost so much ?”

She also used the post to thank the platform Passes for their help and to direct fans to her subscription site for more details on the incident.

The G-Wagon is a high-end luxury vehicle, with newer models typically starting at around $150,000. We hope Rusev and Lana are able to recover their stolen vehicle.

  • Rhea Ripley Calls Match Against Released Star A \”Career Highlight\”

As WWE prepares for the return of the all-women\’s premium live event Evolution on July 13, Rhea Ripley is looking back on the first history-making show from 2018, calling her match that night one of the highlights of her career.

Speaking at the recent SummerSlam Kickoff show, Ripley reflected on her NXT UK Women’s Championship match against Dakota Kai, who was released from her WWE contract in May 2025.

“Honestly, Evolution 1 was a massive history-making event for us women in this industry, and to have a second one, man, we’re just getting started,\” Ripley said. \”But going out at Evolution 1 and facing against Dakota Kai, and it being for the NXT UK Women’s Championship, it was one of the highlights of my career.”

The date of the event also held a special personal significance for Ripley.

“It’s funny actually, because the day of Evolution 1 was the exact same day that I started my wrestling journey in Australia for Riot City Wrestling six years prior,\” she revealed. \”It’s wild how history repeats itself and just everything lines up so perfectly. Your destiny is your destiny. But right now, the women’s destiny is Evolution 2. We are going to take over this company and we are going to take over that pay-per-view. We are going to absolutely kill it.”

While Ripley was the inaugural NXT UK Women\’s Champion at the time, her title win had been taped in August 2018 and had not yet aired on television, so her defense against Kai was a dark match for the live crowd.

At this year\’s Evolution 2, Rhea Ripley is set to challenge Iyo Sky for the Women\’s World Championship.

  • The Miz Is Expected To Return To WWE Soon

The Miz is expected to make his return to WWE programming soon. The 44-year-old has been absent from WWE television since May while filming his new role as the host of the American Gladiators reboot for Amazon Prime.

According to a report from Bryan Alvarez, filming has now wrapped on two seasons of the show, clearing the way for The Miz\’s return.

“Gladiators has finished up filming two seasons, it’ll debut later this year. Miz should be back soon,” Alvarez posted to his subscribers on X.

Prior to his hiatus, The Miz was involved in a program with Aleister Black. His last match was on the May 2 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he was defeated by Black.

The American Gladiators reboot will feature several other names familiar to wrestling fans. A recent report from The Hollywood Reporter noted that Wardlow, Kamille, Eric Bugenhagen (fka Rick Boogs), Jessica Roden, and Jessie Godderz are all part of the cast as Gladiators.

  • Ruby Soho Gets Back Into The Ring After Giving Birth

Ruby Soho is officially on the comeback trail. The AEW star, who has been on hiatus from the company following her pregnancy, has returned to in-ring training.

On July 1, Soho shared a photo on Instagram of herself back in a wrestling ring alongside fellow wrestler Zoey Skye. In the photo, a smiling Soho is sitting on the mat with her child in her lap. She acknowledged her time away from the ring in the post\’s caption.

“Thank you to my girl @zoeyskypro for driving so far to roll around with my rusty ass!” she wrote.

The update marks another major milestone in what has been a big year for Soho. In May 2024, she and her husband, fellow AEW star Angelo Parker, were married in a private ceremony. The couple welcomed their first child earlier this year.

Soho has been off AEW television while focusing on her new family, but this return to training is a clear sign that she is preparing for a return to the ring. There is no official word yet on when \”The Runaway\” will be back on AEW programming.

  • WWE Reportedly Contacted Multiple Legends For Evolution PLE

With the WWE Evolution 2 premium live event less than two weeks away, the card is finally coming together after a period of significant creative changes behind the scenes. According to a report from Fightful Select, WWE has been working hard to lock in plans, with some decisions \”coming down to the wire.\”

WWE has been interested in bringing back WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus for the event, and that plan began to unfold at the recent SmackDown tapings in Pittsburgh where a match between Stratus and WWE Women\’s Champion Tiffany Stratton was set up. However, Stratus was not the only legend the company contacted. The report notes that inquiries were made to several other legends over the last few weeks as WWE looked to stack the card with star power for the all-women\’s show.

A major reason for the creative shifts was the unfortunate injury to Liv Morgan. Her dislocated shoulder reportedly caused \”heavy shifts\” for the event\’s creative direction, forcing the company to scrap and rework several planned matches and storylines.

The fluid nature of the planning was also felt by the talent. It\’s reported that the creative plans for the Raw women\’s tag team match at Evolution had not been expressed to the roster. Furthermore, many talent had not been officially told about the event before the public announcement, though they were aware of the online rumors.

  • Tay Melo Discusses Rumored AEW Women’s Tag Team Titles

AEW star Tay Melo is ready and waiting for the company to introduce Women\’s Tag Team Championships. The possibility of women\’s tag titles in AEW has been a topic of discussion for some time, with a recent report from BodySlam.net suggesting that the physical belts have already been made and are waiting to be unveiled.

Speaking with Denise Salcedo at AnimeVerse Fest, Melo expressed her excitement about the rumors and her desire to chase the potential championships with her tag team partner, Anna Jay.

“I have been reading about the titles, the tag titles, so maybe it’s in the future — who knows? TayJay is here and we’re waiting for it,\” Melo said. \”We have been working together since day one. So it’s a dream for us. If it happens, we’re here and we’re coming for it.”

Melo, who recently returned to AEW after giving birth to her daughter in 2023, also spoke about her personal goals, which include proving she can compete at the highest level.

“I feel like right now, I want to get in the ring. I want to get reps. I want to put myself out there. I want to prove to myself and to people that I can still do it — that I can wrestle in this top level,” she said. “Because that’s what AEW is right now. You know, everybody’s wrestling like in a crazy level… I just want to have great matches. I want to do street fights. I want to wrestle everybody… I just want it all.”

  • Big Stars Left Off WWE Evolution 2 Poster

WWE has unveiled the first official poster for the upcoming Evolution 2 premium live event, but the image has left some fans wondering about the status of several key members of the women\’s division.

Triple H took to X to release the poster for the all-women\’s event, which takes place on Sunday, July 13, in Atlanta, Georgia. \”Honoring the trailblazers and inspiring the next generation,\” he wrote.

The poster features a collection of top stars from Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, including Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Rhea Ripley. However, fans were quick to notice the absence of several prominent talents, most notably Queen of the Ring winner Asuka, the fast-rising Stephanie Vaquer, and the new Women\’s United States Champion, Giulia.

With the event expected to feature a larger card of 7-8 matches, the omission of these key stars from the promotional material is curious. It is not yet known why they were left off, and fans will have to wait and see if they will ultimately be part of the historic show.

  • Alberto Del Rio Mentioned By Name On WWE Raw

A surprising name was mentioned on the June 30 episode of Monday Night Raw. During the singles match between Sheamus and Rusev, commentator Michael Cole referenced their history together as part of the League of Nations faction. In doing so, Cole also mentioned their former stablemate, Alberto Del Rio (El Patrón).

The mention is notable given Del Rio\’s complicated history with WWE. The former WWE Champion left the company in 2014 under controversial circumstances. While he had a second run, his relationship with the company has been strained for years. A previous report from Fightful Select noted that for a long time, WWE had a \”hard no\” policy on working with Del Rio again.

However, the same report indicated that in recent times, the relationship was no longer considered \”contentious.\” The name-drop is made even more significant by WWE\’s acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide in April, where Del Rio is a top star.

While just a passing reference on commentary, it is the kind of detail that will undoubtedly fuel speculation among fans about whether the door is now open for a potential return in some capacity, given the new business relationship between the two promotions.

  • New Champions Crowned On WWE Raw

The Judgment Day has once again draped itself in championship gold. On the June 30, 2025, episode of Monday Night Raw in Pittsburgh, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeated The New Day to become the new World Tag Team Champions.

The match saw the now-former champions, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, defend their titles in a hard-fought battle. However, the combined efforts of Balor and McDonagh proved to be too much, bringing The New Day\’s recent heel championship reign to an end.

After the pinfall, the new champions were joined in the ring by their stablemate, Intercontinental Champion \”Dirty\” Dominik Mysterio. The trio posed with their respective titles as pyro went off, making a definitive statement that The Judgment Day is back in a position of power on the Raw brand.

With multiple championships now within their grasp, the faction\’s dominance in WWE is stronger than ever.

  • Reason For WWE Tag Team\’s Absence Revealed

For fans wondering about the recent absence of the tag team of Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate, an update has been provided. The duo, known as New Catch Republic, have been missing from WWE television for over a month.

Speaking on a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez addressed their status, revealing that both men are currently on the shelf with injuries.

“I can give everybody a scoop. I believe both Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne are injured,” Alvarez stated.

Dunne and Bate last competed in a WWE ring on the May 26th edition of WWE Main Event, where they defeated the team of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory.

At this time, the nature of their injuries and a potential timeline for their return to the ring are not known. We wish both Dunne and Bate a full and speedy recovery.

  • Rhea Ripley vs. IYO SKY For Set For WWE Evolution

A major championship match has been set for the upcoming WWE Evolution premium live event. On the June 30 episode of Monday Night Raw, Women\’s World Champion Iyo Sky challenged Rhea Ripley to a match at the all-women\’s show, and Ripley accepted.

The show opened with Rhea Ripley, fresh off a victory in a brutal Street Fight at Night of Champions. Ripley welcomed the crowd to \”Monday Night Mami\” and began to address her future plans with Evolution on the horizon. Before she could elaborate, she was interrupted by the Women\’s World Champion, Iyo Sky.

Sky declared that you can\’t have Evolution without her and that Ripley isn\’t on top because she doesn\’t hold the championship. Sky then announced that since she can pick her opponent for the event, she was choosing \”The Nightmare.\”

Ripley accepted the challenge and made it clear that she intends to walk out of the event as the new champion. She warned Sky that since she was the one who asked for the match, whatever happens next is her own fault.

The match is now set for WWE Evolution, which takes place on Sunday, July 13, from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
