K-pop group BTS made an unexpected wrestling stop on their ongoing tour as they attended CMLL’s May 8 show in Arena Mexico.
The global superstars are currently on their Arirang world tour, with Mexico being their latest destination. They performed a concert in the Estadio GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City on May 7th, which included dancers wearing Lucha masks. The group further showed their love for the Mexican tradition by attending the CMLL show on their one day off between the concerts.
The company acknowledged their presence, and various Luchadors were seen interacting with BTS during the event. This included Mistico wearing a BTS jacket which was then worn by the group on the second day of their concert on May 9:
BTS, consisting of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, are one of the most popular acts in the world. They are the best-selling musical group in the history of South Korea. After performing in the Tokyo Dome last month as part of their tour, the band is set to return to US for shows in places such as Stanford and Las Vegas later this month.
