A new match for Clash In Italy.

The May 23 Saturday Night’s Main Event featured the Women’s IC Champion Becky Lynch facing the newest main roster star Sol Ruca, in a non-title match. The action started before the bell rang as The Man threw the belt at her opponent to startle her and then attacked the rookie.

The match finally started after Ruca delivered a clothesline to Becky. The two women exchanged some quick offense with each other. As the former NXT star went for the Sol Snatcher, the champ pulled referee Jessika Carr into the action. Carr declared Ruca the winner by DQ as a result, ending the match in less than 3 minutes.

Becky Lynch then delivered a couple of Manhandle Slams to Sol before finally heading to the back. The WWE veteran ran into Nick Aldis backstage where the SmackDown GM informed her that she will be facing Sol Ruca again at the upcoming PPV, this time with the title on the line.
