Logan Paul has revealed how he got injured.
WWE announced on this Monday’s Raw that The Vision star had suffered an injury during Saturday Night’s Main Event and he will be out for months. The YouTuber then shared photos on social media later in the week, confirming that he had undergone surgery for torn triceps.
The 31-year-old provided some more details about the whole situation on the latest episode of his vlog. Logan Paul revealed that the injury occurred while Angelo Dawkins of Street Profits jumped on his arm during the bout:
“When [Angelo] Dawkins jumped on me. My arm got kind of caught here, like pinched. I was too far back, so when I caught him, he didn’t roll over me. He kind of landed on me, and I folded onto myself.”
Some Weird Stuff’s Been Going On: Logan Paul
The latest Saturday Night’s Main Event saw the Vision successfully retaining the tag team titles against Street Profits. On Raw, Paul Heyman confirmed that the titles will continue to be defended under freebird rule, with Bron Breakker stepping in to team with Austin Theory in the absence of his usual partner.
Logan Paul noted that he was not expecting the hardship in his life to come in form of ‘Dawkins’ fat ass.’ The former US Champion also suspected that a curse from Danhausen might be the reason for his injury:
“You know, there comes a point in every man’s life where they’re faced with hardship and unexpected hardship. I didn’t expect Dawkins’ fat ass to send my tricep hurtling into the ground, forcing my arm to flex too hard with too much weight and pop my triceps. I felt it. I’m starting to think the cursing [from Danhausen] might be real. Some weird stuff’s been going on.”
A timetable for Paul’s return to the ring has not been revealed by WWE at the moment. The usual recovery time for a torn triceps is somewhere between 4 to 6 months, so it’s likely that Logan will miss the upcoming SummerSlam PPV.
