Jake Paul Banned From Attending WWE Events Featuring Logan Paul

Jake Paul recently revealed that TKO Group Holdings has banned him from attending WWE events where his brother Logan Paul wrestles.

The boxing promoter and content creator disclosed the prohibition during an appearance on Undefeated & Undisputed, attributing it to the ongoing feud between his promotion Most Valuable Promotions and UFC.

TKO Group Holdings serves as the parent company for both WWE and UFC, creating a direct conflict with Paul’s combat sports promotion. As per ‘The Problem Child,’ the ban stems from MVP’s public criticism of UFC practices, particularly regarding fighter compensation. He explained:

“I think it’s definitely in the name of entertainment. However, there is truth in it and there are points and some certain facts that I would like to see pushed through. Like the UFC fighter minimum pay being $12,000, that needs a rise. There is all these like things in it that are serious.”

    Jake Paul Addresses TKO Rivalry

Paul characterized the situation as evidence of how deeply MVP has affected the organization.

“The fact that the one of the biggest organizations in the world, the TKO group has this major beef with me. They won’t even let me go be in my brother’s WWE matches because they hate me so much,” he stated. “So it’s pretty wild how much under their skin we are.”

Despite the corporate tensions, Paul maintained a lighthearted perspective on the rivalry.

“To me, it’s just been a fun journey. I enjoy s*** talk. Like when people make fun of me. I’m easy to make fun of. I’m able to make fun of myself. So the beef, to me, is just fun and entertaining for everybody,” he continued.

Logan Paul currently holds the WWE World Tag Team Championship alongside The Vision teammate Austin Theory. This weekend, MVP will host an MMA event from Los Angeles featuring former WWE star Ronda Rousey facing Gina Carano as one of its marquee bouts.

Liv Morgan Calls WrestleMania 42 Win ‘Iconic’ Despite Hematoma

WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan recently revealed the extent of injuries she sustained from a backstage attack on Raw leading into WrestleMania 42.

The Judgment Day member disclosed she competed at the premium live event with a hematoma on her head and two black eyes after a confrontation with Stephanie Vaquer went wrong.

In a backstage segment on Raw ahead of WrestleMania 42, Vaquer attacked Morgan from behind during a meeting with Roxanne Perez in the Judgment Day clubhouse. Vaquer shoved Morgan, and the latter knocked her head into Perez.

The collision resulted in a significant hematoma on Morgan’s head, with blood draining down to her face and causing two black eyes. Despite the injuries, Morgan went on to defeat Vaquer at WrestleMania 42 in April 2026 to retain the Women’s World Championship.

    Liv Morgan Reflects On Injuries

During an interview with WatchGinoTV, Morgan detailed the incident and its aftermath. The champion explained the circumstances that led to the injury.

“I pretty much was having a meeting with my little prodigy, Roxanne Perez, in the Judgment Day clubhouse. No one gets access to the clubhouse unless you’re in the Judgment Day,” Morgan said.

“Stephanie Vaquer, my WrestleMania opponent whom I defeated at WrestleMania because I’m so much better than her, snuck into the clubhouse. She shoved me from behind, which was what she was doing my whole entire feud with her, she was just attacking me from behind.”

“I bashed heads with my poor little Roxy, had a hematoma which was huge on my head. All the blood drained down to my face and I had two black eyes. So, I won at WrestleMania with a giant hematoma on my head, and two black eyes. It’s kind of iconic.”

Morgan currently holds the WWE Women’s World Championship following her victory over Vaquer at WrestleMania 42.

AEW Internally Pushing To Sign The New Day

The New Day members Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods could land in AEW following their departure from WWE.

There has been interest from AEW in signing the New Day members. A report emerged claiming close to a dozen sources within AEW expressed a desire to sign Kingston and Woods following an alleged WWE departure.

As per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, almost no dissent has emerged among those spoken to within AEW about potentially signing the New Day duo to AEW.

At least one person within an organization usually raises concerns about a potential signing, but that has not been the case here. The outlet noted that both Kingston and Woods are universally respected within AEW and that several big names in the promotion have been actively making an internal push for the two to end up there.

Bobby Lashley Wants The New Day In AEW

Lashley has been one of several AEW names wanting them in the company. He said:

“Man, I tell you what, I think the problem that we have right now is that the Hurt Syndicate is too strong. If we bring those guys on there, we’d be just unstoppable. I don’t think there’s any guess game in what’s going to happen next.

I think Kofi and Woods, I think they’re just amazing talent, and I think that anybody and everybody is going to throw in their money to try to pick those guys up. Hopefully they come to AEW, and if they do, we’ll try to get them if we can because I would love to be able to work with those guys.”

Kingston and Woods are both subject to 90-day non-compete clauses and would make them available in late July or early August.

Kingston and Woods recently booked their first public appearances since leaving WWE. The former New Day members have been advertised for GalaxyCon Oklahoma City under the names “Kofi” and “Austin Creed.”

  • Randy Orton WWE Return Date Teased

Randy Orton WWE Return Date Teased

Randy Orton is set to return to WWE programming following a hiatus.

‘The Viper’ last appeared at WrestleMania 42 Night 1, where he turned on his former partner Pat McAfee and lost to Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship. Following the match, Orton delivered a punt kick to Rhodes despite the loss.

‘The Viper’ is now scheduled to return to WWE on the May 29 episode of SmackDown in Barcelona, Spain at the Olympic Arena. The appearance will mark his first on WWE television since ‘The Show of Shows.’

WWE has officially advertised Orton for the May 29 SmackDown taping. The return comes ahead of the Clash in Italy premium live event.

    Randy Orton Return Update

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter provided context on Orton’s absence. As per the report, the punt kick after WrestleMania was intended to continue the program between Orton and Rhodes with McAfee and Jelly Roll no longer involved.

“Randy Orton punting Rhodes after their WrestleMania match clearly was leading to keeping that program going with Pat McAfee and Jelly Roll no longer in the picture. Orton hasn’t appeared since WrestleMania.

There is no confirmation of an Orton injury, but we had reported he was hurting. Before the show the plan was for Orton to win with the proviso that could be changed based on his injury status,” they reported.

    Championship Legacy

Orton holds 14 WWE World Championship reigns, tied with Triple H for third-most all-time behind John Cena with 17 and Hulk Hogan with 12. Among active full-time WWE stars, Orton’s 14 reigns leads the way, followed by Roman Reigns and CM Punk with six each.

The May 29 SmackDown will air from Barcelona as part of WWE’s European tour.

  • WWE Tested Oba Femi Attitude With Losing Streak

WWE Tested Oba Femi Attitude With Losing Streak

Former WWE star Donovan Dijak recently claimed WWE strategically uses match bookings to test whether wrestlers have attitude problems before making major investments in them. The former WWE star pointed to Oba Femi’s early NXT run as a prime example of this practice.

Dijak commented on a post highlighting that ‘The Ruler’ went 0-5 on NXT LVL Up in 2022 and 2023, with every loss coming against wrestlers no longer with the company. According to Dijak, these bookings were deliberate tests to gauge Femi’s professionalism and attitude.

“I don’t even know if this is true or not, but it wouldn’t surprise me. WWE will often quietly test wrestlers to see if they have an attitude problem, especially if they have big plans in store,” Dijak wrote on X. “Oba obviously passed with flying colors. I never heard anything even remotely negative and he was a pleasure to work with.”

Femi’s Rise After Passing The Test

Femi’s career trajectory since those early losses validates Dijak’s theory. The Nigerian powerhouse defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. He has been running dominant open challenges weekly on Raw, cementing his status as one of WWE’s top stars.

Speaking on Face 2 Face, Rousey compared the upcoming show to some of combat sports’ most iconic moments. She drew parallels to legendary figures and events that shaped the industry.

“I would have killed to see Mike Tyson live, I would have killed to see Muhammad Ali live. Would have killed to see UFC 1 live. I believe that this event is historic on that level,” Rousey said.

“It’s going to change the landscape of the entire sport forever. It’s going to be the best fight of me and Gina’s lives. I can’t speak for the other guys on the card, but this is the most stacked card I’ve ever seen. And this is the most I’ve seen anyone invest in one card.”

Stephanie Vaquer Ex-Boyfriend Cuatrero Sentenced To Nearly 13 Years In Prison For Attempted Femicide

AAA star Cuatrero, whose real name is Rogelio Reyes has been sentenced to 12 years and eight months in prison for attempted femicide against WWE star Stephanie Vaquer. The former AAA and CMLL wrestler was found guilty earlier this month.

The charges against Cuatrero included family violence and attempted feminicide, serious criminal offenses under Mexican law. The case proceeded through Mexico City’s judicial system before reaching its verdict.

The former WWE Women’s World Champion was identified as the victim in the case. The relationship between the two wrestlers ended before the legal proceedings.

Cuatrero received the sentence on May 12. He has already served two years, leaving 10 years and eight months remaining. El Planchitas reports that Cuatrero could potentially serve four-plus more years if he receives a sentence reduction for good behavior.

Vaquer’s legal team is expected to appeal for a tougher sentence.

    The March 2023 Incident

The domestic violence incident occurred in March 2023 on March 2, 2023 at Vaquer’s apartment in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City. Vaquer, who was Reyes’ partner at the time told prosecutors he had attempted to strangle her.

On International Women’s Day this year, ‘La Primera’ even shared a message vowing to keep fighting for truth and justice in the case.

Cuatrero, who is the son of wrestling legend Cien Caras, had gotten out of jail in 2025 as he awaited the resolution of this case. He returned to the ring for indie matches this year.

Former WWE Star Shocked After The New Day WWE Release

Former WWE star Matt Hardy recently responded to Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston of The New Day departing WWE.

Recent reports alleged that TKO attempted to restructure the duo’s contracts through pay cuts, leading to their exit.

During a recent episode of his Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Hardy discussed his reaction to hearing the departure claims. The veteran stated the news would be shocking if true, given The New Day’s prominence in WWE.

“Shock. It was definitely shocking. The New Day has been such a staple of WWE, and you think they’re going to be WWE lifers, no doubt about it. And the last thing you expect is, as popular and as prominent as they still are right now, they’re going to be gone from WWE. It was very, very shocking to hear.”

    Hardy continued:

“They were such big stars on a high level. It was shocking. I’m surprised they didn’t really try to figure out some way to make it work.”

Woods and Kingston formed The New Day alongside Big E in 2014. The faction has become one of the most successful tag teams in WWE history, capturing multiple tag team championships across various combinations.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods Set For Appearance Outside WWE

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods recently booked their first public appearances since departing WWE, and they’re already moving away from their WWE identities.

The former New Day members have been advertised for GalaxyCon Oklahoma City under the names “Kofi” and “Austin Creed.”

  • Veteran On WWE Releases: ‘Free To Go Where The Hell They Want’

Veteran On WWE Releases: ‘Free To Go Where The Hell They Want’

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross recently addressed WWE contract structures.

Several names were cut from the WWE roster as part of post-WrestleMania 42 releases. JR explained that multi-year deals typically include performance-based exit clauses. He highlighted that contracts are not fully guaranteed unless specifically negotiated that way.

On his Grilling JR podcast, Ross stated that WWE includes protective measures in long-term agreements. He explained that even five-year contracts often contain provisions allowing the company to release talent under certain circumstances.

“I think probably most of them probably got a 90 day out, meaning they get paid for 90 days and they’re free to go where the hell they want. So essentially when you sign those five-year deals, a lot of them have outs, all of them have outs of some sort, and if they don’t? You’re stupid…and WWE is not stupid.”

The veteran commentator clarified that signing a five-year deal does not guarantee five years of employment at a set rate. Ross noted that talent must specifically negotiate guaranteed terms if they want full contract security.

“Just because you got a five-year deal, it doesn’t mean you got five guaranteed years to pay at this particular rate,” Ross explained. “If I’m a talent, I like the five-year deal, cause it gives me a little bit of security. But it’s not guaranteed unless you negotiate that in your deal, that ‘I got five years guaranteed and my contract ends in 2032 or something.’”

Ross’s comments provide insight into how WWE structures talent agreements and the importance of contract negotiations in professional wrestling.

  • Update On Potential WWE WrestleMania London In 2028

Update On Potential WWE WrestleMania London In 2028

The office of the Mayor of London recently confirmed that no specific negotiations are currently underway to bring WrestleMania to the city in 2028, despite nearly three years of speculation since John Cena first pitched the idea to a London crowd in 2023.

Tom Degun of the Economic Desk with the Mayor of London’s Press Office told POST Wrestling that while general discussions with WWE continue, there are no concrete talks about hosting the 2028 event.

“There are general discussions with WWE, but at present no specific discussions around bringing the 2028 WrestleMania to London,” Degun wrote in an email to the outlet.

Mayor Sadiq Khan remains interested in bringing major WWE events to London. Degun noted that Khan is “determined to bring even more sports from around the world to London, including the biggest WWE events, and continues to discuss future opportunities.”

    Nashville Emerges as Leading Candidate

Nashville appears to be the furthest along in actual negotiations with WWE for WrestleMania 44 in 2028. The Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp. confirmed to the outlet two weeks ago that the organization is “working on a future date” with WWE.

WWE President Nick Khan recently teased staff at a company-wide TKO meeting about the 2028 location, saying “wait until you hear the announcement on where we’re going.”

    History of London WrestleMania Speculation

The push for London to host WrestleMania began at Money in the Bank 2023, when Cena called for the city to host the event. In 2024, Mayor Khan met with Nick Khan and Paul Levesque to discuss the possibility of bringing WrestleMania to London.

Ireland has also entered the conversation recently, with Kilkenny councilor Maurice Shortall discussing the possibility with the Irish Mirror last week, though his efforts were described as a “suggestion” to local government at that stage.

WrestleMania 43 is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2027, marking the first time the event will be held outside the United States or Canada.

  • Roman Reigns Injured After Jacob Fatu Attack On WWE Raw

Roman Reigns Injured After Jacob Fatu Attack On WWE Raw

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns recently suffered an injury during a violent confrontation with Jacob Fatu on Monday Night Raw.

The incident occurred during an acknowledgment ceremony that quickly devolved into chaos. The confrontation started as Jacob Fatu refused to listen to Jey Uso’s warnings and attacked him with a headbutt in the backstage area.

This led to a back-and-forth brawl between Fatu and Reigns that involved multiple chair shots and signature moves throughout the segment.

After choking OTC with Tongan Death Grip, Fatu slammed his cousin through the commentary table with a vicious Power Bomb and followed it with a Running Hip Attack through the barricade. The impact resulted in Reigns suffering a deep cut near his left elbow, with blood visibly pouring from the wound.

After the show went off-air, Roman Reigns could be seen being attended to by the medical staff.

    What’s Next

Reigns appeared to have suffered only a minor injury from the incident. The attack continues the ongoing storyline tensions within The Bloodline faction as internal conflicts continue to boil over on WWE programming.

  • CM Punk and Liv Morgan Targeted for Netflix Movie Roles

CM Punk and Liv Morgan Targeted for Netflix Movie Roles

CM Punk and Liv Morgan could bag movie roles for Netflix.

Reports suggest that they are being eyed by Netflix for movie roles, according to a report from Bodyslam.net. The streaming giant is interested in working with both WWE superstars, who have already built acting resumes outside the ring.

Netflix reportedly sees potential in both performers given their existing film experience. The move would expand both wrestlers’ entertainment careers beyond WWE programming.

    Morgan’s Acting Background

Morgan has already appeared in The Kill Room and has a role in the upcoming Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, which is set to release later this year. The WWE Women’s World Champion has been balancing her in-ring career with her growing film work.

She regained the WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42 last month in Las Vegas, defeating Stephanie Vaquer. Morgan continues to hold the title as one of WWE’s top champions.

    Punk’s Film Experience

Punk has appeared in Girl on the Third Floor and Night Patrol during his time away from wrestling. He also provided voice work for one of the Zebros in Disney’s Zootopia 2 alongside Roman Reigns.

The former World Heavyweight Champion has not appeared for WWE since WrestleMania 42, where he lost the title to Reigns. His status for future WWE programming remains unclear as Netflix reportedly pursues him for film projects.

  • Corey Graves on WrestleMania 42 Celebrity Backlash: ‘It Was The Timing’

Corey Graves on WrestleMania 42 Celebrity Backlash: ‘It Was The Timing’

WWE commentator Corey Graves believes the backlash surrounding Pat McAfee and Jelly Roll at WrestleMania 42 stemmed from their “inorganic” use on the show.

Both men played key roles in the Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes feud, despite the wrestlers having extensive history WWE could have utilized instead.

Speaking with Bill Apter, Graves explained that timing was crucial to how fans received their involvement. He noted that WrestleMania and celebrities have been connected since the beginning, but McAfee and Jelly Roll “caught a few strays” in this instance.

“I truly believe it was the timing of it. I think if there had been a little bit more time to work with… I think if there had been a little bit more time and maybe if it had been in a different match,” Graves said.

“I mean, obviously, WrestleMania and celebrities have been synonymous since the beginning. I think Pat and Jelly Roll caught a few strays. I think it was just a matter of people have been waiting for Cody and Randy for so long and they wanted to see that story told and unfold organically.”

    Square Pegs in Round Holes

Graves further described the situation as an example of “square pegs in round holes,” noting that the use of McAfee and Jelly Roll simply didn’t fit what fans wanted to see.

Rhodes defeated Orton in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night One, though Orton attacked him after the match. As per the stipulation, Pat McAfee will reportedly never appear on WWE programming again, though the permanence of such stipulations in wrestling remains to be seen.

NXT Wrestler Feared Being Let Go Amid WWE Releases

Kam Hendrix recently opened up about his fears of being released from WWE, admitting he feels constant pressure to prove himself on the NXT roster.

The 29-year-old wrestler has emerged as a fresh presence on NXT TV in recent months, going after both NXT North American Champion Myles Borne and NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo. After a Football career, he transitioned to professional wrestling and signed with WWE in 2024.

Before making his NXT debut in 2026, Hendrix appeared on the first two seasons of WWE LFG and is currently featured on the third season. He is married to WWE Raw superstar Maxxine Dupri.

The comments came in a new video posted by WWE previewing the upcoming LFG episode.

“Every day, even before filming LFG, I felt like the clock was ticking on me. I know that this place has a time limit and nobody can be here forever. I know that this whole thing, everything I ever worked for, can be taken from me,” Hendrix said in the WWE video.

The NXT wrestler continued by acknowledging the subjective nature of WWE’s roster decisions.

“If you’re not evolving as a Superstar, evolving as a character, anyone can be let go. Anyone can be cut for any reason they want. This is subjective at the end of the day. Nobody deserves anything, you’ve gotta earn everything,” he explained.

Recent NXT Roster Moves Spark Concern

Hendrix’s comments came after Drake Morreaux was sent to AAA in Mexico instead of receiving a promotion to the NXT roster. The move appears to have heightened concerns among developmental talent about their standing with the company.

Actress Danielle Fishel recently entered the conversation as a potential tag team partner for Danhausen at WWE Backlash on May 9.

The former Boy Meets World and Girl Meets World actress teased the possibility on social media this week.

Danhausen is currently searching for a partner for his match against The Miz and Kit Wilson at the upcoming Premium Live Event. In recent weeks, he has publicly attempted to recruit several WWE legends for the bout, though none have officially accepted.

Fishel shared a customized WWE Backlash graphic on Instagram featuring herself alongside Danhausen while sporting face paint inspired by his signature look.

“Just saying, we have history,” Fishel wrote in the caption.

    Danhausen’s Search for a Partner

The post immediately caught attention from wrestling fans online, especially given Danhausen’s long-running pop culture references and crossover appeal outside the wrestling world. The actress’s reference to having “history” with Danhausen sparked speculation among fans.

No official announcement has been made regarding Danhausen’s partner as of this writing. The match is scheduled to take place at WWE Backlash this Friday.

  • Jacob Fatu Gets Massive Push For Roman Reigns Match At WWE Backlash 2026

Jacob Fatu Gets Massive Push For Roman Reigns Match At WWE Backlash 2026

Jacob Fatu is being presented strongly ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns at WWE Backlash on May 9.

The rivalry between the two real-life Bloodline members has become one of WWE’s biggest storylines heading into the Premium Live Event.

The feud intensified after Fatu attacked Reigns with a Tongan Death Grip, escalating the family conflict to a new level. This week on Raw, the tension reached another peak during a contract signing for their title match.

During the segment, Reigns mocked and belittled Fatu before the exchange quickly turned physical. The segment concluded with Fatu putting Reigns through a table, continuing WWE’s pattern of presenting Fatu as the aggressor who consistently gets the upper hand.

Bryan Alvarez Compares Fatu’s Push to Recent Lesnar Booking

Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez discussed the booking strategy on Wrestling Observer Radio, comparing Fatu’s presentation to how WWE recently handled Brock Lesnar ahead of WrestleMania 42. According to Alvarez, WWE has deliberately avoided traditional back-and-forth booking in favor of making Fatu look unstoppable.

“Say what you want about WWE, like they’re trying to do a pay-per-view match. There’s a guy that nobody thinks is going to beat Roman Reigns, and so, they have done everything in their power to just put Jacob over,” Alvarez said.

He drew a direct parallel to the Brock Lesnar-Oba Femi storyline from earlier this year.

“It’s like they’re doing this very much like that Brock Lesnar-Oba Femi thing, where they did not 50/50 every week. It wasn’t, ‘This is your week, Oba.’ Probably, ‘This is your week, Brock.’ It was like Oba beat him up every single week, and then he killed him.”

“And on this one, they’re trying the same thing. Jacob gets the best of Roman every single week, gets the best of the MFTs, gets the best of all of these other Samoans and Bloodline members. I don’t think he’s winning the pay-per-view,” Alvarez added.

Despite the one-sided booking favoring Fatu in the build, Alvarez noted he still expects Reigns to retain the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Backlash. The strategy appears designed to create doubt about the outcome despite Reigns being the established champion.

The Undisputed WWE Champion treated the trip like a formal job interview, preparing detailed presentations and meeting with key departments across the company.

Cody Rhodes Prepared Detailed Presentations for WWE Departments

Speaking on the What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast, Rhodes explained his methodical approach to the visit. He wanted to understand what working at WWE’s corporate office would actually entail.

“I wanted to go to the office to see what life would be like at the office at WWE HQ. I had a career before as Executive Vice President (at AEW), and I failed at it,” Rhodes said. “I had some success along the way, but failed. Ultimately, I learned a great deal from said failure, but I wanted to go and I wanted to treat it like I was going there for a job.”

Rhodes created a full tech format with detailed timelines based on WWE’s current operations. He shared these materials with Bruce Prichard and the creative team, then met with Lee Fitting’s CPG department to discuss potential contributions.

“I didn’t want to be unprepared,” Rhodes explained. “I reached out to as many people as I could on the roster and said, ‘What’s an idea for you? What’s something you want to do?’”

Roster Members Responded with Varying Levels of Detail

The responses Rhodes received from fellow WWE talent varied significantly. Some wrestlers called him directly, others didn’t reply at all, and some sent brief text messages with simplified notes.

Rhodes singled out Kit Wilson for providing exceptional detail.

“You didn’t send me a text or voicemail. I have nine full-blown PDFs. At every meeting I was in, I almost spoke about you,” Rhodes said.

While Cody Rhodes remains focused on his run as Undisputed WWE Champion, his visit to WWE headquarters showed he is already thinking ahead about life after wrestling.

LA Knight WWE Status Update After Creative Plans Scrapped

Former WWE United States Champion LA Knight remains part of the WWE roster despite his absence from the May 4 episode of Raw in Omaha.

As per reports from Bodyslam+, his absence is linked to storyline changes rather than injury, backstage issues, or a release.

    Original Gunther Program Shelved

Knight’s original post-WrestleMania plans reportedly included a short program with Gunther. However, those plans were scrapped when WWE pivoted to having ‘The Ring General’ challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship on SmackDown.

Knight teamed with The Usos to defeat The Vision and IShowSpeed at WrestleMania 42, a win that appeared to set up future storylines.

Knight had a backstage confrontation with Gunther following WrestleMania. ‘The Megastar’ congratulated Gunther on his victory over Seth Rollins but reminded him that he needed three men to get the job done, which Knight considered a loss.

Gunther’s new direction became clear on the May 1 episode of SmackDown. He attacked Rhodes after a match and stood tall with the championship, signaling his shift to the blue brand.

    What’s Next for LA Knight

WWE has not announced Knight’s next program. One possibility involves a feud with The Usos, given his history with Roman Reigns and The Bloodline. Knight had tense exchanges with The Usos before WrestleMania, particularly with Jey Uso, despite teaming with them at the Premium Live Event.

Knight’s absence from television appears to be temporary while WWE finalizes his next creative direction. Fans concerned about his status can rest assured that he remains under contract and on the active roster.

Real Life Bloodline Member Endorses Roman Reigns After WWE World Title Win

WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi recently endorsed Roman Reigns following his World Heavyweight Championship victory over CM Punk at WrestleMania 42.

‘OTC’ defeated CM Punk in the WrestleMania 42 main event to capture the World Heavyweight Championship. The victory marks another major title reign for the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

The WWE Hall of Famer has now called the Tribal Chief irreplaceable to the company’s business.

    Rikishi’s Comments on Roman Reigns

Speaking on Off The Top, Rikishi was asked for his thoughts on Reigns recapturing the title in the night two main event. His response emphasized Reigns’ value to WWE.

“When in doubt, call the tribal chief. You can see it, the whole world feels it. The company feels it. The bank feels it. Anybody that’s involved with WWE, you feel it. There is nothing else that needs to be proven anymore.

What Roman says out there, what Roman does, he’s that big pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. You can come on the rainbow and it’ll just kind of stop there. But when he starts to come through, that needle moves all the way to that pot of gold.”

He also opened up on the weight of responsibility that comes with being the company’s face, expressing personal concern for Reigns’ well-being.

“The one thing that I pray a lot for is just his health, his mindset, to be able to continue. Because he mentioned it before, a lot of people that come through, they want that spot, but can you handle it? Are you the guy to handle that?

To be able to be that face for the company, to be able to be respected by all, to be able to get up in the morning, fly from one city to the next city, to be able to do these early morning shows. Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel. All that stuff. It’s not only in the ring, but it’s the responsibility of being that guy,” Rikishi said.

    Roman Reigns’ Championship Status

The win at WrestleMania 42 adds another championship to Reigns’ resume. Reigns has been positioned as WWE’s top star for several years. His latest title victory reinforces that status heading into the post-WrestleMania season. WWE officials are reportedly taking a different approach to his second major title run.

Reigns recently pulled from all four previously advertised June episodes of WWE Raw. The change is directly tied to WWE Night of Champions 2026
