WWE has filed two federal trademark applications for Danhausen’s “Human Monies” catchphrase at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, covering merchandise, apparel, and costumes across a broad range of commercial categories.
The first application covers “Human Monies” across a wide merchandise category including posters, trading cards, stickers, decals, calendars, coloring books, comic books, greeting cards, paper banners, party supplies, temporary tattoo transfers, collectible photos, notebooks, pens, and stationery. The second application covers clothing specifically, including tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, and Halloween and masquerade costumes.
The “Human Monies” line is central to Danhausen’s character — his repeated demands for payment in exchange for making problems and curses disappear have become one of the most recognizable elements of his act since arriving in WWE.
Within four months on the roster Danhausen has built significant momentum, including appearances tied to the NBA Playoffs and Finals that gave the character broader mainstream visibility. WWE and TKO have leaned into that crossover reach, with the Danhausen-Knicks connection generating pop-culture attention beyond the traditional wrestling audience.
Both applications remain pending at the USPTO.
