  • Scott Steiner \”Would Definitely Go Back\” To WWE For Bron Breakker Storyline

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner has admitted he would be open to returning to WWE television for a storyline involving his nephew, the new top-tier star Bron Breakker. This is a significant statement from Steiner, who had a notoriously bad relationship with the company for nearly two decades following his departure in 2004.

Steiner, who made his name as a tag team specialist with his brother Rick before transforming into the \”Big Poppa Pump\” character in WCW, had a brief and unsuccessful second run with WWE from 2002 to 2004. That run, which saw him arrive with an injury, is mostly remembered for a panned feud with Triple H. For years afterward, Steiner was intensely critical of WWE, its management, and the McMahon family, making a return seem impossible.

However, things began to change when his nephew, Bron Breakker, signed with the company. The relationship fully mended in 2022 when The Steiner Brothers were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

During an appearance on a panel at Geek’d Con, Steiner confirmed that he is now willing to appear on WWE programming again, specifically to \”help out\” his nephew.

“I mean, I would definitely help them all if that’s what they, if they wanted. I mean, I haven’t thought about it, but if they did think that I could do something with them, yeah, I’d definitely go back and help them out. It would be great.”

  • Scott Steiner Brings Back Steiner Math After Bron Breakker’s WWE Betrayal

On the October 13, edition of WWE Raw, Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker attacked Seth Rollins, bringing an abrupt end to Rollins\’ time with The Vision. This betrayal shocked fans watching the show, and now WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner has shared his two cents.

Taking to X, Steiner, the uncle of Bron Breakker, reacted to his nephew\’s actions.

\”So let me break it down for all you dummies that don’t understand what just happened…..

\”You take Seth Rollins — the so-called “Visionary” — and you put him in a ring with Bron Breakker, a Genetic Freak. But what Seth didn’t calculate… was the betrayal quotient.

    \”Now let’s do the math:

\”Seth thought he had a 100% chance of survival with Bron at his side…

\”But what he didn’t know is that Bron’s got 66 2/3% loyalty when you factor in family bloodlines, and the other 33 1/3% is PURE RAGE.

\” So now Seth’s sitting there, asking “WHYYYY?” I’ll TELL YA WHY!

\”Because Bron Breakker’s not here to play backup. He’s here to take over! He’s the dog-faced destroyer, and now the leash is OFF.

\”So Seth… You took your eye off the math… You had a 141 2/3% chance of getting BETRAYED… And now you’re just another statistic in the Steiner Equation of Pain!\”

Fans in the comments were excited to see Steiner once again demonstrate his math skills. When one called Scott a \”F\’ing Mathematical Genius!\” Steiner pointed out that he comes \”from a highly educated university,\” the University of Michigan. Another praised Steiner\’s post as \”well explained,\” which prompted Scott to ask \”Did you expect less?\”

Steiner\’s post is an obvious nod to his popular \’Steiner Math\’ promo from 2008, in which he guaranteed victory in a triple-threat match at TNA Sacrifice. While Steiner would go on to lose said match, he has since claimed that his reasoning with sound.

With Seth Rollins reportedly out with an injury, albeit one that has many in WWE feeling skeptical, it remains to be seen what\’s next for Bron and Bronson Reed. Whatever is to come, Scott Steiner remains interested in his nephew\’s next move.

  • Pro-Tetris Player Uses Steiner Math To Guarantee Dominant Win

Scott Steiner\’s infamous \’Steiner Math\’ promo is iconic in the world of pro wrestling, and has now expanded beyond the squared circle. At this year\’s Classic Tetris World Championship (CWTC), champion Justin \”Fractal\” Yu channelled Big Poppa Pump to guarantee his victory.

Yu certainly has the credentials to back up his bravado. The American is one of five CTWC competitors to reach the finals on multiple occassions. In 2023, he would the CWTC Championship, and has earned close to $40,000 from his total winnings.

Steiner\’s promo came as part of the Sacrifice 2008 pay-per-view, in which he guaranteed victory in a triple threat match which would include Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle. Instead, Big Poppa Pump came up short, proving that even mathematics bows to the wills of the Olympian and the Samoan Submission Machine.

While Steiner lost his match, his promo is infamous and has even been referenced by his nephew in WWE. Once again, the WWE Hall of Famer\’s promo has entertained fans.

  • 129.2%! – Bron Breakker Uses Steiner Math To Guarantee WrestleMania Win

Bron Breakker\’s WrestleMania debut will see him defend the Intercontinental Championship against Penta, Finn Balor, and Dominik Mysterio. While the odds are seemingly against the champion, Breakker has guaranteed a victory using some familiar math.

At the WWE WrestleMania 41 kick-off event, Breakker vowed to win at WrestleMania 41 and used verbiage instantly recognizable to fans of his uncle Scott.

\”They say that all men are created equal, but if you look at this Fatal Four Way match and the members in it, you’ll see that statement is not true. Normally, I’d have a 25% chance of winning, but I’m a badass and that statement is not true. See, Dominik Mysterio knows that he can’t beat me, so he’s not even gonna try—so I got a 50% chance of winning right out of the gate.

\”Now you add Penta to the equation, and Penta is an incredible superstar, but Penta is scared of me. He’s scared of the dog, so he’s got half of 25% chance of winning at best. You add that to my already 50% chance of winning—I got a 62.5% chance of winning.

\”Then you add Finn Bálor to the equation. Now, Bálor’s record at WrestleMania is 1 in 3, which means he’s got a 33.3% chance of winning. He’s got a 66.7% chance of losing. You add that to my already 62.5% chance of winning—I got a 129.2% chance of winning!\”

With 129.2% chance of victory, Breakker is guaranteed to walk out of WrestleMania as the Intercontinental Champion, at least according to him. Now though, it\’ll be up to Breakker to prove his sums are correct inside Allegiant Stadium.

  • Why Scott Steiner Turned Down WWE\’s Singles Push in 1993

Scott Steiner says that when WWE presented him with the idea of breaking up the Steiner Brothers, he wasn\’t aware how big the plans were for his ill-fated singles run.

In his appearance on Shak Wrestling, Steiner discussed the talk of a 1993 pitch that would have changed the course of WWE history.

“There was a thing where in the Royal Rumble, they wanted us to go against each other,” he said.

“At the time, that was one of the reasons I got into wrestling—to wrestle with my brother, prove we were the best tag team in the world. So I had no interest whatsoever to be a world champion.”

Steiner wasn\’t told how big this idea actually was. When they pitched going solo, they left out the part about winning the Rumble and challenging for the WWE championship in Las Vegas.

“What Bruce [Prichard] was saying—I didn’t know they were thinking about making me a world champion. I wish I would’ve known that, but I wasn’t told.”

Even with the possibility of solo glory, Steiner stood by his brother.

“The timing wasn’t right,” he concluded.

The Story Behind Scott Steiner and the Royal Rumble

WWE veteran Bruce Prichard has previously spoken about Steiner being considered for a singles push in 1993. In an episode of his Something to Wrestle podcast focused on WrestleMania IX, Prichard revealed that both he and Pat Patterson were very high on Scott Steiner as a superstar.

According to Prichard, they pitched a bold idea to Vince McMahon: have Scott Steiner enter the 1993 Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant, win the match, and then go on to headline WrestleMania IX with a shot at the WWE World Championship.

The plan would have positioned Steiner to dominate the Royal Rumble match as a relatively unknown competitor to the WWF audience (though wrestling fans from other promotions would have recognized him). This would have been a dramatic introduction for Steiner as a singles competitor in the company.

However, Vince McMahon rejected the idea. According to Prichard, \”McMahon didn\’t feel it\”. The pitch was presented as a \”what if\” scenario during a creative meeting, but the WWE Chairman decided to pass on the concept.

In an industry where most claw for the spotlight, Steiner’s story is a rare example of brotherhood trumping personal ambition.

  • Scott Steiner Unloads on WCW Politics: \’I Showed Up Pissed Every Monday\’

Scott Steiner isn’t holding back when it comes to his time in WCW. In a new interview with Shaquille Mahjouri on Shak Wrestling for CBS Sports, the former World Heavyweight Champion pulled back the curtain on the backstage dysfunction that helped birth one of wrestling’s most intense personas.

“Politics is… I don’t know if it’s as big as it is as it was, so there’s a lot of guys being held back,” Steiner said, explaining how internal strife shaped the rise of “Big Poppa Pump.”

The tension wasn’t just behind the scenes—it was something Steiner channeled into his performances.

“I used to show up at Nitro on Mondays pissed off because I knew something stupid was going to happen,” he admitted.

“Every Monday on the Nitros… I never knew what was going to happen. And when I did find out, I’d be pissed off because it never made sense to me.”

That frustration didn’t go unnoticed by fans.

“I think my Big Poppa Pump resonated so much because people could tell I was pissed off—and I was actually pissed off,” he said.

The candid remarks add another layer to Steiner’s legacy, portraying him not just as a charismatic powerhouse, but as a product of an era where chaos ruled creative. In an industry built on characters, Steiner’s rage was all too real—and that’s what made it work.

  • Scott Steiner Praises Paul Heyman\’s Influence on Bron Breakker

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner has nothing but praise for his nephew, Bron Breakker, and believes his rise to the top is just getting started.

Speaking with CBS Sports’ Shaquille Mahjouri on Shak Wrestling, Steiner reflected on Breakker’s path—and why he believes the Intercontinental Champion is poised for the main event.

“He’s probably ahead of the game right now,” Steiner said. “He used to ride his bike over to my house to do interviews on me. So he’s been doing it for so long—even though he’s only been seen on TV for what, two years now?”

Paul Heyman\’s Influence on Bron Breakker

Steiner also highlighted the impact of veteran Paul Heyman, who’s taken a hands-on role in Breakker’s development.

“Having him in his corner is second to none… Paul’s very smart. He gives good advice,” Steiner said. “We’ve known Paul for a long time, and I appreciate him helping my nephew out.”

    WrestleMania Vegas

As Breakker prepares for his WrestleMania debut, Steiner noted the emotional resonance: it’ll take place in Las Vegas—just like the Steiner Brothers’ first WrestleMania.

“It’s going to be great… Our first WrestleMania was in Vegas, and now it’s his. That’s pretty cool.”

With wrestling roots that run deep and guidance from some of the industry’s sharpest minds, Steiner believes Breakker’s trajectory is clear:

“Just enjoy it. It goes by way too fast.”

  • \’Totally Dead\’ – Scott Steiner Says Lingering Injury Derailed WWE Run

Scott Steiner’s 2002 return to WWE should have been a career highlight for Big Poppa Pump after a highly successful run as part of WCW. Instead, it became a chapter marred by health issues that robbed fans—and Steiner himself—of seeing him at full strength. In a reflective interview on Casual Conversations, the former WCW champion revealed the painful truth about that run.

“I wish I could have been healthy. My foot was totally paralyzed. Even today, it’s still dead.”

The injury came before his highly anticipated comeback and plagued his performances throughout his feud with Triple H. A series of underwhelming title matches on pay-per-view with the Game put an end to any main-event plans WWE may have had for Steiner.

“I can’t even watch myself walk to the ring during that time. It’s just messed up.”

Steiner\’s return to WWE would come at Survivor Series 2002 inside Madison Square Garden, WWE’s most iconic venue. Despite returning inside hallowed ground and receiving a thunderous ovation from the fans in the Big Apple, Steiner views the moment as bittersweet.

“Being in the Garden was cool… the ovation I got was awesome. But I wasn’t myself.”

Steiner would undergo surgery later to stabilize the condition, but by this point, the damage had already been done. The injury not only affected his movement in his day-to-day activities but also his ability to perform at the level fans expected from the wrestling legend. Despite this, Scott chooses not to dwell on regret.

“Everybody’s clawing to be at the top. And I got there—I just wish I could’ve done it healthy.”

Steiner\’s honest demonstrates how wrestling injuries aren\’t always visible to fans and may not play out in the ring. Despite being known for his notable physique and being a larger-than-life persona, Steiner, just like any wrestler, was vulnerable to struggles outside of the ring.

  • Scott Steiner Says Bron Breakker Inspired Son\’s WWE Dream

Scott Steiner hasn\’t wrestled in years but the Steiner legacy in pro wrestling is far from over. In a revealing interview on Casual Conversations, Scott Steiner opened up about the next generation of his wrestling family, including WWE\’s Bron Breakker and his own son, Brock, who may be eyeing the ring himself.

“The success of Bron influenced my boy Brock to think about doing it. When I was a wrestler, it was the funnest time I ever had in my life. Of course, he sees that.”

Brock Steiner currently plays football at Virginia Tech and has already signed an NIL deal, showcasing both his athletic ability and rising profile. Ever the proud father, Steiner believes his son has the skills to succeed in football and the squared circle.

“He’s young enough to do both. He had some highlights last year that got good coverage. He’s got time.”

Steiner already has his son and his nephew under contracts with WWE but could more be following suit. The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022, won\’t count the idea out.

“My boy Brandon loves basketball, so I don’t know about him. But never say never.”

The idea of a next-generation Steiner Brothers—this time as cousins—adds an intriguing wrinkle to the future of WWE and its tag-team division. While Brock is still developing as a multi-sport athlete and Bron is seeing success as a singles Superstar, the family tree might just be sprouting a new tag team.

  • Scott Steiner Explains Why His \’Big Poppa Pump\’ Transformation Was Necessary

When Scott Steiner transformed into “Big Poppa Pump” in the late 1990s, it wasn’t just a gimmick, it was a matter of career survival. Sitting own with Casual Conversations, the wrestling legend pulled back the curtain on what led him to become one of the most unforgettable characters in wrestling history.

“I knew I had to be different from Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. They were the cool guys in the NWO, and Hogan had his thing too. I had to go the other way.”

The result was a bombastic character full of arrogance, intensity, and unpredictability. Steiner packed on a notable amount of muscle and cut his hair short in addition to bleaching it. From the chainmail headdress to his infamous “holler if you hear me” catchphrase, Steiner’s reinvention was both theatrical and authentic.

“I just kept throwing stuff against the wall to see what would work. And I had the most fun of anyone.”

His promos, many of which went viral in the early 2000s, were completely unscripted—a rarity in today’s wrestling world. This led to some infamous moments including taking aim at Ric Flair multiple times on the mic.

“People can tell when you’re being authentic,” he said. “I wasn’t memorizing lines. I was entertaining myself.”

Steiner’s ability to stand out during WCW’s ultra-competitive main event era helped him carve a permanent place in wrestling history. Big Poppa Pump wasn’t just an act for the former WCW World Champion, it was an attitude, built on years of frustration, creative freedom, and a whole lot of confidence.

  • Scott Steiner Wants Residuals for Creating the Frankensteiner

Scott Steiner wants fans—and announcers—to remember the truth: the Frankensteiner was his creation, and it\’s not to be confused with a generic hurricanrana. In a new interview on Casual Conversations, the former WCW and WWE star set the record straight on one of wrestling’s most iconic moves.

“I had thought of the move when I was in Memphis. But I knew enough not to use it on Memphis TV… I waited until I was on national TV.”

Steiner\’s reasoning for keeping the move a secret? He didn\’t want someone from WWE or the NWA to steal it before he got the spotlight. Now, Steiner\’s nephew Bron Breakker can be found using the move each week on WWE Monday Night Raw.

“He steals all my Frankenstein suplexes… he still owes me all the residuals for copyright thievery.”

Steiner\’s tone was playful, and he doesn\’t actually have an issue with his nephew using his move. With that said, Steiner takes pride in his contributions to the wrestling world, incluind how Japanese fans and wrestlers still recognize the Frankensteiner as his creation.

“It’s pretty cool it’s still around,” he added. “People really liked the move. I think it’s because it was so different.”

Steiner\’s days in the ring are over but with Bron continuing to use his moves, Bib Poppa Pump\’s legacy lives on. With Bron riding high as the WWE Intercontinental Champion, fans can expect him to use the Frankensteiner regularly, it’s a fitting tribute—even if Uncle Scott thinks he should get paid for it.

  • \’He\’s A Motherf*cker’: Scott Steiner Has Not Forgiven Hulk Hogan\’s Past Deeds

Scott Steiner has not forgotten Hulk Hogan\’s transgressions.

The wrestling veteran recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet for a new interview. He talked about things such as his famous Steiner math promo, his son Brock signing a WWE NIL deal and more.

During the interview, Scott also talked about his WCW run in detail and the origins of his Big Poppa Pump character. He explained that the gimmick was born out of his real-life experiences in the pro wrestling world.

Steiner noted how he was a happy-go-lucky kid when he first joined the business but he soon learned about all the \’bullsh*t of professional wrestling\’ such as backstage politics played by top stars like Hulk Hogan:

\”That was a real thing back then the older guys keeping the younger guys down. When I said that I got beat in my first match after turning heel, the call was made by Hulk Hogan to have me beat. So the reason I knew that because somebody that was in the vicinity of talking to him.

So it might piss me off, but you can overcome wins and losses. People can see your personality and what you do on camera. Wins and losses, you can overcome them. But when another wrestler decides he’s going to decide who wins, it is bullsh*t.”

A Piece Of Sh*t: Scott Steiner

After an earlier run, the Steiner Brothers rejoined WCW in 1996. They teamed together for a couple years before Scott turned heel by attacking his brother Rick and joining the nWo at the SuperBrawl VIII. The wrestling legend developed the Big Poppa Pump character he is most widely known for in the next few months, completely changing his look as well as his mannerisms.

When asked why does he thinks Hulk Hogan wanted to keep him down, Scott Steiner did not hold back on the Hulkster. The former WCW Champion claimed that the WWE Hall of Famer is \’a piece of sh*t\’:

“He’s a motherf*cker. There’s no other way I can say it, he’s a piece of sh*t. We did a Nitro in Buffalo and I knew who I had to wrestle, per se. But ten minutes before the show went on air at ten to eight, I didn’t know if it was going to happen or not. We had to wait until Hogan got to the building and say, clear it. Yeah, you could do what they had written down.”

The former TNA star was also questioned about his current relationship with Hogan, and he said that he has still not forgotten everything Hogan did to him. He told the story of how Hulk almost got him arrested on false accusations of attacking Hogan\’s wife back in 2015 and said that there\’s a reason the Hulkster got booed at the Raw Netflix premiere.

  • \’They Know He\’s A Steiner\’ – Scott Steiner Talks Bron Breakker\’s Name

Since arriving in WWE in 2021, Bron Breakker has made a name for himself in WWE and on the main roster. Despite the impressive record of the former NXT Champion and current Intercontinental Champion, many fans believe that Breakker should be using the Steiner name used by his father Rick and uncle Scott.

On the Insight podcast, Scott discussed his nephew\’s name. While Bron may never use the Steiner name, Scott is pleased that WWE isn\’t shying away from his lineage.

\”Well they never shied away from that because he introduced us at the Hall of Fame. So for whatever reason they used Bron Breakker, but they know he\’s a Steiner.\”

Scott\’s son Brock could be joining his cousin on WWE TV after recently signing an NIL contract. While Scott can\’t guarantee the future, he believes the Steiner name will live on in WWE.

\”Brock would probably use a Steiner name. I\’m not sure if it would be Brock, but it would be Steiner.\”

Whatever name Bron Breakker uses, his success in WWE in the four years since he arrived has proved undeniable. Already the Intercontinental Champion, many predict it is just a matter of time before Scott\’s nephew enters the World Title picture. With WrestleMania 41 looming, fans can expect big things in Las Vegas for Bron Breakker, no matter what name fans know him for.

  • Scott Steiner: Harvard Professor Proved Math Promo Is Correct

Of all of Scott Steiner\’s many promos in wrestling, few stand out (for better or worse) than his \’Steiner Math\’ promo ahead of TNA Sacrifice 2008. On the Insight podcast, Steiner shared the origins of the infamous speech.

\”I just thought about it. I knew maybe an hour before I start thinking about it, they told me I had to do an interview.\”

A graduate of a highly educated university (the University of Michigan) Steiner claimed the promo, which guaranteed him a 141 2/3% chance of victory, made sense. Fans don\’t just have to take Steiner\’s word for it, as an alleged Harvard professor on X (fka Twitter) agrees.

\”There\’s a Harvard professor, I don\’t know, because everything you read on Twitter is 100% true, right? So he checked the numbers said, yeah, they added up.\”

Whoever this Harvard professor is, they may want to get their qualifications checked. Despite the math proving Steiner was guaranteed to win the triple-threat at TNA Sacrifice, he came up short against World Champion Samoa Joe in a match that included Frankie Kazarian.

Almost 17 years later, Steiner\’s promo remains a hit with fans, showing the unpredictable and often hilarious side of the WWE Hall of Famer. To this day, Steiner continues to be a larger-than-life name in wrestling with a legacy that can\’t be subtracted from.

  • Scott Steiner Shares Travel Woes With \’51st State\’ Canada

Donald Trump\’s efforts to force Canada into becoming the 51st state has caught a lot of attention ever since his Presidential win last November. Now, this idea has received the backing of Scott Steiner, who took to X to share his negative experience with the Great White North.

The WWE Hall of Famer shared that he was heading to Canada for a charity event, and speculated as to why entering the country proved to be an issue.

Ultimately, Steiner was able to make it into Canada, but only after shelling out hundreds of dollars to enter. Steiner added that he refers to Canada as \’Mexico North\’ for this issues.

Trump\’s plan for Canada has proven to be divisive, with people north of the border sharing their opposition to the idea. Despite the president\’s claim that \”Many Canadians\” want for this to happen, a poll from Angus Reid found that 90% of Canadians asked are against the idea.

Scott Steiner’s Son Brock Rechsteiner Offered WWE NIL Contract

As for Scott Steiner, he will continue to bring his iconic personality across ther world, despite his recent issues entering Canada. With Steiner teasing appearance at this weekend\’s Royal Rumble PLE in Indianapolis, wrestling fans may soon be seeing Big Poppa Pump back on their screens in the near future.

  • Scott Steiner Teases \”Epic\” WWE Royal Rumble Appearance

Scott Steiner is known for his big personality and unfiltered opinions, as Big Poppa Pump is never afraid to speak his mind. This week, Steiner sparked speculation by hinting at a potential appearance this weekend at the the 2025 Royal Rumble premium live event.

WWE announcer Pat McAfee expressed his excitement about the Rumble on X. He\’s heading (home) to Indianapolis and believes the atmosphere will be electric and that the event will be unforgettable. With just over a week to go, he emphasized that Indianapolis is the perfect host city and that the world will soon see why.

This post caught the attention of Steiner, who suggested that the Royal Rumble would only achieve true epic status if he were to make an appearance.

Despite being one of wrestling\’s most notorious names, Steiner has done relatively little in the Royal Rumble match. Steiner has just two Rumble matches to his name which fell exactly one decade apart (1994, 2004.) Steiner\’s sole elimination took place in the 1994 match and saw the future Freakzilla throw out Samu.

The WWE Royal Rumble 2025 is shaping up to be another exciting edition of the fan favorite event, with more and more names declaring themselves for the two 30-Superstar contests. It remains to be seen whether Scott Steiner enters the ring or merely makes an appearance, but there\’s plenty of fans who\’d love to see Steiner in Indianapolis.

  • Scott Steiner’s Son Brock Rechsteiner Offered WWE NIL Contract

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner has announced that his son, Brock Rechsteiner, has been offered a WWE NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) contract by Triple H. Speaking on Busted Open Radio on Saturday, Steiner revealed,

“Hunter called me the other day, maybe like three weeks ago, and offered my boy an NIL deal.”

Brock Rechsteiner currently plays football as a wide receiver for Jacksonville State University. Standing at 6’2” and weighing 225 pounds, he has demonstrated strong potential on the field, recording 13 receptions for 205 yards and two touchdowns during the 2024 season.

The offer from WWE aligns with Brock’s athletic background and the Steiner family’s celebrated wrestling legacy. His cousin, Bron Breakker, has already established himself as a prominent WWE Superstar.

    \"\"

Breakker, the son of Rick Steiner, competes on the Raw brand and boasts an impressive résumé, including two reigns as NXT Champion with a combined 425 days. He’s currently in his second reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion, cementing his place as one of WWE’s rising stars.

Scott Steiner has previously hinted at his son’s interest in pursuing professional wrestling after his football career concludes. “Once football’s over, he’s going to become a great wrestler,” Steiner shared.

With the NIL contract offer from WWE, Brock Rechsteiner may soon follow in his family’s footsteps, taking the first steps toward a potential wrestling career.

  • Scott Steiner Confirms Son Brock Rechsteiner\’s Wrestling Ambitions

Scott Steiner has revealed that another member of the Steiner family is planning to join the wrestling business at the right time.

ESPN recently caught up with the wrestling veteran during the StaffDNA Cure Bowl game between Jacksonville State and Ohio Bobcats. Steiner along with WWE IC Champion Bron Breakker, was there to support his son, the Jacksonville State wide receiver Brock Rechsteiner.

The former WWE star was asked about the potential of his son following his footsteps and joining the wrestling business. Answering the question, Scott confirmed that Brock is indeed interested in joining the sports entertainment world:

“Yeah, that’s the plan. That’s what he wants to do, so, whatever makes him happy.”

A Genetic Freak Like Myself: Scott Steiner

When asked about the secret of success in the pro wrestling world, Scott Steiner explained that you have to be a genetic freak like himself:

\”Be a genetic freak like myself. Takes a lot of work you know. I did it for like 25 years, so it takes a while. It\’ll be good. He\’s a Steiner, so that helps out. But, he\’s a good athlete, so the sky\’s the limit for him.\”

Brock\’s cousin and the current Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker also played football before joining WWE. While attending Georgia\’s Kennesaw State University, he played for the Kennesaw State Owls. He also entered the NFL drafts after graduation before beginning his pro wrestling career in 2020.

  • Bron Breakker Warns \’Sewer Rat\’ Kaiser & \’Old Man\’ Sheamus Ahead Of WWE Survivor Series

Bron Breakker is all types of \”Steinerized\” for his upcoming triple threat match tonight at WWE Survivor Series. Donning a WCW shirt of his dear Uncle Scott, the Intercontinental Champion cut a pre-match promo as he was asked by Jackie Redmod what his mindset was going up against both Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser. Breakker took a moment to note the respect he has for both competitors in the bout. Bron made clear he knew the score of Kaiser and how he\’ll aim to win the match.

\”[Kaiser is] gonna try to sewer rat around and steal the championship from me.\”

When it comes to Sheamus, Breakker said just cause \’The Celtic Warrior\’ is searching to secure that Intercontinental gold, the only title he\’s never held in WWE, doesn\’t mean he\’ll get it.

\”I played for the Ravens and never won a Super Bowl but should they give me a Super Bowl ring cause I was there for participation? No! Take it back to the retirement home old man, this ain’t Saturday night bingo!\”

Sheamus responded with a Will Ferrell gif, stating, \”That\’s cute. I remember when I had my first beer.\”

Both Kaiser and Sheamus had challenged Breakker for the Title the past two weeks on WWE RAW. Due to interference by both men in their respective bouts, the matches led to disqualification finishes, building to the battle that\’s taking place at Survivor Series.

Kaiser could be a wild card in this match as he\’s finding himself a little at odds with his Imperium pal, GUNTHER, who is defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Damian Priest.

  • List Of Legends At WWE Bad Blood

WWE had a huge list of legends in attendance for Bad Blood and the likes of such had its fair share of ties to Atlanta, GA.

The company started off the PLE by showing that Goldberg was in attendance with his son Gage who nearly got physical with GUNTHER after the WWE World Heavyweight Champion called \’Da Man\’ out later on in the show.

However, there was a quite the plethora of names taking in the action. In addition to Goldberg, Bad Blood also featured several WCW luminaries including Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Diamond Dallas Page, Booker T, Scott Steiner and Syxx aka Sean Waltman.

Other names also in the crowd were Jacqueline Moore, Lillian Garcia and Mickie James.

Arn Anderson may have gotten the biggest pop out of all the legends and for good reason. \’The Enforcer\’ shocked the fans at WWE SummerSlam in Cleveland when he so happened to share a few words of wisdom for Cody Rhodes before he went out for his WWE Undisputed Title defense against Solo Sikoa. Arn\’s attendance at Bad Blood constitutes as a full circle moment as Cody Rhodes will be tagging up with Roman Reigns to face Solo once again. However, this time Sikoa has Jacob Fatu as his tag team partner.

WWE legends weren\’t the only dignitaries in town. Hip-hop artists Killer Mike, Metro Boomin\’ and Lil Baby were also seen sitting at ringside. Killer Mike was sitting beside Goldberg to start off the show who seems to be good friends with the WWE Hall of Famer.

  • Bron Breakker Has A \’Steiner Math\’ Singlet In Works

Bron Breakker is someone who is very proud of his heritage and he is never afraid to tap into it. The 26-year-old always finds different ways to pay tribute to his family history.

One such way the former IC Champion always shows his admiration for the generation before him is through his ring gear. A memorable example of it is when Breakker replicated his father, Rick Steiner\’s gear from the very first episode of Raw for his Spring Breakin\’ 2022 match.

Breakker has now revealed that he has one more such gear planned for near future. The WWE star recently talked about it on Casual Conversations With The Classic podcast. He revealed that he has a very special \’Steiner Math\’ singlet in the works:

\”Man, I don\’t want to give any spoilers away, alright? I\’m gonna try…I\’ve got some ideas in the works for some gear that\’s…Okay, so I\’ll put it this way – all my PLE singlets are a tip of the cap or salute to the Steiners, for the most part. Some of them have my little bit of…You know I\’ll change a little bit.

But most of them are, I\’m bringing back the classics. There\’s going to be one coming up soon that is a Bron Breaker version of the Steiner math. Cause I already did the pink one; it was huge, it was a cool thing. But I\’m gonna do something different with that. I\’m in the shop a little bit with the creative team. We\’re gonna make something cool.\”

Bron Breakker is referring to the infamous promo of his uncle Scott Steiner from his TNA days. Steiner was promoting the Sacrifice 2008 match between him, Samoa Joe, and Kurt Angle for the TNA World Title when he cut the promo that became a classic.

Apart from this, Breakker also talked about things such as his UpUpDownDown appearance, his extended family, his IC title run and more.

  • Scott Steiner Claims He Never Failed A Drug Test

Is Scott Steiner, \’Big Poppa Pump\’ all natural? The WWE Hall of Famer wants you to do the math on it.

A&E aired the WWE Legends Biography on The Steiner Brothers and during the episode, Scott Steiner discussed the notion that he used steroids. \”Take that information and do what you want with it. When I made the transition from Steiner Brothers to Big Poppa Pump, I wanted to get in the best shape I possibly could. A lot of strict diet. Once you are leaner, you\’re naturally going to look bigger.\”

During a previous interview with Slam Sports, Steiner noted that he was asked to take a drug test back in 2003. Steiner says that he told WWE to take him and Triple H in a limosuine and the two can take a test together. \”They never asked again,\” Steiner said laughing.

Both Rick and Scott Steiner were inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame back in 2022. Steiner was greatly known for his main event run in the late days of WCW, but did have a program with Triple H when he eventually made his way over into the WWE.

  • Jim Ross Recalls Having Scott Steiner Feud With Triple H So Soon

WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross has looked back on having Scott Steiner feud with Triple H so soon after signing with the company.

Ross took to his podcast, \”Grilling JR,\” to discuss Steiner\’s signing to WWE in 2002 after WCW\’s demise. Steiner was thrown right into a feud with Triple H, who was the World Heavyweight Champion at the time.

The former longtime voice of WWE explained that the thinking behind having Steiner feud with a World Champion so soon was to showcase him as a star. Of course, ultimately the situation didn\’t work out as they\’d hoped.

“Well, if you want the perception to be he’s a star and he could be the next world champion and he comes in very lauded, very high expectations not a bad place to start. I also think it made him comfortable a little bit more comfortable because it that WWE was very serious when we were talking about with him that you know we’re going to use you.

\”You’re going to be in a top spot and let’s let the cards fall where they may. I don’t think it was a bad thing. I mean there’s, hey there’s a lot of right ways to do a wrestling angle. A lot of right ways to get some skin the cat so to speak. I don’t, in hindsight, I had no major issues with that pairing.”

    \"Scott

Steiner made a name for himself during his run with WCW from 1996 to 2001. He saw a great deal of success with WCW, establishing himself as one of their top stars after seven WCW Tag Team Title wins alongside brother Rick Steiner, a World Title run, and two United States Title wins.

Although his singles run in WWE didn\’t pan out, Steiner was still recognized for his historic career in 2022 when he was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. His nephew, Bron Breakker, currently competes in WWE as the NXT Champion.
