Sol Ruca became the new WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, and she is already setting her sights on more gold.
After dethroning Becky Lynch at WWE Clash In Italy, Ruca will now compete in the Queen of the Ring tournament beginning on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.
Ruca defeated Lynch to end her third reign with the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. The win came just weeks after Ruca’s surprise debut on Raw.
Speaking on the WWE Clash In Italy post-show, Ruca was asked about the upcoming tournament and did not hesitate.
“I glanced at it for a second. I’ve decided, I’m ready to go. I got one title under my waist, and I think victories are just starting,” she said.
