Former Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley recently revealed that a fan somehow tracked down her personal mobile number and texted her directly to arrange tickets.

‘The Eradicator’ said that the person reached out after failing to buy tickets for Friday Night SmackDown.

Speaking during a livestream, Ripley explained how unsettling fame can become when fans cross personal boundaries. She described people texting her on the same phone number she uses in her private life.

“Yeah, it’s scary all the time, especially when they walk up to your f***ing house and text you on your actual mobile phone,” Ripley said.

The Australian wrestler then detailed the specific incident, explaining that someone obtained her number and messaged her wanting to meet.

“Someone found my number and they texted me the other day, wanting me to see them because they couldn’t buy tickets to SmackDown. Like, there’s no privacy anywhere,” Ripley said, per her livestream comments.

A Pattern Of Boundary Violations

The phone number incident is not the first time Ripley has dealt with fans crossing the line. She previously described a woman who showed up at her house, rang her doorbell, and even managed to get inside her gated community.

According to that earlier account, the woman stood at the door for several minutes, left, then returned, making the situation more frightening for Ripley.

Ripley has long been open and accessible with her fanbase, but her latest comments show how quickly admiration can shift into something invasive. Tracking down a performer’s private number or address goes well beyond fan support.

One of WWE’s most prominent women’s stars, Ripley continues to be a fixture on television. Her recent run has included an emotional moment with fans chanting at WWE Clash In Italy, and she has also spoken candidly about collapsing during a WWE Australia tour.
