Logan Paul says he is healing from his torn triceps far faster than his doctors predicted, claiming he is already months ahead of the recovery schedule they laid out after surgery.
Paul offered the update while showing off his arm mobility on a recent livestream.
Paul suffered the injury during a tag team match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in late May 2026, where he and Austin Theory defeated Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits. WWE stated the tear happened when Paul caught Dawkins on a dive near the finish of the match.
Following surgery on the torn triceps, doctors initially told Paul his return to in-ring action would take roughly six months. He has publicly disputed that timeline from the start. His latest comments push that stance even further.
“Bro, I’m so locked in, dude. I can basically do everything… Look at this [demonstrates motion in his arm] That’s not supposed to be. I’m Wolverine. I heal fast… I’m three months ahead, bro,” Paul said.
The update builds on Paul’s earlier public stance, in which he downplayed the triceps injury as one of the least inconvenient setbacks he could face. He has since documented his post-surgery recovery routine across his social media channels.
Paul debuted in WWE in 2021 and made his in-ring debut the following year. He has headlined multiple pay-per-view events for the promotion since.
There is no confirmed return date for Paul as of this writing. The initial six-month recovery window is still the medical benchmark despite his own accelerated projections.
