John Cena spent five hours coaching students at Seth Rollins and Marek Brave’s Black and Brave Wrestling Academy in Davenport, Iowa, then stayed an additional hour for one-on-one time with graduates.
The academy shared the visit on Instagram.
“We were honored to welcome the incomparable John Cena to the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy today! John spent 5 hours teaching, coaching, and answering questions and then spent an additional hour giving 1-on-1 time to many of our graduates. We cannot thank him enough for his incredible generosity.”
Cena retired from in-ring competition in December 2025 following his farewell tour. He most recently appeared at Backlash to announce the John Cena Classic.
Cena has expanded his acting and public-facing career by starring alongside Eric André in the comedy film Little Brother, which is slated to begin streaming globally on Netflix in June 2026. Also, Cena has expanded into motivational speaking and personal life coaching, making featured appearances at conventions such as MEGACON Orlando.
