  • Adam Cole: Injuries Hurt Me Mentally More Than Physically

Adam Cole is finally back in an AEW ring after a series of medical issues forced him to spend too much time in recent years on the shelf. Speaking to the Battleground podcast, Cole shared how these injuries damaged more than just his body.

\”I\’ve had some incredibly challenging roadblocks thrown in my way between the head injuries and then six months later the freak accident with my ankle. So, it was really like mentally and physically discouraging obviously, but even more so mentally.\”

After these obstacles, Cole is feeling \”the best I\’ve ever felt going into that ring,\” especially after capturing the TNT Championship at Dynasty. Now, Cole is ready to do whatever it takes to keep the gold against a loaded roster of talented AEW wrestlers.

Adam Cole On Being the Villain

For much of Cole\’s wrestling career he has been a dastardly heel, including for much of 2024 after revealing himself to be the Devil. Though the beliefs of the heel Cole character may vary wildly from the man himself, Cole relishes in being a bad guy.

\”It feels nice to play that character and get all that nasty stuff out of you.\”

Cole turned to the world of movies when discussing what makes a great villain. According to the TNT Champion, an iconic bad guy is one who makes viewers reflect on their own moral standings.

\”When you listen to a villain in a movie or a TV show or a wrestler in a promo explaining something and you being able to go, man, he is such a jerk, but I kind of see his point. That\’s the best villains.\”

As one of AEW\’s most notable stars, Cole will have plenty of time to get his message across to fans. And while his road back from injuries is nothing short of an underdog-esque comeback, Cole won\’t count out returning to his dastardly roots in due time.

  • Lex Luger Explains Absence from WrestleMania 41 Hall of Fame Segment

Lex Luger was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year but didn\’t appear among his fellow inductees during WrestleMania 41: Saturday. On the Ariel Helwani Show, Luger explained why he was missing inside Allegiant Stadium.

\”On Saturday, I could hardly get out of bed. I called the guys and they were cool about it.\”

WWE was very understanding and said that if Luger felt better later in the day, they\’d love to bring him in for the show. Unfortunately, by the afternoon before WrestleMania 41: Saturday, it became clear Lex would not be able to appear.

Luger\’s absence from the WrestleMania proceedings sparked plenty of debate online as fans shared their theories as to why Lex wasn\’t on the stage with his fellow inductees. Luger said that it was \”wild how that stuff catches fire,\” seeing the funny side to the rampant speculation over what ended up being a relatively mundane health issue.

Despite being missing from WrestleMania 41, Lex Luger stood tall the previous night to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, celebrating an incredible career and life for the former World Champion.

  • \’About Time\’ – Goldberg Teases Imminent WWE Return

Bill Goldberg could be on his way back to WWE programming very soon judging from a post by the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion. Taking to X, Goldberg shared footage of his return to WWE in late 2016 after over a dozen years away. Goldberg added that his return to WWE is nearing as it\’s \”about time to replicate this.\”

Goldberg shared in 2024 that his retirement match will come in 2025, though he stopped short of giving an exact date, location, or opponent for his in-ring farewell. Many fans have predicted that GUNTHER will be Goldberg\’s last opponent following a segment at the WWE Bad Blood Premium Live Event last October.

Goldberg has been working hard to ensure his body delivers a match fitting his retirement from the ring. On social media, the WWE Hall of Famer has shared photos from his workouts and has revealed he has undergone stem cell therapy to deal with past injuries. Whatever comes, fans can expect quite the send off for the wrestling icon.

  • James Gunn Reacts to John Cena\’s Historic 17th WWE World Title Win

John Cena is now a 17-time WWE World Champion, fulfilling a portion of his promise to ruin pro wrestling for everyone. While Cena plans on ruining things for the fans, director James Gunn is pleased with what he\’s seen.

Taking to X, Gunn backed Cena following his WrestleMania 41 victory over Cody Rhodes.

Gunn and Cena are close allies, with John playing Christopher \’Peacemaker\’ Smith in Gunn\’s 2021 The Suicide Squad movie. Cena reprised the role for the Peacemaker series on MAX, delivering more of the hilarious though intense character who first appeared in DC Comics. Peacemaker\’s second season will premiere this August, and like the first season will feature eight episodes.

John Cena was on this week\’s Raw where a future title feud with long-time rival Randy Orton was teased. Many predict that their match, perhaps the last time the the pair will share the ring, will come at Backlash in Orton\’s native St. Louis. While a match between the two hasn\’t been announced, it\’s clear who Gunn will be backing.

  • \’The Right Call\’ – Scott D\’Amore Backs Unsatisfactory WrestleMania Main Event

John Cena captured his 17th WWE World Championship at WrestleMania, though some were left feeling underwhelmed by his victory over Cody Rhodes. After weeks of fiery promos between the two, Cena got the win in a relatively standard match, one without The Rock appearing.

Many feel that the match was unsatisfactory, both as a WrestleMania main event and as the starting point for John\’s 17th reign on top. On the Ariel Helwani Show, however, Scott D\’Amore argued that being unsatisifed with the man who has vowed to ruin wrestling makes a lot of sense.

\”You want that WrestleMania main event to be 5 star and you want it to leave you satisfied. This was purposely an ending that leaves you unsatisfied. That sometimes it\’s the right call.\”

D\’Amore\’s comments reflect a debate many have had over the match, whether WWE chose to deliver a match that they knew fans would not be satisifed with. While some believe this makes sense for Cena\’s character, others have argued that every wrestler should aim to deliver a great match for fans, even if their character loathes the audience.

On Raw, Cena was attacked by Randy Orton, teasing a title match between the two legendary rivals. As for what kind of match fans get from the pair, that remains to be seen, and will be a test of whether WWE is intentionally giving bad matches, or if WrestleMania was a one-off mistake.

  • Rusev Is \’Back Where He Belongs\’ After WWE Return

On the post-WrestleMania 41 edition of WWE Raw, Rusev made his return to WWE, laying waste to Alpha Academy in the process. Speaking backstage after his dominating appearance, Rusev shared his first comments as a WWE Superstar once more.

\”It\’s been too long, five long years. But finally Rusev is back where he belongs. And this time, I will take what\’s rightfully mine. Everything.\”

Rusev\’s return comes after he was among those cut by WWE in April 2020, explained by WWE at the time as due to budget cuts. Rusev would join AEW that same year as Miro and despite a strong start would not be used at all for the final year of his tenure.

Rusev was let-go from AEW in early 2025 and has now found his way back to WWE. Questions remain as to whether his wife Lana (real name CJ Perry) will join him on-screen. Perry has reportedly signed a Legends Deal with WWE, allowing her likeness to be used for merchandise and promotional material. As for now, Rusev is back and is ready to crush anyone who stands in his way.

  • Bron Breakker Aligns With Seth Rollins & Paul Heyman on Raw

Bron Breakker has revealed his next move in WWE following his Intercontinental title loss at WrestleMania 41. Now, the second-generation Superstar has confirmed that he is the newest Paul Heyman Guy.

In the closing moments of the post-WrestleMania Raw, Seth Rollins and Heyman made an appearance but were interrupted by Punk. The Best in the World went after Rollins and teased getting physical with Heyman before Seth got the better of him. Roman Reigns was out next and he attacked Rollins and was poised to attack Paul. Breakker would emerge to spear the OTC twice with the second time going through the barricade.

On the Pat McAfee Show earlier in the day, Heyman had teased that Rollins may not have been his only new affiliate. Now, fans know that the WWE Hall of Famer was talking about Bron Breakker. It remains to be seen whether thisis the entirity of Heyman\’s new clients, or if somebody else is waiting in the wings as a Paul Heyman Guy to be.

  • JD McDonagh Returns On Raw, Costs Penta in Title Match

WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio has his first title defense under his belt, thanks to the returning JD McDonagh. On the post-WrestleMania 41 edition of Raw, Mysterio put the gold on the line against Penta. Just as it appeared that Penta had the match won, McDonagh appeared and shoved him off the top rope. Not long after, Mysterio got the win, handing Penta his first singles loss in WWE.

McDonagh had been out of action since January after a scary spot during an episode of Raw. The Irish Ace did a dive to the outside that saw him collide with the announce table and his head whip backwards. Though many feated about a neck injury, McDonagh suffered broken ribs due to the incident.

JD\’s absence had played into Dominik and Finn Balor\’s tensions as Finn refused to listen to Dom\’s suggestion about bringing in a replacement. Now, McDonagh is back and is doing all he can to help his allies.

  • Logan Paul Claims To Be The Best After WrestleMania Win

At WWE WrestleMania 41, Logan Paul extended his show-record to 3-1 with a win over an icon of the ring: AJ Styles. Speaking backstage after his match, Kross rejected the notion that the result would\’ve been different had his friend Jeff and Karrion Kross not provided a distraction.

\”I\’m sorry, what? What are you saying. I\’m not sure I understand what you\’re saying… A win is a win.\”

With another win to his name, Paul is excited for what the future brings. When asked what\’s next, the former United States Champion made clear he isn\’t picky when it comes to opponents.

\”Whatever I want [against] whoever I want. This company knows I\’m the money, this company knows I\’m the best, this company knows I\’m the future. I\’ll answer any call, I\’ll wrestle any match, anytime, anywhere, against anyone.\”

Paul has been wrestling in WWE for three years and even his most ardent critics can\’t ignore his in-ring ability. Whether it\’s in another personal feud or pursuing a title, fans can expect big things for whatever\’s next for the Maverick.

  • CM Punk Teases What\’s Next After WrestleMania 41 Loss

At WWE WrestleMania 41, CM Punk\’s first main eventsaw him come up short against Seth Rollins in a triple-threat match including Roman Reigns. Speaking to Daniel Cormier, Punk was asked what\’s next and set his sights on the Intercontinental Championship, now held by Dominik Mysterio.

\”I don’t know what’s going on with me next—maybe I’ll go after Dominik Mysterio. Man, every time I see him, I still see that little 8- or 10-year-old brat, you know what I mean? I wanted to punch him in the face when he was 10—now I get to legally.\”

Dominik captured the gold at WrestleMania 41: Night Two, winning the title in a fatal four-way that included Bron Breakker, Penta, and Dom\’s Judgment Day ally Finn Balor. Despite being a heel and loathed among fans for years, Mysterio got loud cheers inside Allegiant Stadium as fans recognized and appreciated his in-ring work and character development.

Punk knows what it\’s like to be Intercontinental Champion, having held the title in late 2008 and early 2009. Now, Punk may be on the road back to the gold, teaching Dominik Mysterio that winning a title and keeping it are two very different things.

  • John Cena Reveals One Final Goal After WWE Title Win

John Cena has won the Undisputed WWE Championship, fulfilling part of his ploy to ruin wrestling for the fans. Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show, Cena questioned why so many believe he should rise above the hate that countless fans have shown him for years.

\”So it\’s okay for a group of people to have a negative reaction towards me, and I\’m supposed to \’You\’re entitled to do what you want.\’ But if I\’m not feeling well, if I\’m having a bad day, if for a second I\’m feeling grump and I don\’t want to deal with that BS, I can\’t do that? I can\’t tell you how I feel? That\’s not a functional relationship. That\’s not good.\”

McAfee agreed with Cena, describing this dynamic as \”toxic,\” a term Cena has used on WWE programming. Though his days in the ring are numbered, Cena shared that he has one final goal before he calls it a career.

\”If I\’ve got one more thing to do before I go out, it\’s teach these people what a functional relationship is, because they don\’t know.\”

Cena will finish his in-ring career this year and has vowed to retire as Undisputed WWE Champion. If successful, WWE will be forced to create a \”toy\” in Cena\’s words for talent to fight over, one without the rich history of the genuine WWE Championship.

  • John Cena On Heel Turn: A Legitimate Chance to Write History

John Cena stunned fans at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto when he turned heel and assaulted Cody Rhodes. Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show following his WrestleMania victory, Cena reflected on embracing a new role this close to his retirement, a turn that few, if anyone, saw coming.

\”I\’ve got a legitimate chance to write history. So I don\’t care what anyone else thinks about my choices at the current time. I\’m going to do finally what I want to do for me.\”

Cena has wasted no time in making history as he captured a record-breaking 17th WWE World Championship at WrestleMania 41: Sunday. Cena ended the 378-day reign of Cody Rhodes and has been endorsed by the man who\’s record he broke, Ric Flair.

John Cena will be a part of tonight\’s Raw where fans hope he will address his title win and potentially the nature of his relationship with The Rock. But with Cena vowing to ruin wrestling for fans, it remains to be seen what the new Undisputed WWE Champion will have to say.

For the use of quotes, please give an H/T to SEScoops.

  • Drew McIntyre: WrestleMania 40 & 41 Are \’Night And Day\’

At WrestleMania 41: Sunday, Drew McIntyre got revenge on the man who took the World Heavyweight Title from him last year, Damian Priest. Speaking after his victory in the Sin City Street Fight, McIntyre was asked to compare this year\’s event to 12 months ago.

\”It\’s night and day, obviously, when Drew McIntyre is not getting screwed over like last year by two separate people [Priest and CM Punk]… I\’m on an adrenaline high right now.\”

Like last year, McIntyre took a moment during his match to fire off a post on X, declaring that he is \”Still bored at work lol.\” Like last year, the post has gone viral on the platform, though McIntyre explained that both posts were in the spur of the moment.

\”I never know if those moments are gonna happen. I get a few people I trust, I run stuff by, and then I leave it up in the air and if it organically happens, it happens.\”

McIntyre went through a \”war\” and \”hell\” thanks to Priest, but ultimately it was the Scottish Warrior who stood tall inside Allegiant Stadium. It\’s unclear what\’s next for Drew McIntyre but fans can expect to see plenty of the Scotsman in the ring and online.

  • WWE Reportedly Considering \’NXT Mexico\’ Rebrand for Newly Acquired AAA

Just prior to WrestleMania 41 this past weekend, wrestling fans were shocked to learn that WWE has acquired AAA (Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide). While the AAA brand has been a leading name in Mexican Lucha Libre since the 1990\’s, the brand may be due for a significant overhaul in the near future. In an effort to further strengthen the company\’s proprietary IP, WWE is reportedly considering rebranding AAA as WWE NXT Mexico (via Cultaholic).

WWE Superstars who have competed for AAA over the years include Rey Mysterio, Andrade, Penta and Rey Fenix, Dragon Lee and Stephanie Vaquer. Most of them have held championship gold, adding an interesting layer of depth to this alliance.

    WWE\’s Global Expansion

WWE\’s acquisition of AAA was a closely-guarded secret that was largely kept under wraps, but the company has been talking about expansion into Mexico for quite some time. In a media call following NXT Halloween Havoc 2022, Shawn Michaels shared that had been talks of NXT Mexico as well as NXT Japan. Michaels shared that as head of NXT, \”We are constantly trying to grow and expand,\” teasing international movements.

The first big event that will integrate AAA into the WWE machine will take place on Saturday June 7, when WWE presents WWE NXT x AAA: Worlds Collide from Inglewood, California at the Kia Forum.

Worlds Collide will be part of a double-header day of action from WWE. Later that evening, WWE presents Money in the Bank 2025 just a few miles away from the Intuit Dome.

  • Details On What Happened At \’The Roast of WrestleMania\’

For the first-time ever, WWE held a Roast of WrestleMania following this year\’s two-night event in Las Vegas, Nevada. While WWE did not air the event which will likely never see the light of day, details have come out about what transpired at the roast.

The Roast of WrestleMania was described as \”awesome\” by WrestlingNews, who added that Paul heyman was \”incredible.\” Sami Zayn \”killed it\” while the source added that R-Truth needed to be brought back if WWE does another roast. Despite being booed at WrestleMania 41, show host Tony Hinchcliffe had \”everyone rolling\” in his role.

Nia Jax was \”good\” while Braun Strowman was \”nuts\” at the roast. While The Miz seemed \”nervous\” he did well, as did Gabriel \’Fluffy\’ Iglesias though he was \”too nice\” for such an event. Pat McAfee was believed to be high while Triple H served as a great closer for the show.

The show consisted of two hours of jokes, including some sexual puns, WrestleVotes adds. Paul Heyman \”stole the show\” while Triple H\’s role was described as a \”surprise appearance.\” Linda McMahon was in attendance. Like WrestlingNews, WrestleVotes argued that what was said to see this roast ever make it to air.

One fan who attended said that \”everybody was great\” with the exception of Pat McAfee, who \”spoke for three minutes with zero jokes.\” Another fan shared that one of Paul Heyman\’s jokes included saying he had WrestleMania by the balls this year, both figuratively an literally.

According to several in attendance, phones were placed in pouches, ensuring that nobody would be recording the event to spread online. And unless WWE loosens up, don\’t expect this unique night of entertainment to be broadcast.

  • Inspiration Behind WWE WrestleMania 41 Attires Revealed

The Superstars of WWE were dressed to impress as part of this year\’s WrestleMania 41 Premium Live Event. Here are some of the hidden meanings and inspiration behind the attires from the event.

Damian Priest Takes Drew McIntyre to Hell

Damian Priest wore an attire inspired by Pinhead, the iconic lead of the Hellraiser movie franchise. This nod was noticed by Dead Meat, a hit YouTube series that\’s worked with several WWE Superstars.

Rhea Ripley is The Batman who Laughs

Rhea Ripley kicked off WresttleMania 41: Sunday by challenging for the Women\’s World Championship. Fans of DC Comics will have noticed Ripley taking inspiration by the Batman who Laughs, a twisted take on the Caped Crusader.

    Randy Orton Goes Old School

Randy Orton\’s blue and yellow attire may seem odd to fans who have only seen him wear in darker colors. Older fans will recognize that this attire was based on the gear Orton wore for his 2002 main roster debut.

The New Day have a \’Giant\’ inspiration

With painted on muscles and far shoulders and cuffs, fans instantly recognized that The New Day\’s attire as a nod to Giant Gonzalez.

    Liv Morgan\’s Rodriguez Reference

Liv Morgan may have lost the WWE Women\’s Tag Titles at WrestleMania but she looked good doing so. Morgan\’s attire was a nod to singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo.

The War Raiders Were Ready to Clash

Erik and Ivar wore attires inspired by characters from Clash of Clans. WWE is partnering with the massively popular mobile video game to bring some Superstars to the virtual world.

  • Booker T Gives Holy Excuse For Falling Asleep At WWE Hall of Fame

Did Booker T fall asleep at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony? Not according to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer. During the event to celebrate legends of the ring, the camera cut to Booker who seemed to be dozing off as Michelle McCool discussed her career.

Taking to X, Booker shared his side of \’sleep-gate.\’ Instead of nodding off as McCool reflected on her notable feuds, Booker T joked that he was in the midst of a religious moment.

Booker knows a thing or two about Hall of Fame induction speeches having given two already himself. In 2013, Booker received his first Hall of Fame ring for his work as a solo star. In 2019, he received his second alongside Stevie Ray for his role in Harlem Heat.

Mere hours after the Hall of Famer, Booker was needed in Las Vegas to serve as a commentator for NXT Stand & Deliver. With that in mind, many would excuse Booker for trying to catch a few moments of much-needed rest, but according to the legend, he was simply in the midst of his prayers.

  • IYO SKY Breaks Decades-Long Streak With WrestleMania 41 Win

WrestleMania 41: Sunday kicked off with IYO SKY retaining the Women\’s World Championship in an instant classic against Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair. Not only did SKY emerge victorious in the show\’s opener, but she shattered an unfortunate record that has stood for decades.

IYO SKY is the first Japanese Superstar to win a match on WrestleMania\’s main card in decades. Before SKY\’s win inside Allegiant Stadium, the most recent Japanese Superstar to win on the main card was Taka Michinoku who beat Aguila for the Light Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 14 in 1998. On X, Shinsuke Nakamura celebrated SKY\’s victory.

While Akebono won a Sumo match at WrestleMania 21 against the Big Show, he was not a Superstar and his match was far from being a standard wrestling match. In 2010, Yoshi Tatsu won a battle royal but that match occurred on the pre-show and not the main card of WrestleMania 26.

Whichever way you slice it, IYO SKY proved herself at WrestleMania against two of WWE\’s very best. Now, Ripley, Belair and everyone in WWE will know not to overlook the Genius of the Sky.

  • Dominik Mysterio Enters Elite Club With WWE WrestleMania 41 Title Win

Dominik Mysterio is the brand-new WWE Intercontinental Champion after winning the gold in an exciting fatal four-way during WrestleMania 41: Sunday. Mysterio ended the second reign of Bron Breakker in a match that also featured Dom\’s Judgment Day ally Finn Balor as well as Penta.

With this win, Mysterio hasn\’t just become Intercontinental Champion but has added his name to an elusive group. Mysterio is now the third Superstar to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship after his father. The club includes:

    • Curtis Axel (won at Payback 2013,) the son of Mr. Perfect (won at Superstars of Wrestling on May 19, 1990)
    • Jey Uso (won at September 23, 2024 Raw,) the son of Rikishi (won at WWF SmackDown on June 22, 2000)
    • Dominik Mysterio (won at WrestleMania 41,) the son of Rey Mysterio (won at WrestleMania 25)

Dominik and Rey are the only father-son duo to both win the Intercontinental title at a Premium Live Event, and its fitting that the pair both kicked off their first reigns at WrestleMania. While it\’s unlikely that Rey will be celebrating his son\’s win publicly anytime soon, the connection between the father and son just got even stronger.

  • Fan Hit By Vehicle After WrestleMania 41 Title Match

A person was struck down by a vehicle at WrestleMania 41, in a separate incident to what transpired with \’Stone Cold\’ Steve Austin during the show\’s second night. This incident instead occurred following Dominik Mysterio\’s Intercontinental Championship victory. As the new champion was carted away, presumably to a media appearance, the cart hit a fan, causing them to fall.

Footage of this video has divided fans online with some blaming the driver. However, many fans are arguing that the person should have been aware not to get too close to the vehicle which made its presence clear with the use of the horn. Some have even claimed that the person struck did so deliberately to try and sue WWE.

This incident wasn\’t the only vehicular issue at WrestleMania 41: Sunday. During the show, Stone Cold crashed his ATV into the barricade during his appearance. Though he didn\’t hit anyone in the crowd, a fan fell backwards and Austin and WWE President Nick Khan checked on the fan. This was an incident that WWE didn\’t plan on happenin, and should serve as a reminder about the safety of fans at WWE events.

  • The Rock Trends As Fans Bemoan WWE Icon\’s WrestleMania Absence

When Travis Scott showed up during the main event of WrestleMania 41: Night Two, fans predicted that The Rock would not be far behind. Instead, WrestleMania went off the air with no sign of the \’Final Boss,\’ despite his connection to John Cena\’s heel turn.

Taking to social media, fans loathed the fact that The Rock had not appeared. Many fans are still awaiting a proper explanation as to what role The Rock played in John Cena, arguably the biggest babyface in WWE history, turning to the dark side.

While The Rock had made clear that he was in Hawaii on Saturday, fans had hoped that he would make the trip to Las Vegas. As questions remain about his involvement in this storyline, fans are growing increasingly frustrated by the Rock\’s absence from WWE\’s biggest angle.

  • \’Somber\’ Cody Rhodes At A Loss for Words After WrestleMania 41 Defeat

At WWE WrestleMania 41, Cody Rhodes lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to John Cena in Night Two\’s shocking main event. During the post-show, Cathy Kelley tried to interview Rhodes who made clear he was not ready to talk. When Joe Tessitore asked Kelley for how Cody seemed in the moment, she said:

\”I mean it looks like he is very somber, he is devestated. He is still processing all of this. We talk about how hard he fought to get her and to watch it, just lose everything. Lose everything that he\’s worked for.\”

Rhodes\’ defeat marks the end of his first WWE World Championship reign, a run on top that lasted 378 days. Along the way, Rhodes had retained against the likes of AJ Styles, Logan Paul, Solo Sikoa, and Kevin Owens before his defeat inside Allegiant Stadium. Rhodes \’finished his story\’ by defeating Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, ending the OTC\’s 1,316-day reign as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Cena has vowed to ruin wrestling and has completed the first phase of his plan. Now, it remains to be seen if John can hold the gold until he retires, forcing WWE to create what Cena has called a \”toy\” for the remaining roster to fight for.

  • John Cena Wins 17th WWE World Title At WrestleMania 41

John Cena proved that his time is now by capturing his 17th WWE World Championship at WrestleMania 41: Sunday. In the show\’s main event, Cena captured the title from Cody Rhodes, marking Cena\’s first title victory since 2017.

You can check out some match highlights below.

Cena\’s victory means he has fulfilled half of his vow to ruin wrestling by winning the Undisputed WWE Championship. Now, John will need to keep the gold until he retires. Cena has vowed to leave with the title, forcing WWE to create a \’toy\’ for the Superstars to defend, without the legacy or history of the genuine article.

  • Stone Cold Appears At WWE WrestleMania 41, Crashes ATV

WrestleMania 41: Sunday saw a special appearance from \’Stone Cold\’ Steve Austin, though his appearance in Allegiant Stadium did not go exactly to plan. Austin was on the scene to share the attendance for the Sunday show as 63,226, another sell-out. As Austin shared, this gave WrestleMania 41 a combined two-night total attendance of 124,693.

Austin paraded around the ring on his ATV as expected, but would collide with the barricade, knocking a female fan on the ground. Later on, Austin checked in on the fan, as did WWE President Nick Khan in a rare on-screen appearance on WWE programming.

Austin\’s collision with the barricade proves that anything can happen in the world of live entertainment, something Austin has learned first-hand for decades. While the Rattlesnake\’s appearance may not have gone exactly as hoped, it was an epic moment inside Allegiant Stadium.
