Paige fired back at an online troll who predicted she would rarely defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships following her WrestleMania 42 return, responding with a simple “Now what?” after retaining the titles on Monday’s Raw.
The troll had claimed Paige was only brought back for clout and would seldom put the championships on the line. Since winning the titles alongside Brie Bella at WrestleMania 42 Night One, the duo — known as Team Scream Mode — have remained active champions.
On Monday’s Raw, Paige and Brie defended against Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez, with Liv Morgan at ringside. Referee Jessika Carr ejected Morgan for attempted interference late in the match.
Rodriguez then slipped Perez a championship belt while the referee was distracted, but Brie avoided the attack and quickly rolled Perez up for the pinfall to retain.
